The qutrit selected by the pentachoron Exact K3 gate algebra, conditional universality, and a falsifiable trinuclear implementation route

Abstract

A three-state object is not yet a qutrit. The claim requires a three-dimensional complex Hilbert sector, coherent state transformations, sufficient local control, a two-qutrit entangler, and an experimental route that distinguishes quantum coherence from classical population switching. The exact covering arithmetic of the pentachoron K5 fixes three as the minimal equal support size for a two-set cover of five vertices and gives the partition (2, 1, 2) on covering triangular faces; identification of such a face with a physical interface remains an explicit model bridge. On that declared support, the fixed-one sector and the antisymmetric fixed-two sector of three fermionic modes in one resolved internal channel are both 3-dimensional qutrit sectors and are related by particle–hole duality. Hard-core exclusion alone is not sufficient for the exterior-square gate lift. After removal of the uniform offset, the most general real, site-permutation-invariant effective Hamiltonian has the form H0 = cL(K3) and spectrum {0, 3c, 3c}; symmetry fixes neither the sign nor the scale of c. On the associated singlet–doublet decomposition, U△ = P0 + ω²PE, ω² + ω + 1 = 0, ω ≠ 1, is an exact balanced tritter: every transition probability equals 1/3. Diagonal Clifford factors make U△ projectively equivalent to the qutrit Fourier gate F3. The ideal logical generators AK3 = X3 + X3† and D01 = diag(1, −1, 0) generate a real control Lie algebra of dimension 8, isomorphic to su(3). A programmable rank-one phase compiles into CZ3 using 4 commuting factors, and CZ3 compiles into SUM3. Under the stated control assumptions this gives an ideal universal qutrit architecture. Exact counterexamples delimit every promotion: three sites do not force an oriented cycle, symmetry fixes neither the sign nor the scale of c, connected hopping plus a non-degenerate diagonal need not generate su(3), localization is not coherence, and a population-sensitive observable is not tomography. Oxo-centred mixed-valence Fe3O complexes therefore enter only as a falsifiable implementation route. Published structural, Mössbauer, IVCT, and polarization data establish relevant populations and observables, not coherent logical gates. No logical gate, effective-Hamiltonian parameter, or laboratory pulse duration is identified in this paper with a K5 tick, local generation, or commit.

From Distinction to a Functional Triad: A Framework-Relative Ontology of Coherent Domain-Relative Self-Representation with Oriented Defects, Common Stationary Geometry, and Audited Physics Bridges

Paweł Krzysztof Chomiuk

This paper develops a framework-relative ontology of determinacy. Its core question is not what the world is made of, but what must minimally be accounted for if a stable deter- minate identity is internally self-representing. The primitive and functional core of Version 3.8 is retained: Being, the possibility of distinction, and domain-relative realizability define the sparse primitive basis; coherent self-representation then requires three non-equivalent func- tional questions—Support, Internal Encoding, and Correspondence. Explicit finite witness pairs establish uniform non-determination of each role from the other two in the unrestricted baseline class, while stronger canonical or equivariant subclasses remain open. Version 4.1.1 is a corrective consolidation of Version 4.1 rather than a new upstream on- tology step. It retains the Version 4.0 bridge revision and the Version 4.1 constructional layer. That layer adds the reverse evaluative direction Physics ⇒ Mathematics ⇒ Ontology and records where downstream structures constrain, but do not retroactively constitute, the ontol- ogy. Several previous bridge claims are weakened or rejected. Symmetry classification, tensor factorization, entanglement of a state, and path-dependent dynamics are kept as four distinct mathematical layers. A conditional expectation is treated as a localization map rather than as actualization; a branch instrument defines possible conditional events but does not select one realized branch; and a projection onto admissible spectral sectors is not called conservative dynamics without an independently derived dilation. The causal and propagation bridge is sharpened in two directions. First, a previous can- didate definition of a null relation by vanishing accumulated interval volume is proved degen- erate: every comparable pair admits a chain of links, so that criterion vanishes throughout the causal order. Link ensembles remain useful near-null approximants, but the null sector is therefore a limiting or measure-relative object rather than a pair-local primitive in the de- clared causal-set model. Second, the long-range free-chain calculation at 𝛼 = 2 is separated into two non-commuting limits. The infinite-range spectral symbol has maximal group veloc- ity 𝜋𝐽𝑎, whereas the envelope of finite-cutoff maxima tends to 2𝐽𝑎 Si(𝜋). These are spectral group-velocity statements; a causal signal cone still requires separate Lieb–Robinson-type hy- potheses. Isotropy and a unique physical Lorentz cone remain open. The defect bridge is updated with the completed 𝐾 = 512 data layer of the frozen ratio campaign. All 903 prescribed values of 𝜃 are present with eight branches each; 897 aggregate points are admissible and six lie in a short rejected interval. Neither √ 2 nor 𝜙 is a local or global minimum. The original preregistered primary ratio test nevertheless remains non- evaluable because its 𝐾 = 64 training gate is universally degenerate. Thus 𝐾 = 512 completes a characterization block; it does not retrospectively repair the primary estimator. Provenance registration and cross-platform verification remain pending. Version 4.0 turned Test 28A into an explicit reconstruction audit, and Version 4.1 retains that audit unchanged. For the standard three one-body extractions on ℋ = (C 3 ) ⊗3 , the combined linear map has exact rank 25 and kernel dimension 704. The hidden space splits as 192 two-body plus 512 fully traceless three-body directions; even the full 𝑆3-invariant class retains an exact 156-dimensional hidden sector. The preregistered continuation identifies an exact energy-selected fixed point, the totally antisymmetric state |𝜀⟩, while holonomy and variance objectives yield set-valued argmin correspondences. The historical non-triviality gate is therefore preserved but shown not to be a universal criterion, and no retroactive 𝑉28.4 verdict is declared. A prospectively frozen two-local QPH family provides an exact computer-assisted existence witness: its cycle-phase differential has rank 704/704 on the marginal kernel for the primary family and two preregistered replications, so marginals plus relational cycle phases are locally in- formationally complete in the fixed regularity stratum. Canonical modular-mismatch selectors are then audited rather than assumed. Identical additive qutrit references and every single pure mismatch under exact 𝑆3 protection obey strict capacity/rank no-go bounds. On the protected 156-dimensional domain a physically generated mixed mismatch has sufficient raw capacity but standard phase-only QPH remains incomplete. Exact cumulant analysis explains why order three is the natural next layer: the 𝑆3-hidden sector decomposes as 156 = 36 + 120, and the third connected cumulant is a complete affine coordinate on fibres of fixed proper marginals. A historical preregistered cubic-moment completion is retained only as a delicate T-NUM wit- ness, not as a theorem premise. This is the declared stopping point of the arity/cubic line: selecting one specific cubic observable would require a new independent physical law. Test 28B remains suspended. Version 4.0 added one further macro-level correction, retained in Version 4.1. Causal and conformal structure, transport geometry, stable matter sectors, and quantum correlations are treated as parallel downstream representations of one substrate model, not as a serial matter– space–time chain. A proposed identification of the matter admissibility projector Πadm with spacetime volume is rejected in its literal form: the projector is matter-branch specific, need not be nested under generative updates, and has no canonical finite trace in a type-III con- tinuum. In its place a conditional causal–transport conformal closure theorem is proved. If a causal reconstruction supplies a Lorentzian conformal class and an independent transport limit supplies a positive spatial metric on the same spacelike distribution, the conformal factor is fixed pointwise exactly when the two induced spatial metrics are conformally compatible. A scale-free generalized-eigenvalue defect provides a direct falsifier. The corresponding clock– cone–matter gate is also corrected by conformal weight: frequencies and dimensionful spectral scales have lapse weight one under a pure lapse deformation, whereas spectral ratios, localiza- tion fractions, and dimensionless stability-window coordinates have weight zero. A Tolman– thermal-time comparison is retained only as a relative lapse-profile gate; absolute time units remain open. Version 4.1 introduced a controlled common-substrate realization. Version 4.1.1 corrects its scope: parity alone excludes only an odd or linear mass/source identification with the same signed coordinate; an even law such as 𝑀 ∝ 𝑑 2 is not excluded by parity. On the declared graph Klein–Gordon sector, charge conjugation reverses Noether/gauge-current orientation while leaving mode energy and localization intensity unchanged. A grounded-graph Green- kernel theorem fixes the spatial uniformity of the cross-term sign, while the Coulomb sign itself is conditional on realizing a non-dynamical 𝐴0-type constraint sector; the same kernel in a dynamical scalar sector gives the opposite sign. A separate no-go proves that matter Dirichlet energy alone cannot select a nontrivial interior geometry. A state-selected positive geometry Hessian yields the conditional linear response 𝑦 = 𝐾 −1 𝐸 𝜏 , so weak 𝐶-even stress sources add while 𝐶-odd currents can cancel. The principal new bridge is a conditional stationary common causal–transport–matter con- struction. If one protected center supplies a common base, the transport branch supplies a positive spatial metric ℎ, and several modular/physical clocks agree on one relative lapse 𝑁, then 𝑔CTM = −𝑐 2 *𝑁2𝑑𝑇2 + ℎ has one timelike sign, predicts the same null front for all canonically normalized matter sectors, and fixes its stationary volume element without an additional scalar measure. Different masses and opposite 𝑈(1) representation weights remain lower-order data and do not alter the characteristic cone. The independently reconstructed HSMI conformal class remains a held-out test rather than an input to this construction. A second independent Version 4.1 result supplies a conditional physical law selecting com- plex rank two. A nonzero-Chern line cannot be closed under conjugation at rank one on 𝑆 2 , whereas 𝐿 ⊕ 𝐿¯ is the minimal conjugation-closed carrier; independently, ClC 2 ≃ 𝑀2(C) has minimal irreducible complex module dimension two. The existing odd-Chern defect-link con struction realizes this pair. If its Clifford algebra is physically admissible, the local carrier has 𝑀2(C) qubit kinematics. This is not an assertion that opposite electric charges form a coherent qubit, nor that every particle is a qubit. The resulting Version 4.1.1 is a constrained foundational proposal with a frozen primitive core, stronger positive and negative bridge results, a first common stationary geometry can- didate, an independently motivated minimal rank-two carrier, and a reproducibility-oriented ledger for every step from ontological determinacy toward physics. It also makes the external spin-sign, soft-graviton, equivalence-principle, and mass-budget inputs explicit without treat- ing them as evidence for the ontology.

Canonical Tetrahedral Qubit-State Geometry in the TUS OS Triad

Mark Whitlock

Paper 1 of 11 — A General Theory of Answerability The eleven-paper TUS OS mathematical research programme Abstract This paper establishes an exact tetrahedral qubit-state geometry within the deterministic six-bit construction underlying the TUS OS Triad. For every lawful six-bit anchor A, the full-state-space maximin construction selects companions B,C such that the resulting triple has exact pairwise Hamming separation (4,4,4). Every such triple has a unique equidistant completion in the same six-bit state space, given by D = A ⊕ B ⊕ C. Under the normalised sign embedding, the four completed states have unit norm, pairwise inner product −1/3, zero centroid and rank three. They therefore form the vertices of a regular tetrahedron. The paper constructs an exact isometric representation of this geometry as four qubit Bloch vectors forming a tetrahedral symmetric informationally complete structure, while affine centring and common renormalisation of the original three-state face yield exact qubit-trine geometry. The analytical construction is verified exhaustively over the complete finite state space. The census covers all 64 six-bit anchors, 249,984 ordered anchor-conditioned candidate pairs, 41,664 unordered triples, 960 mutual-distance-four triples, and 240 completed four-state sets. The same geometric recovery is demonstrated in two frozen public TUS receipt packages. The result separates the mathematical completion from the protocol object. Only the three states (A,B,C) are emitted as active Triad starts; the fourth state (D) is a uniquely determined mathematical completion and does not become an additional receipt-bearing protocol member. The tetrahedral and trine constructions therefore provide exact qubit-geometric representations of an already-fixed finite classical structure rather than additional states or operations in the native TUS OS protocol. The claim boundary is explicit. The paper does not claim that TUS OS physically prepares qubits, performs SIC or trine measurements, exhibits contextuality or other nonclassical behaviour, or obtains quantum computational advantage. Its result is an exact finite geometric correspondence and protocol linkage between the completed six-bit Triad structure and canonical qubit tetrahedral and centred-face trine geometry. Supporting General Theory Programme This paper is Paper 1 and the opening theorem paper in the TUS OS quantum-operational and Answerability research programme. It proves that the canonical six-bit TUS OS Triad has exact (4,4,4) Hamming geometry, a unique XOR completion, regular-tetrahedral geometry, an exact qubit-SIC representation, and centred-face trine geometry. Paper 2 develops the exact operational calculus and full-carrier qubit prepare–measure representation. Paper 3 extends the result to the complete relational Atlas and exact global static quantum dimension. Paper 4 develops the complete-future, orthogonality, process, LANDING/GUIDANCE, and native Triadic synthesis theory. Paper 5 introduces the Anchored Analog Quantum System framework, while Papers 6–7 generalise the contract-relative resource and operational-observability structure. Papers 8–9 then develop generic Answerability theory, Paper 10 proves the complete protected and executable realisation of TUS OS in the Answerability Calculus, and Paper 11 closes the programme with A General Theory of Answerability, establishing Structural Identity, Recognition, the canonical mandatory protected core, and lawful Realisation Freedom. Paper 1 therefore provides the mathematical starting point for the complete programme. Paper 1 — Canonical Tetrahedral Qubit-State Geometry in the TUS OS Triad XOR Completion, Receipt Verification and the Qubit-Geometric Semantic WitnessEstablishes the canonical tetrahedral geometry, unique XOR completion and exact qubit-SIC representation. The canonical maximin construction yields a unique same-space completion whose normalised sign embedding forms a regular tetrahedron, while the centred and commonly renormalised emitted face has exact qubit-trine geometry. The emitted three-state face itself is not asserted to be a trine before that affine centring and normalisation. Paper 2 — The TUS OS Operational CalculusClassical Construction of Exact Qubit Prepare–Measure Behaviour from a Receipt-Custodied Engine ArchitectureExtends the Paper 1 geometry to exact full-carrier qubit prepare–measure behaviour from the deterministic classical engine under the declared Coordinate-Incidence Operational Harness. For each lawful foundation, the 64 six-bit carriers map to exactly 27 anchor-relative qubit preparations, while the separately declared face Harness gives the exact trine table. Paper 3 — From Finite Relational Structure to Qubit Operational FormAmbient Foundations, Canonical Subatlas, Exact Global Quantum Dimension, GUIDANCE Witness, Sequential Closure and Global Representation in TUS OSExtends the local construction to the completed-foundation family and canonical TUS OS subatlas, establishes exact carrier-reconstruction structure, proves that the repeated-common-effect static Atlas has exact minimum complex Hilbert dimension 4, and establishes deterministic predictive-state minimum 64 for the frozen complete principal future language. Paper 4 — Technical Volume I — Formal Foundations and the Complete-Future CorpusNative Contract, Statistical Discrimination and the Invariant Probability ModuleFixes the formal native domain, complete principal terminal future-experiment language and one-common-word experiment class; establishes complete statistical separation of distinct carrier pairs, exact parity-resolved discrimination results and complement reachability; and proves that the rational invariant probability module has dimension 33. Paper 4 — Technical Volume II — Orthogonality, Process Closure and Native Triadic SynthesisEstablishes universal complement-support orthogonality and its propagation under exact common-CPTP dynamics, yielding the certified same-parity support graph and the bound 32 ≤ d_CPTP^min ≤ 64, with cross-parity forcing and the exact state-only common-CPTP minimum remaining unresolved. It further establishes recovery-complete LANDING and GUIDANCE results, exact 64-dimensional selected-line instrument/readout minima at their declared contracts, an exact classical–quantum hybrid construction, and the native structural/predictive quotient correspondence. Paper 5 — TUS OS as an Anchored Analog Quantum SystemNative Witnesses, Predictive Synthesis, and Access-Contract Resource SeparationDefines Analog Quantum Views and Anchored Analog Quantum Systems, proves that TUS OS is a proper Anchored Analog Quantum System on its 64-input abstract canonical corpus, elevates the inherited structural/predictive correspondence into the Predictive Synthesis Identity Theorem, organises the inherited exact quantum-operational results through a typed access-contract resource law, and composes the recognition, predictive, resource and downstream-conservation results into the TUS OS Anchored Analog Quantum System Theorem. Paper 6 — Contract-Relative Quantum Realisations of Classical ProcessesPredictive Compression, Vanishing Worst-Case Causal-State Transparency, and Finite-Dimensional BreakdownGeneralises the access-dependent resource phenomenon beyond the TUS-specific discovery corpus by formalising the contract-relative achievable-resource object (S,C,𝔐,ε) ⟼ Ach(S,C;𝔐,ε), and establishes three exact contract-relative regimes: strict finite separation, unbounded finite separation and finite-capacity breakdown. These are instantiated respectively by the TUS OS 4→64 separation, the periodically modulated decay 2→N exact prediction-to-transparency separation, and dual-Poisson finite-capacity breakdown for every positive uniform worst-case transparency threshold. It separates internal divergence from family divergence, classifies baseline-feasible strengthenings as resource-neutral, strict finite, finite-resource breakdown, or UNRESOLVED, and proves exact and asymptotic witnesses including an interface-induced 2→3 separation, the TUS OS 4→64 transition, incrementally unbounded finite separation for periodically modulated decay processes, and finite-resource breakdown for positive-threshold dual-Poisson transparency. Generative Response Geometry and First-Residue Accessibility

Katsuya Tagawa

We develop a finite operational response theory for controlled quantum systems in which observer closure, hidden microscopic structure, and higher-order response are treated within a single algebraic framework. The central distinction is between generic higher-order observability and Closure–Residue (CR)-constrained generative response. Standard finite-dimensional quantum theory does not, by itself, impose the specific CR accessibility condition introduced here; physically realizable controls are ordinarily determined by the microscopic Hamiltonian, hardware connectivity, conservation laws, and environmental couplings of the system under study. We therefore formulate First-Residue Accessibility as an additional finite selection principle for the coherent-control sector studied here: the infinitesimal deformation of the observer closure algebra generated by any admissible tangent in the declared target control manifold must lie in the first-residue derivation space inherited from an underlying microscopic CR sector. The algebraic consequences are rigid. Within this coherent-control sector, the maximal abelianness of the population algebra implies that the infinitesimal action of a control on the closure algebra determines its anti-Hermitian generator uniquely modulo a diagonal population gauge. First-Residue Accessibility therefore forces the declared coherent control class, up to this gauge, to lie in a canonical graph-internal subtype extracted from the microscopic CR sector. For diagonal prepared states, the visible first-order population response is silent, while the second variation factorizes through a graph-divergence map of a microscopic bilinear edge flow. A three-site single-excitation benchmark realizes the factorization exactly and yields an even response law of the form Sigma(epsilon X) = epsilon^2 Q_CR(X,X) + O(epsilon^4). We also separate exact discrete support transport from continuous-time quasilocality. A hard one-step support cone has a singular continuous-time limit whenever the limiting generator genuinely spreads local observables; finite propagation in the continuous limit must therefore be formulated by soft tails rather than exact support. We introduce a normalized-trace visible-leakage profile and derive a soft causal readout bound. In the coherent single-excitation sector this profile is uniformly equivalent, up to fixed observer-volume constants, to intrinsic operator-norm quasilocality. For finite-range exchange with simultaneous site dephasing we prove an N-uniform normalized-trace quasilocality estimate without using rank preservation. This genuinely nonunitary extension establishes a common finite-time exponential locality class with standard open-system quasilocality, while the stronger two-sided intrinsic equivalence is claimed only for the coherent unitary subclass. We further show that divergence-image membership is non-discriminating for connected full-population readout, construct an explicit standard CPTP control family that is first-order silent but violates the CR component constraint on a disconnected graph, and isolate experimentally measurable null tests. We distinguish a declared target-control manifold from the larger independently calibrated manifold of physically available coherent controls, thereby separating a conditional declared-manifold accessibility hypothesis from the stronger Physical First-Residue Accessibility statement. Under star-compatible oriented provenance we also derive an observable cross-prediction bound that links independently fixed static CR data to a measurable quadratic response coefficient. A framework-discriminating test requires both that the CR structure be fixed without using the target Hessian data and that the resulting constraint be stronger than what follows from the same calibrated microscopic information in a standard quantum model. We further exhibit a connected three-site collective-mode candidate in which CR Accessibility predicts an exact left–right quadratic null, while a same-support standard comparator constrained only by independently fixed aggregate tangent norms permits a nonzero response envelope. This yields a strict prediction-set separation under an explicit Dataset-A information condition, while also making clear that the separation disappears if standard microscopic calibration independently fixes the same collective tangent relation. We map this strict comparator onto a single-electron linear triple quantum dot, construct a four-point mixed-Hessian estimator, and propagate swap-odd instrumental asymmetry, finite-difference bias, and shot noise into a preregistered experimental envelope. The deeper derivation of the accessibility principle from the full Generative Map is left to the subsequent axiomatic stage of the program.

Reciprocal Internal Complementarity: A Conditional Route from Taichi-Like Mutual Inclusion to Schrödinger Normal Form, Entanglement, and Finite Born-Form Readout

Qingchun Zhang

Quantum theory combines three structures that are often introduced separately: complex norm-preserving evolution, entanglement of composite systems, and quadratic weights for measurement outcomes. This paper asks whether a complementarity-first architecture can organize their relation without importing one structure under the name of another. The motivating image is the Taichi Diagram: two distinguishable sides and two internal “eyes,” with each side carrying a trace of its complement. The image formulates a question; it is neither a historical anticipation nor a physical proof. On a supplied two-branch positive composite, a fixed-eye state family separates diagonal reciprocal inclusion from an off-diagonal coherent link. Positivity bounds that link, and within the declared two-qubit support the state is entangled exactly when the link is nonzero. On a supplied real two-plane, complement exchange as reversal admits elliptic, hyperbolic, nilpotent, and frozen generators. A non-fixed two-sided bounded orbit selects the elliptic branch, a positive invariant quadratic capacity, and a one-frequency Schrödinger normal form. One such plane is only one complex line and is projectively trivial, so relative phase and an entangling sector require an explicit aligned two-block lift. On that four-real-dimensional carrier, the complex-linear branch swap S is distinguished from the conjugating reciprocal reversal Theta = S C. A supplied exchange/XY Hamiltonian is Theta-even; its Schrödinger generator is Theta-odd, its unitary flow is reciprocal under Theta, and it produces an exact orbit from separability through maximal entanglement and back. Separately, passive repeatable lossless separators become orthogonal projections, while a nonnegative modular readout axiom uniquely linearizes channel response and yields a finite pure-projective Born-form valuation. This result is conditional and does not establish the density-operator trace rule, general effects or instruments, one actual outcome, or objective chance. Environmental restriction suppresses accessible pair coherence by an overlap factor and explains how a larger entangled whole can cast a classical-looking local shadow. The contribution is an assumption-controlled synthesis and countermodel chain, including an explicit carrier bridge and a typed distinction between branch exchange and reciprocal reversal; the component two-qubit, planar-flow, exchange, projection, and additive-response formulas are not claimed as individually new.

Paper 7 — Operational Observability and Contract-Induced Resource Transitions in Quantum RealisabilityStructural Classification, Family Scaling, and Finite-Resource BreakdownDevelops a structural classification theory for contract-induced representation-resource transitions, introducing the Contract Distinction System (CDS), CRC cofinal/refinement equivalence, and Certified Observability Transport Theory (COTT). It separates internal divergence from family divergence, classifies baseline-feasible strengthenings as resource-neutral, strict finite, finite-resource breakdown, or UNRESOLVED, and proves exact and asymptotic witnesses including an interface-induced 2→3 separation, the TUS OS 4→64 transition, incrementally unbounded finite separation for periodically modulated decay processes, and finite-resource breakdown for positive-threshold dual-Poisson transparency. Paper 8 — The Resource Geometry of Answerable InferenceIrreducible Answerability Structure, Minimal Sufficient Cores, and Certified Inference-Resource BoundariesDevelops the resource geometry of answerable inference. It formalises lawful-discharge semantics, source-level inferential obligations, answerability-sufficient reductions and irreducible sufficient cores, while keeping semantic structure, certified lower bounds and operational feasibility independently constituted. Gate E establishes a local answerability-to-resource threshold result; globally, exact closure identifies the Pareto-minimal inference-resource boundary. On the generated exact branch, L = ↑F, and under well-partial-order conditions the resulting lower-resource geometry has a unique finite canonical antichain normal form. Paper 9 — The Answerability CalculusLawful Reduction, Contract–Resource Representation, Composition and ActivationDevelops a general mathematical calculus of Answerability as a constituted, typed relation. Its Base Theorem states that no terminal proposition counts as an answer unless it lawfully discharges the independently constituted contract. The paper develops lawful reduction, contract–resource geometry, extremal representation, repai
