Abstract

Technical Supplement to Paper 5 of the Admissibility Physics Framework (APF), Quantum Structure as Least-Cost Admissible Bookkeeping. v5.97 (April 2026), 157pp, 36 sections, 235 theorem-class environments, 59 bibitems. The supplement gives a finite-regime reconstruction of the Hilbert–Born formalism from APF's enforcement-substance primitives: complex Hilbert space, the Born trace rule, tensor products, CPTP dynamics, and measurement as record-locking, all derived rather than postulated. Headline result. The Hilbert–Born endpoint is licensed by a chain of finite, certifiable gates traceable to a single APF primitive — closed-world ledger conservation paired with no-phantom-records. The framework derives what canonical quantum-reconstruction programs (Hardy 2001; Chiribella–D'Ariano–Perinotti 2011; Masanes–Müller 2011; Barnum–Wilce 2014) postulate. Core spine (sections in order): Quantum Admissibility Condition (QAC) — produced at branch-(IJC) record-complete coherent interfaces; coherent continuations whose Boolean record-locking incurs strictly positive preservation distortion. Branch taxonomy Sepstr / Sepadm / IJCstr / IJCadm / IJCpres / Seppres with forced inclusions Sepadm ⇒ Sepstr, IJCstr ⇒ IJCadm, and explicit anti-conflation: capacity-only failure (Sepstr + IJCadm) is structurally classical and does NOT trigger QAC. Operational radical via no-phantom-record quotient — every element of the operational radical does no record-distinguishing work and is quotient-eliminable; a Wedderburn bridge identifies ϱop = Jac(𝒜) under stable-simple completeness. Finite matrix-sector representation — the faithful semisimple quotient enters a finite ⊕-of-matrix-blocks structure via Artin–Wedderburn applied to the closed-world quotient. Field selection by SPLIT closed-world composite gates — APF-complete composite closure decomposes into two independently-derivable conditions: (i) finite tensor closure (rules out ℍ structurally because Mn(ℍ) ⊗ℝ Mm(ℍ) ≅ M2nm(ℝ), not quaternionic), and (ii) finite tomographic locality (rules out ℝ via Wootters–Hardy local-marginal parameter count: 2×2 joint dimension 10 < locally-reconstructible 15). ℂ is the unique field passing both legs; the selection is a conjunction of independently-derivable conditions, not a single black-box axiom. Born trace rule ⟨E, ρ⟩ = Tr(ρE) — every positive linear functional on Mn(ℂ) is a density-matrix-and-effect pairing; trace-rule positivity is licensed by upstream cone-preservation. Gate-certified Hilbert–Born pipeline — composite meta-theorem: four gates (positivity preservation under quotient + closed-ledger reciprocity + operational-radical-equals-Jacobson + split closed-world complex selection) jointly license the H–B endpoint. Each gate is independently necessary; no single gate is redundant. If any gate fails, the framework stops at the corresponding fallback rather than silently importing quantum formalism. The derivation chain. The standard "regime gates" — reciprocal calibration → self-duality + adjoint, stable simple-record completeness, APF-complete finite composite closure → ℂ selection — are not independent postulates. They are joint consequences of closed-world ledger conservation + no-phantom-records: Tclosed-ledger reciprocity derives reciprocal calibration → adjoint from no-hidden-debt symmetric pairing B(p, m) = ∑ pi mi on a finite ledger; the adjoint is the swap partner under B, not a postulated involution. Tno-phantom-record quotient + Toperational-radical-equals-Jacobson derive stable simple-record completeness on 𝒜 = ℝ[x]/(x3), giving a quotient 𝒜/(x) ≅ ℝ that is semisimple and eligible for matrix-sector classification. Tsplit-closed-world-complex-selection derives ℂ-selection through the explicit split into tensor closure + tomographic locality. Six countermodels and red-team. Explicit countermodels for Weinberg non-linear quantum mechanics, real-amplitude QM, Bohmian mechanics, Kochen–Specker hidden variables, GRW/CSL collapse, quaternionic QM. Red-team analyses for the three paper-specific hypotheses (H1 coherent-distinction closure, H2 tensor-product admissibility, H3 spectral-action compatibility). Theorem index, dependency diagram, regime-gate certification audit table, and changelog close the document. Readable without prior exposure to the APF series. Code and reproducibility. GitHub repository Colab walkthrough notebook (one-click) Interactive dependency DAG Codebase backing (v7.5). 23 bank-registered checks span the supplement's quantum-derivation chain across three modules: apf/aps.py (Admissible Possibility Space primitive + continuation preorder, 3 checks); apf/quantum_admissibility.py (branch-taxonomy inclusions, κBool minimum, capacity lower-bound certificate, QAC, ℂ-selection uniform-defect form, Born trace rule — 6 checks); apf/closed_world_completeness.py (the closed-world derivation chain itself, 14 checks: closed-ledger reciprocity, no-phantom-record quotient, operational-radical-equals-Jacobson, positive-cone quotient compatibility, split tensor closure, split tomographic locality, split closed-world ℂ-selection, preservation-IJC obstruction, constructive commuting realization, closed read/write self-duality, capacity-only-distinct-from-structural-IJC, gate-certified Hilbert–Born pipeline, closed-world-completeness-derives-three-gates, adjoint closure of stable simple sectors). All 471 verify_all checks load cleanly; 467 PASS. About the APF series. The Admissibility Physics Framework derives Standard Model and cosmological structure from a single primitive — finite enforcement capacity — through a chain of papers plus a machine-verifiable engine. Each paper has a main text and, where applicable, a Technical Supplement, deposited on Zenodo and collected in the admissibility_physics community; the canonical engine (APF-Engine v24.3.427, 3,918 bank-registered checks) backs every quantitative claim. Duplicate record. The canonical deposit for this paper is APF Paper 5 — Quantum Structure from Finite Enforceability (Technical Supplement) (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19908706). This record is retained because published Zenodo DOIs cannot be removed; please cite the canonical record. Technical Supplement to Paper 5 of the Admissibility Physics Framework (APF), Quantum Structure as Least-Cost Admissible Bookkeeping. Paper 5 derives the complete quantum formalism — linearity, complex Hilbert space, tensor products, Born's rule, unitary and CPTP dynamics, measurement as class change, spectral-action internalisation, and UV-completion closure — from PLEC (A1, MD, A2, BW) plus the capacity quantization Ctot = 61, deff = 102 imported from Papers 1–4. The supplement provides self-contained proofs of the theorems compressed to sketch form in the main paper. Linearity from coherent-distinction closure. Tlinearity: if sector states |ψ1⟩, |ψ2⟩ are admissible and coherent-distinction-closed, then their normalised linear combination α|ψ1⟩ + β|ψ2⟩ with |α|2 + |β|2 = 1 is admissible. Complex Hilbert space. THilbert: the state space is a complex Hilbert space ℋ with inner product induced by the cost functional, and the field selection 𝔽 = ℂ is inherited from Paper 1's field-selection tier. Tensor product. Ttensor: composite systems factorise as ℋAB = ℋA ⊗ ℋB under admissibility of joint distinction. Born's rule. TBorn: measurement outcome probabilities are Pr(k | ρ) = Tr(Pk ρ) with {Pk} the projective decomposition operators corresponding to admissible partition classes — derived, not postulated. Unitary and CPTP dynamics. THermitian and TCPTP: admissible state evolution is Hermitian-generated for closed systems and CPTP for open systems, both from minimum-cost bookkeeping. Measurement as class change. Tdecoherence: measurement is the transition from an admissible coherent superposition to an admissible classical register, formalised as a class change on the equivalence structure of admissible states. Spectral-action internalisation. Lspectral_action_internal: the Connes spectral action coincides with the APF partition function under the Boltzmann cutoff. Full proof in Paper 7 Technical Supplement §S.4. UV-completion closure. LQG_P1_closure: the admissibility framework remains consistent under Paper 1's structural extension to UV scales. Explicit countermodels exclude the main published quantum-reconstruction alternatives (Hardy 2001, Masanes–Müller 2011, d'Ariano–Chiribella–Perinotti 2010, Rovelli relational). Red-team section analyses three paper-specific hypotheses (H1 coherent-distinction closure, H2 tensor-product admissibility, H3 spectral-action compatibility). Theorem index, dependency diagram, and changelog close the document. Readable without prior exposure to the APF series. Code and reproducibility. GitHub repository Colab walkthrough notebook (one-click) Interactive dependency DAG About the series. Admissibility Physics derives the Standard Model gauge group, fermion content, quantum formalism, Lorentzian spacetime, the Einstein field equations, the cosmological constant, and the neutrino, strong-CP, and dark sectors from a single assumption — that enforcement is finite at every causally connected region — with zero free parameters. The core derivation runs Papers 0–11; the extension papers carry the individual sectors. Each paper's main text and Technical Supplement is deposited separately, and every quantitative claim traces to a named, executable check in the public theorem bank (over 3,800 bank-registered theorems across roughly 450 modules, 48 quantitative predictions). APF Paper 14 — Quantum Mechanics from Beginning to End — Technical Supplement

Ethan Brooke

This is the Technical Supplement — the proof-dense companion and the canonical formal record for the paper's claims. The main paper argues; the supplement proves. Every load-bearing claim traces to a named check function in the APF verification engine, and the supplement is the document a referee should audit first. The supplement is self-contained for Paper 14: every definition, proof, and grade the paper rests on appears in this one document — the substrate primitives and the marginal admissibility floor, proved; the locality and cost-uniqueness lemmas; the Δ calculus with both fences' witnesses written out; the Boolean-defender bridge with its five certified physical hypotheses and the 3-4-5 worked witness computed on the page; the gate pipeline with a gate-by-axiom comparison to the operational-reconstruction literature (Hardy; Chiribella–D'Ariano–Perinotti; Masanes–Müller; Barnum–Wilce; Spekkens; Abramsky–Brandenburger); the native correlation family constructed explicitly, rung by rung; the resolution triad set against standard thermodynamics (Landauer, erasure, environment-assisted recovery); a consolidated readings register listing every claim below [P] with its falsifier and status; a glossary mapping the framework's vocabulary onto standard quantum-information terms; and a worked end-to-end instance — device to interrogation normal form to exact feasibility certificate to priced ledger, with every tolerance explicit. A reproducibility appendix pins every claim to the APF theorem bank at a named GitHub commit and the archived Engine release (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18529115); the certificates reproduce deterministically in exact rational arithmetic. About the series. Admissibility Physics is a structural realist reconstruction program built on a single commitment: any bounded region of the world can hold only finitely many distinctions. A principle of least enforcement cost then selects, among all the ways those distinctions might be arranged, the configurations a finite world can sustain. From this the content of physics is reconstructed rather than postulated: the Standard Model's gauge group and matter content, the Hilbert-space and Born-rule architecture of quantum mechanics, the geometry and field equations of general relativity, the four laws of thermodynamics, and the large-scale budget of cosmology emerge as different readings of one finite-capacity ledger. The unification is quantitative as well as conceptual: the framework's dimensionless constants appear not as free parameters but as counts read off that ledger — among them the dark-energy fraction ΩΛ = 42/61 and the weak mixing angle sin2θW = 3/13 — fixed, in the strongest cases, to within current measurement. The core derivation runs Papers 0–11; the extension papers carry the individual sectors. Each paper's main text and Technical Supplement is deposited separately; every quantitative claim traces to a named, executable check in the public theorem bank (over 3,800 bank-registered theorems, 48 quantitative predictions); and each result is carried at an explicit, graded level of confidence — from analytically forced to structurally grounded — with the measurements that would refute it named. Admissibility Physics is offered as a candidate, not a finished theory. If the program holds, the laws of physics could not have been otherwise: they are what a finite world permits. APF Paper 3 Technical Supplement — Entropy, Time, and Accumulated Cost

Ethan Brooke

Technical Supplement to Paper 3 of the Admissibility Physics Framework (APF), Ledgers: Admissible Dynamics, Entropy, and the Arrow of Time. Paper 3 promotes complete positivity from postulate to theorem. It derives the directed-enforcement multiplier κ = 2 from irreversibility plus locality. It identifies von Neumann entropy as committed capacity. It elevates the Admissibility-Capacity Ledger to a first-class object with six regime projections and four consistency identities. Eight formal sections. §1 Complete positivity as theorem. TCPTP derives the Kraus-form evolution ℰ(ρ) = Σk Kk ρ Kk† with Σk Kk† Kk = 𝟙 directly from PLEC, comparing the result to the Stinespring–Choi–GKSL infrastructure (Stinespring 1955, Choi 1975, Lindblad 1976, Gorini–Kossakowski–Sudarshan 1976, Kraus 1983). §2 Directed-enforcement multiplier. Tκ proves κ = 2 from irreversibility plus locality. §3 Von Neumann entropy as committed capacity. Tentropy identifies S(ρ) = −Tr(ρ log ρ) with the committed-capacity functional, anchored to the strong-subadditivity backbone (Lieb–Ruskai 1973, Wehrl 1978). §4 Second law and arrow of time as structural consequences of Lirr, not phenomenological postulates. §5 ACC and horizon entropy. SBH = A/4 with the formal proof of the ½ × ½ bookkeeping. §6 The Admissibility-Capacity Ledger. TACC unification elevates (K, deff) to a single ledger with six regime projections πT (thermodynamic), πG (gauge), πQ (quantum), πF (fermion), πC (cosmological), πA (action), and four consistency identities I1, I2, I3, I4 linking holographic, gauge–cosmological, thermo-quantum, and action–thermo readings. §7 Interface-sector bridge. Tinterface sector bridge is the subspace-level refinement. APF Paper 14 — Quantum Mechanics from Beginning to End

Ethan Brooke

This paper tells the quantum-mechanical account of Admissibility Physics in one place, from the first declared fact to the last committed record. From a single finite-capacity axiom (A1) plus one declared occupancy fact, the story runs through the Δ calculus that prices jointness (Δ = ε(J − R), derived, with two fences: Δ is not an information functional, and Δ > 0 is not a quantum criterion); the separable / irreducibly-joint fork, decided by an exact Boole-polytope feasibility test; the Boolean-defender bridge that forces noncommutativity where the global Boolean section fails; the gate pipeline that earns complex Hilbert space and the finite Born trace rule as endpoint theorems rather than postulates; the correlation ladder from product states to Tsirelson, with a native family ceiling 2√2·102/103 carried at honest reading grade with a live falsifier; resolution as a class transition, with the free/spend/permanent triad proved as a composition of banked theorems and measurement, decoherence, the Page curve, and the Diósi–Penrose scale as four worked instances of one mechanism; and the arrow of time as the one-way ratchet of the admissibility floor — confinement, the second law, and the quantum as one axis read at graded strengths. Every load-bearing step is anchored to a named, machine-verified check function in the APF theorem bank; the grade of each step is stated where the step is made; and everything the story does not claim is stated in one place. The Technical Supplement (deposited alongside and linked from this record) is self-contained for this paper: every definition, proof, and grade the story rests on, in one document, with a worked end-to-end instance and a reproducibility appendix pinning the theorem bank to a public repository and an archived release. Formal Supplement: End-to-End Derivation from Finite Enforcement Capacity to Quantum Structure

Duplicate record. The canonical deposit for this paper is APF Paper 1 — The Enforceability of Distinction (Technical Supplement) (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19714957). This record is retained because published Zenodo DOIs cannot be removed; please cite the canonical record. Title: Formal Supplement: End-to-End Derivation from Finite Enforcement Capacity to Quantum Structure Authors: Brooke, E. S. Description: Self-contained formal supplement to "The Enforceability of Distinction: Quantum Structure from Finite Enforcement Capacity" (Paper 1 of the Admissibility Physics Framework series). Derives finite-dimensional quantum mechanical structure — Hilbert space, C*-algebra, Born rule, Tsirelson bound, no-broadcasting — from a single resource-theoretic axiom (A1: finite enforcement capacity), one regularity condition (MD: uniform per-test cost floor), one richness premise (BW: budget-window triple), and constitutive admissibility semantics (SP, K3, FD1–FD6). The derivation proceeds in three tiers. The core chain (A1 + MD + BW + constitutive semantics) produces: a finite-dimensional real vector space with sector decomposition, a sector-orthogonal bilinear form forced by disjoint-support additivity (K3), self-adjoint enforcement projections, superadditive joint enforcement costs, a noncommutative real *-algebra, Wedderburn–Artin block decomposition, a GNS Hilbert-space representation, and a faithful positive state constructed from enforcement data. Field selection excludes real nonclassical blocks via state-separation completeness (T2c.1, single-interface, proved) and quaternionic blocks via composition closure (T2c.2, multi-interface, conditional). Standard quantum corollaries — Born rule (via Busch's generalized Gleason theorem), Tsirelson bound (via the Cirel'son identity), monogamy, and no-broadcasting — follow within the derived algebraic skeleton. Key features: (1) explicit variational framework for joint enforcement, including admissible defender class, projection reduction lemma, Grassmannian existence proof, and a theorem that all optimal joint defenders have nontrivial pool support when the superadditivity surplus is positive; (2) formal equivalence between nontrivial pool-supported joint threats, superadditive enforcement cost, and algebraic noncommutativity; (3) a fully explicit 11-step qubit model computing every quantity from enforcement costs through Born probabilities; (4) named support-recruitment monotonicity principle (SRM) separating structural from physical selection of orthogonal projections; (5) explicit computable stability thresholds for Wedderburn block structure and field type under approximate disjoint-support additivity; (6) front-matter tables classifying every result as unconditional, conditional, or dependent on external theorems. 71 pages. Three parts: Part I (Core Derivation, §1–7), Part II (Worked Examples and Detailed Verifications, §8–12), Part III (Discussion, Comparisons, and Scope, §13–14). No companion paper result is assumed. Compiled LaTeX source and PDF included. Keywords: quantum reconstruction, finite-dimensional quantum mechanics, C*-algebra, Hilbert space, Born rule, Tsirelson bound, no-broadcasting theorem, enforcement capacity, admissibility physics, Wedderburn–Artin theorem, GNS construction, noncommutativity, field selection, resource-theoretic foundations Related identifiers: Supplement to: Brooke, E. APF Paper 5 — Quantum Structure from Finite Enforceability

Ethan Brooke

Admissibility Physics — Quantum Structure from Finite Enforceability (Paper 5) This Zenodo community collects research outputs associated with Admissibility Physics, with primary focus on Paper 5 — Quantum Structure from Finite Enforceability and the derivation of quantum mechanics as an admissible representational regime. Paper 5 shows that the mathematical structure of quantum mechanics—Hilbert space, linearity, inner products, tensor products, unitary evolution, CPTP maps, and the Born rule—is not postulated, but forced by admissibility once coherent, jointly enforceable distinctions exist under finite correlation capacity. Quantum structure emerges as the unique bookkeeping required to represent interference, refinement, and recombination while preserving admissibility. The derivation does not assume probability, measurement postulates, dynamics, or spacetime geometry. Probability enters only as a secondary representation, with the Born rule arising uniquely from admissibility invariance and refinement consistency. Measurement is treated as a regime transition associated with saturation and record formation, not as a fundamental collapse mechanism. Quantum mechanics is shown to be conditionally valid: exact in regimes where coherence and non-saturation permit admissible composition, and structurally inapplicable where capacity is exhausted. Monogamy, entanglement limits, and decoherence follow from non-closure under composition and finite interface capacity, rather than from quantum axioms. All subsequent works in this community rely on the quantum-admissible representation established in Paper 5. Later papers show how variational dynamics and spacetime geometry arise as further conditional representations layered on top of quantum structure, and how quantum description itself fails at saturation boundaries, horizons, and measurement-like events. This community serves as a curated, citable archive centered on the derivation and limits of quantum structure within Admissibility Physics. Paper 5 functions as the representational keystone of the program: the point at which finite enforceability yields the quantum formalism without postulation. Core papers are frozen where noted; companion papers, mathematical appendices, figures, and computational artifacts document derivations, regime conditions, and testable consequences.

Technical Supplement to Paper 5 of the Admissibility Physics Framework (APF), Quantum Structure as Least-Cost Admissible Bookkeeping. v5.97 (April 2026), 157pp, 36 sections, 235 theorem-class environments, 59 bibitems. The supplement gives a finite-regime reconstruction of the Hilbert–Born formalism from APF's enforcement-substance primitives: complex Hilbert space, the Born trace rule, tensor products, CPTP dynamics, and measurement as record-locking, all derived rather than postulated. Headline result. The Hilbert–Born endpoint is licensed by a chain of finite, certifiable gates traceable to a single APF primitive — closed-world ledger conservation paired with no-phantom-records. The framework derives what canonical quantum-reconstruction programs (Hardy 2001; Chiribella–D'Ariano–Perinotti 2011; Masanes–Müller 2011; Barnum–Wilce 2014) postulate. Core spine (sections in order): Quantum Admissibility Condition (QAC) — produced at branch-(IJC) record-complete coherent interfaces; coherent continuations whose Boolean record-locking incurs strictly positive preservation distortion. Branch taxonomy Sepstr / Sepadm / IJCstr / IJCadm / IJCpres / Seppres with forced inclusions Sepadm ⇒ Sepstr, IJCstr ⇒ IJCadm, and explicit anti-conflation: capacity-only failure (Sepstr + IJCadm) is structurally classical and does NOT trigger QAC. Operational radical via no-phantom-record quotient — every element of the operational radical does no record-distinguishing work and is quotient-eliminable; a Wedderburn bridge identifies ϱop = Jac(𝒜) under stable-simple completeness. Finite matrix-sector representation — the faithful semisimple quotient enters a finite ⊕-of-matrix-blocks structure via Artin–Wedderburn applied to the closed-world quotient. Field selection by SPLIT closed-world composite gates — APF-complete composite closure decomposes into two independently-derivable conditions: (i) finite tensor closure (rules out ℍ structurally because Mn(ℍ) ⊗ℝ Mm(ℍ) ≅ M2nm(ℝ), not quaternionic), and (ii) finite tomographic locality (rules out ℝ via Wootters–Hardy local-marginal parameter count: 2×2 joint dimension 10 < locally-reconstructible 15). ℂ is the unique field passing both legs; the selection is a conjunction of independently-derivable conditions, not a single black-box axiom. Born trace rule ⟨E, ρ⟩ = Tr(ρE) — every positive linear functional on Mn(ℂ) is a density-matrix-and-effect pairing; trace-rule positivity is licensed by upstream cone-preservation. Gate-certified Hilbert–Born pipeline — composite meta-theorem: four gates (positivity preservation under quotient + closed-ledger reciprocity + operational-radical-equals-Jacobson + split closed-world complex selection) jointly license the H–B endpoint. Each gate is independently necessary; no single gate is redundant. If any gate fails, the framework stops at the corresponding fallback rather than silently importing quantum formalism. The derivation chain. The standard "regime gates" — reciprocal calibration → self-duality + adjoint, stable simple-record completeness, APF-complete finite composite closure → ℂ selection — are not independent postulates. They are joint consequences of closed-world ledger conservation + no-phantom-records: Tclosed-ledger reciprocity derives reciprocal calibration → adjoint from no-hidden-debt symmetric pairing B(p, m) = ∑ pi mi on a finite ledger; the adjoint is the swap partner under B, not a postulated involution. Tno-phantom-record quotient + Toperational-radical-equals-Jacobson derive stable simple-record completeness on 𝒜 = ℝ[x]/(x3), giving a quotient 𝒜/(x) ≅ ℝ that is semisimple and eligible for matrix-sector classification. Tsplit-closed-world-complex-selection derives ℂ-selection through the explicit split into tensor closure + tomographic locality. Six countermodels and red-team. Explicit countermodels for Weinberg non-linear quantum mechanics, real-amplitude QM, Bohmian mechanics, Kochen–Specker hidden variables, GRW/CSL collapse, quaternionic QM. The two recurring "42"s in the codebase — the T11 cosmological partition and the Lself exclusion commitment decomposition — co-witness on the same 42-dimensional subspace Vglobal ⊂ V61. §8 Fisher-information metric. The Fisher metric on admissible states. RG flow expressed as Fisher gradient descent (Braunstein–Caves 1994, Petz 1996, Amari–Nagaoka 2000). Red-team appendix flags four additional hypotheses at point of use: H1 (Markovian-composition closure), H2 (Hamiltonian-constraint redundancy), H3 (constraint-functional monotonicity), H4 (subspace-level uniqueness of Vglobal). Title: Formal Supplement: End-to-End Derivation from Finite Enforcement Capacity to Quantum Structure Authors: Brooke, E. S. Description: Self-contained formal supplement to "The Enforceability of Distinction: Quantum Structure from Finite Enforcement Capacity" (Paper 1 of the Admissibility Physics Framework series). Derives finite-dimensional quantum mechanical structure — Hilbert space, C*-algebra, Born rule, Tsirelson bound, no-broadcasting — from a single resource-theoretic axiom (A1: finite enforcement capacity), one regularity condition (MD: uniform per-test cost floor), one richness premise (BW: budget-window triple), and constitutive admissibility semantics (SP, K3, FD1–FD6). The derivation proceeds in three tiers. The core chain (A1 + MD + BW + constitutive semantics) produces: a finite-dimensional real vector space with sector decomposition, a sector-orthogonal bilinear form forced by disjoint-support additivity (K3), self-adjoint enforcement projections, superadditive joint enforcement costs, a noncommutative real *-algebra, Wedderburn–Artin block decomposition, a GNS Hilbert-space representation, and a faithful positive state constructed from enforcement data. Field selection excludes real nonclassical blocks via state-separation completeness (T2c.1, single-interface, proved) and quaternionic blocks via composition closure (T2c.2, multi-interface, conditional). Standard quantum corollaries — Born rule (via Busch's generalized Gleason theorem), Tsirelson bound (via the Cirel'son identity), monogamy, and no-broadcasting — follow within the derived algebraic skeleton. Key features: (1) explicit variational framework for joint enforcement, including admissible defender class, projection reduction lemma, Grassmannian existence proof, and a theorem that all optimal joint defenders have nontrivial pool support when the superadditivity surplus is positive; (2) formal equivalence between nontrivial pool-supported joint threats, superadditive enforcement cost, and algebraic noncommutativity; (3) a fully explicit 11-step qubit model computing every quantity from enforcement costs through Born probabilities; (4) named support-recruitment monotonicity principle (SRM) separating structural from physical selection of orthogonal projections; (5) explicit computable stability thresholds for Wedderburn block structure and field type under approximate disjoint-support additivity; (6) front-matter tables classifying every result as unconditional, conditional, or dependent on external theorems. 71 pages. Three parts: Part I (Core Derivation, §1–7), Part II (Worked Examples and Detailed Verifications, §8–12), Part III (Discussion, Comparisons, and Scope, §13–14). No companion paper result is assumed.
