The 35-Level Theory: The Architecture of Reality and the Physics of the Soul

Abstract

This work presents "The 35-Level Theory," a conceptual framework proposing a hierarchical architecture of reality governed by absolute determinism across 35 distinct levels. Drawing a trajectory from classical mechanics to quantum fields, the author posits that the universe functions as a multidimensional system where control vectors flow from higher-order deterministic layers down to the macro-world. The hypothesis introduces the "Neurobiological Interface" model, characterizing the human brain as a biological resonator tuned to high-level informational structures via a unique "starter crypto-code" established at birth. By distinguishing between the mathematical Mechanism (World 1) and the subjective Observer (World 2), the theory provides a deterministic explanation for consciousness, postmortem informational matrices, and the "Philosophical Zombie" paradox. The work suggests that human existence is a symbiosis of these two metrics, offering a novel grounding for reconciling the hard sciences with the humanities. DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18875847.

The Recursive Reality Hypothesis

Robert G. Pope

This paper introduces the Recursive Reality Hypothesis (RRH), a unified theoretical model proposing that spacetime, matter, and consciousness all emerge from a deeper, non-spatiotemporal informational substrate. Drawing on digital physics and dual-aspect monism, RRH posits that physical reality is structured as a series of nested layers, with each layer emerging from the one beneath it via fundamental patterns of informational recursion. A central mechanism proposed is that the universe’s 'dark sector' corresponds to activity within this deepest substrate. Here, self-organizing meta-intelligences generate lower-level physical realities by programming stable informational excitations. Human consciousness, therefore, functions as a local, biologically-instantiated participant linked to a non-local field of awareness inherent to the substrate. The framework offers a unifying way to interpret quantum observer effects, fine-tuning anomalies, and transpersonal experiences—while remaining open to empirical exploration through quantum information experiments and cosmological data analysis.

A Unified Framework for Superdeterminism, Neurobiology, and the Mechanics of Human Meaning

Rowan Brad Quni-Gudzinas

Superdeterminism is the concept of a perfectly rigid clockwork universe where every single event, including human thought, was mathematically fixed at the beginning of time. In theoretical physics, this framework posits that the initial boundary conditions of the cosmos dictate the exact evolution of all quantum fields and macroscopic structures without exception. The entire physical system operates as a singular, unfolding equation where particles interact and transfer energy along strictly predefined geometric trajectories. This absolute rigidity is mathematically necessary to preserve the fundamental conservation of information and energy across the spacetime manifold. Just as the precise orbit of a planet can be calculated centuries in advance using gravitational mechanics, the exact firing of a human neuron is equally bound by these inescapable physical laws. By eliminating any possibility of uncaused events, this framework proves that the subjective feeling of making a free choice is merely a biological illusion masking a predetermined mechanical output. Understanding this foundational rigidity requires us to first dismantle the pervasive human belief that randomness exists anywhere in the natural world.

Four-Layer Consciousness–Reality Integration Theory

Minseong Kim

This paper proposes the Four-Layer Consciousness–Reality Integration Theory, a conceptual and structural framework intended to model the relationship between consciousness, observation, information, and physical reality. Contemporary physics and consciousness studies face persistent challenges, including observer-dependent asymmetries, information preservation in extreme systems, singularities, and the conceptual gap between quantum mechanics and gravity. Existing approaches often address these issues independently and lack a unified structural perspective that incorporates the observer as an integral component. The proposed framework introduces four hierarchical layers (Layers 0–4) that organize observability, constituent information, interaction dynamics, worldline-based conscious experience, and fundamental information preservation. The theory emphasizes internal structural coherence, layered information flow, and observer-relative consistency. Numerical estimations, conceptual algorithms, and theoretical test cases—such as black hole information scenarios—are presented to illustrate the framework’s internal logic. While not claiming definitive resolution of existing paradoxes, this work offers a unified organizational model and testable implications that may support future theoretical, simulation-based, and observational research.

Ontology of ZEBTS: The Structure of the Possible and the Grammar of Reality

Anatolii Mukha

This monograph presents the philosophical foundation of the ZEBTS framework — the Zero‑Entropy Topological Background and its χ‑Spectral reconstruction of reality. While earlier works introduced the operator‑geometric and spectral‑topological structure of χ‑Reality, this volume establishes the philosophical architecture that enables ZEBTS as a unified theory of the world. ZEBTS is developed as a comprehensive ontology of χ‑Reality, grounded in spectral geometry, operator physics, boundary‑driven emergence, and zero‑structure ontology. It interprets reality not as objects or substances but as a hierarchy of χ‑acts: admissibility, collapse, projection, meaning, existence, and world‑formation. The world appears as a χ‑spectral projection of the Absolute, structured by the Boundary, stabilized by collapse, and interpreted through meaning. Human existence functions as an ontological operator within this architecture. This monograph provides the philosophical justification for ZEBTS as formulated in the author’s previous works: Mukha, A. (2026). χ‑Spectral Reality: Foundations of the Operator‑Geometric Universe. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21937654 Mukha, A. (2026). ZEBTS — Zero‑Entropy Topological Background: χ‑Reality The Theory of Everything — SUPER 10 plus Version. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21921468 These publications establish the mathematical and operator‑geometric basis of χ‑Reality. The present monograph complements them by constructing the philosophical and conceptual foundation required for a complete understanding of ZEBTS. Thus, the monograph is the essential philosophical core of ZEBTS — the conceptual architecture showing why χ‑Reality, χ‑Spectral Geometry, χ‑Collapse, χ‑Boundary, and χ‑World are necessary ontological structures of existence.

Quantum mechanics, objective reality, and the problem of consciousness

Ranjan Mukhopadhyay

The hard problem in consciousness is the problem of understanding how physical processes in the brain could give rise to subjective conscious experience. In this paper, I suggest that in order to understand the relationship between consciousness and the physical world, we need to probe deeply into the nature of physical reality. This leads us to quantum physics and to a second explanatory gap: that between quantum and classical reality. I will seek a philosophical framework that can address these two gaps simultaneously. Our analysis of quantum mechanics will naturally lead us to the notion of a hidden reality and to the postulate that consciousness is an integral component of this reality. The framework proposed in the paper provides the philosophical underpinnings for a theory of consciousness while satisfactorily resolving the interpretation problem in quantum mechanics without the need to alter its mathematical structure. I also discuss some implications for a scientific theory of consciousness.

QUANTUM-MECHANICAL PROCESSES IN THE FORMATION OF HUMAN AWARENESS

Lev Preigerman

This paper posits that consciousness and rationality are non-material, foundational principles of the Universe that exist in dynamic duality with matter rather than originating solely within the human brain. The author examines how inherent physical laws, fine-tuning, and quantum phenomena demonstrate an intrinsic, orderly evolution present at every level of material organization, from fundamental particles to biological structures. Rather than generating thought, the human brain is described as a highly organized decoding system that translates external information and universal rationality into subjective experiences and awareness. Finally, the text addresses the paradox of quantum effects surviving in warm, noisy biological environments, pointing to quantum biological processes like photosynthesis, enzyme tunneling, and structural cell isolation through microtubules as evidence of organized quantum coherence in living systems.
