Abstract

This addendum extends the Ontological Universal Entanglement Field Theory (OUEFT) framework—without introducing new parameters or primitives—to the domain of quantum biology and consciousness. All predictions derive directly from the existing axioms (Axioms 1–3), the flat-space parametric down-conversion (PDC) Bell-pair toy model (Section 3.1), the swing-surface entanglement entropy definition (Axiom 2 + Appendix A), the generalized wedge-connectivity dynamics (Axiom 3), the conserved topological linking number Qlink Q_{\rm link} Qlink (Section 3), the Lindblad suppression formula (Section 3.1), the holographic RG bridge for rent(ρbraid) r_{\rm ent}(\rho_{\rm braid}) rent(ρbraid) (Section 5.6), and the variable-Λeff \Lambda_{\rm eff} Λeff scaling calibrated solely to the Wempe et al. (2026) pancake-sheet overdensity δ=6.5±0.5 \delta = 6.5 \pm 0.5 δ=6.5±0.5 and the global baryon-to-photon ratio η≈6×10−10 \eta \approx 6 \times 10^{-10} η≈6×10−10 (which fixes θbraid \theta_{\rm braid} θbraid to reproduce LHCb/Belle II ACP=2.45% A_{\rm CP} = 2.45\% ACP=2.45% at 5.2σ).

Topological Decoherence Suppression in Long Baseline Polarization-Entangled Photon Pairs

Jason R Rinehart

Ontological Universal Entanglement Field Theory (OUEFT) predicts that the conserved topological linking number Q_link of a polarization-entangled Bell pair suppresses its environmental decoherence rate relative to the standard Lindblad prediction by a factor of exp(−Q_link² ΔS_ent), where ΔS_ent is the swing-surface entropy cost of breaking the braid. This proposal defines a single, pre-registered laboratory test of that prediction using type-II parametric down-conversion (PDC) photon pairs separated over km-scale fiber links at 10 dB squeezing. The predicted central value is Γ_obs / Γ_std ≈ 0.78 ± 0.04 (i.e., approximately 22% suppression), with a pre-registered acceptance range of 0.73–0.83, derived from the swingsurface formula at 10 dB squeezing. A null result at this level falsifies the topological-protection mechanism of OUEFT at greater than 3σ. A positive result would constitute the first experimental evidence that conserved topological linking numbers govern photon-pair decoherence beyond standard predictions, which is a necessary (though not sufficient) condition for the OUEFT ontology.

Stochastic Rupture as a Bekenstein-Bounded Mechanism for Objective Wave-Function Collapse: Emergent Proper Time, Entropic Gravity, and Informational Constraints on Quantum Histories

GUILHERME ZAMBUZI

Stochastic Rupture (SR) proposes that objective wavefunction collapse is triggered when local von Neumann entropy saturates a fraction eta of the holographic Bousso bound on causal-diamond surfaces. The SR network is concretely realized as a simple cubic lattice — square holographic sheets stacked at Planck-scale intervals — whose exact Laplacian spectrum derives the dimensional flow d s: 2 ( UV, holographic ) to 3 ( stacking ) to 4 ( Lorentzian, open ) without free parameters. The framework has two logically independent sectors. The collapse sector is self-contained and makes parameter-free falsifiable predictions. The general SR decoherence rate Gamma SR = Gm squared /(4 h bar sigma x squared ) produces a sigma x to the minus 2 scaling that discriminates SR from CSL (sigma x to the minus 3) and Diósi–Penrose (flat), independently of any free parameters; the definitive test is at MAQRO (10 to the 9–10 to the 10 amu). For GHZ/Bell states on NISQ hardware, the SR-native prediction is tau Bell / tau GHZ is similar to N squared, with a finite-size correction: reliable collapse onset at N stable is approximately equal to 1.25/(1 minus eta ) rather than the theoretical threshold 1/(1 minus eta ). The geometric sector — Newton's law, Einstein equations, spin-2 graviton — is conditional on the IR limit d s to 4 and is presented explicitly as such. Two new structural results reduce the number of free parameters. The bond-percolation threshold of the simple cubic lattice, p c = 0.2488, matches the cosmological structure-suppression parameter e 0 = 0.249 plus or minus 0.035 to within 0.1 %, linking the connectivity transition of the SR network to the S8 tension without a free fit. The restoration rate lambda q, previously unconstrained, is shown to satisfy lambda q/ gamma 0 is approximately equal to 1/ the square root of pi through a three-step geometric argument: vibrating holographic sheets drive saturation fluctuations to the 2D square interface critical point p c=1/2; Bernoulli variance at criticality gives sigma = the square root of 3 /2; three independent propagation channels in 3D then fix lambda q/ gamma 0 = C/ the square root of pi with C is approximately equal to 0.995. The remaining open step — showing the SR interface dynamics belongs to the Model A universality class with additive noise — reduces to a single one-loop RG calculation. The framework makes fourteen falsifiable predictions spanning NISQ processors, MAQRO, LISA, and Euclid, explicitly distinguishing derived results from calibrated parameters and open problems.

The Scalar Clock and the Fine-Structure of Awareness: Unified Geometric Links Between Expansion, Electromagnetism, and Coherence

EUGENE CATRAMBONE

This technical addendum extends the Scalar Clock framework by introducing a geometric interpretation of coherence based on the fine-structure of awareness, linking time-flow, spatial expansion, and electromagnetic coupling through a unified curvature relation. The central result is that coherence in physical or biological systems is governed not solely by mass or environmental temperature, but by the curvature and size of the coherent domain within a bounded geometry. This yields a natural hyperbolic scaling relation that explains why coherent superposition may persist in seemingly large or warm systems when structural symmetry is maintained. The addendum proposes that the fine-structure constant (α) emerges from the ratio between differentiation (s) and recognition (φ) within a coherent awareness domain, expressed through a scalar-time field. In this geometric context, coherence duration is predicted to depend on the degree of curvature symmetry rather than bulk mass, providing a possible explanatory bridge between mesoscopic biological coherence (e.g., cytoskeletal vibrational modes) and recent demonstrations of macroscopic mechanical superposition (e.g., millimeter-scale sapphire resonators). This work is intended as a concise conceptual and mathematical bridge between geometric time-flow models, quantum coherence, and electromagnetic structure, and is positioned as a foundation for further formal comparison with models such as Orch-OR, partial-separation gravitational collapse, and geometry-based decoherence frameworks. No metaphysical assumptions are required; the analysis remains agnostic regarding qualia and interpretation. This version adds Appendix X, introducing a microdynamic model where coherence, decoherence, and interval-generation form a recursive cycle. Using interval-spread Δ, response functional g(Δ), and sustainment Λ, the appendix defines consciousness as a fixed point in this process.
