KIR-QER-Nezirov - Supplement III Dual Coding of Quantum Fluctuation

Abstract

This Supplement III extends the QER–KIR bridge established in Supplement II by demonstrating that the two σ-dependent coefficients of the Fokker-Planck equation — the diffusion coefficient D(σ) = D₀·(1−σ) and the drift coefficient μ(σ) = μ₀·σ — constitute not merely two parameters of the same phenomenon, but encode physically orthogonal information on two complementary channels: an Amplitude Channel A(σ) = D₀·(1−σ), measuring ontological openness and the strength of quantum fluctuation, and a Rate Channel R(σ) = μ₀·σ, measuring causal closure and the temporal density of collapse acts. Section II establishes the formal channel structure. The normalized channel weights w_A = (1−σ) and w_R = σ satisfy the exact complementarity relation w_A + w_R = 1 for all σ ∈ [0,1], constituting a complete partition of σ-information. Their product defines the dimensionless channel overlap measure Κ(σ) = σ(1−σ) ∈ [0, ¼], which plays the role of a kinematic form factor in the electroweak effective potential of Supplement IV. Section III derives the critical point σ_c = ½ parameter-free from the normalization condition w_A(σ_c) = w_R(σ_c), identifying it as the exact channel transition. The inflection point of the signal-to-noise ratio SNR(σ) ∝ σ/√(1−σ), at which the rate of dominance change is maximal, is located at σ* ≈ ⅓. Section IV interprets the weak nuclear force as the physical manifestation of this channel transition. The σ-regime of the W and Z bosons (σ ≈ 0.1–0.5) coincides precisely with the amplitude-rate competition region, structurally accounting for their finite mass, their role as transition mediators, and the special status of the weak interaction among the four fundamental forces. Section VIII provides a three-stage quantitative derivation of the W/Z boson parameters. At tree level, the Weinberg angle is identified parameter-free as sin²θ_W = w_R(σ*) = σ* = ⅓, yielding the mass ratio m_W/m_Z = √(2/3) ≈ 0.8165. A single perturbative correction factor ξ = 0.6937 recovers the experimentally observed value sin²θ_W ≈ 0.2312 to within measurement accuracy. The Κ-potential U(σ) = Λ⁴·σ(1−σ) reproduces the structure of electroweak symmetry breaking, with the Higgs mass constraining the energy scale to Λ = m_H/√2 ≈ 88.6 GeV. The absolute mass scale remains explicitly open as a hierarchy problem. Section VIII.5 derives the V−A structure of charged weak currents from the discrete symmetry properties of both channels. The vector current V^μ (P-even) is assigned to the amplitude channel; the axial-vector current A^μ (P-odd) to the rate channel. The effective current J^μ_eff(σ) = (1−σ)V^μ − σA^μ is shown to be P-violating, T-conserving, and C-violating for all σ ∈ (0,1), with maximal parity violation (A_LR = 1) at the rate fixed point σ = 1. The negative sign before A^μ is derived from parity transformation properties and is not independently postulated. Section VIII.6 develops a systematic perturbation theory of nonlinear channel coefficients, establishing a parity selection rule that constrains the allowed correction terms: even-power corrections in (1−σ) for the diffusion coefficient, odd-power corrections in σ for the drift coefficient. Mixed-parity crosstalk terms vanish by spatial integration. All results follow from the three foundational KIR axioms and the fixed-point structure of Supplement II, with no free parameters beyond the single calibration ratio SNR = μ₀/√D₀ and the perturbative correction ξ. Quantum Information Protocols Through the ISA Lens: Teleportation, Superdense Coding, and Bell Tests from H¹ to H³

PENDING QUALITY AUDIT (2026-08). The file is restricted while this record is reviewed as part of a systematic audit of the author's corpus. It has not yet been assessed. Metadata and DOI remain public, and access can be requested. NOTICE (2026-08-04). This record uses a magic measure that has been shown to be incorrectly signed, and it should not be cited for quantitative magic claims. The "total variation" quantity TV = sum |W(u)| over the discrete Wigner function was used with the condition TV < 1 characterising non-stabiliser states. The inequality runs the other way. For any quasi-probability distribution summing to 1, the l1 norm satisfies sum |W| >= 1 always, with equality exactly when W is non-negative. Direct computation: the stabiliser state |+> gives TV = 1.0000 and the magic state T|+> gives TV = 1.2071. The condition "TV < 1" therefore describes the empty set, and any tier defined by it has no members. Separately, TV as defined is exp(mana) -- a monotone reparameterisation of the established Wigner-negativity monotone of Veitch, Mari, Ferrie and Emerson -- and was never compared against it. Readers should consult Veitch et al. on mana and Wigner negativity, Howard and Campbell on robustness of magic, Bravyi et al. on stabiliser extent, and Leone, Oliviero and Hamma on stabiliser Renyi entropy. NOTICE (2026-08-04). A verification this record's framework relies upon has been shown to be vacuous, and the identity it claimed to establish does not hold in the naive form. The naive pentagon identity FAILS for octonionic labels. Over all 7^4 = 2401 imaginary labelings, the two independent rebracketing paths from ((ab)c)d to a(b(cd)) disagree in 1176 cases (49%). Explicit counterexample: (a,b,c,d) = (1,1,2,4) gives +e6 on one path and -e6 on the other. The verification previously relied upon (the Pachner prover of 10.5281/zenodo.19713350) is vacuous: it defines w5 := w1*w2*w3*w4 and then checks w1*w2*w3*w4*w5 = +1, i.e. x*x = 1 for x in {+1,-1}. The identical test passes 4096/4096 on RANDOM SIGNS with no octonions involved. That script's own comment concedes the equation is "tautologically true". What this does NOT mean. Octonions are non-associative by definition, so rebracketing must be path-dependent and the naive pentagon cannot hold. That is the content, not a defect. A coherent non-associative calculus must supply the associator as explicit data satisfying its own coherence condition (Mac Lane), which is what Kuperberg's spiders (Comm. Math. Phys. 1996) provide for rank-2 groups. The structural framing is defensible; the verification was measuring the wrong thing. We recast the three foundational quantum information protocols — quantum teleportation, superdense coding, and the CHSH Bell test — in the language of the Origami Instruction Set Architecture (ISA), and then lift each to its TriQ (3-qubit GHZ) and 6-731 (broken-Fano-line) extensions. In the ISA reading, teleportation is SPLIT;SPLAT with a classical wire, superdense coding is FLIP;FLOP on a Bell pair encoding $\log_2|G|$ bits via the group $G = \mathbb{Z}_2^2$, and the CHSH violation is a hybrid H¹/H² computation: the Bell pair is a stabiliser (H¹) resource but the Tsirelson-optimal measurement applies a T-gate rotation (H², TWIST=1). We prove that the Tsirelson bound $\cos^2(\pi/8)$ equals the total variation of any dark-magic (Tier 1) state in the ISA magic-type classification — the Tsirelson bound is the Wigner mass of the dark-magic sector. Lifting to the TriQ register introduces the ORBIT opcode, raises superdense coding capacity to 3 bits per qubit ($\log_2|\mathbb{Z}_2^3|$), and replaces the CHSH game with the Fano Line Verification Game whose win conditions are the $\pm 1$ values of the $6j$ symbol of $\mathbb{Z}_2^3$. The 6-731 extension (one Fano line weakened to coupling $\eta$) makes teleportation directed, reduces superdense capacity to $3 - H(\eta)$ bits per qubit, and interpolates the Fano game win probability continuously between classical and quantum bounds. Remarkably, the same asymmetry parameter $\eta$ is independently measurable by three methods — thermodynamic Carnot efficiency (Paper 325), information-theoretic channel capacity, and game-theoretic win probability — whose agreement constitutes a Pentagon-identity self-verification test for the hardware. We close with the H$^k$ Bell tower: for each cohomological depth $k$ there is a Bell-type inequality whose maximum quantum violation requires an H$^k$ resource, providing a game-theoretic ladder that extends beyond CHSH through the Fano game (H²) to a conjectured G$_2$-correlation game (H³) accessible only to the 731-ISA SPIN opcode.Appendix B provides side-by-side quantum circuit and ISA spider diagrams for all three baseline protocols. Quantum Time - Wavefunction Collapse as the Origin of Spacetime and the Standard Model

Samuel Matthew Zygielbaum

See changelog below. The full derivations are provided in the attached paper. Every result is reproducible from the stated inputs. This paper derives the complete Standard Model, quantum mechanics, spacetime, and gravity — 85 quantitative results at sub-percent precision spanning 15 orders of magnitude — from a single postulate, four structural principles, and one measurement. The Standard Model has seventeen free parameters. General relativity has no quantum theory. The measurement problem has been open for a century. The cosmological constant is wrong by 120 orders of magnitude. The question of why there is something rather than nothing has no physical answer in any existing framework. Each of these failures shares a common omission: none ask where time comes from. This paper takes that question seriously. A single physical principle — information cannot be destroyed — is self-sealing: its own violation is incoherent. Its formal expression is Postulate I: each foreclosed quantum branch produces exactly one chronon — a massless spin-1 gauge boson of U(1)_T, the unique gauge group forced by the complex ray structure of the Hilbert space and the single scalar collapse charge. We call it the chronon. Time is not the background in which physics happens; it is generated by physics, irreversibly, at every collapse. These requirements yield a single Lagrangian, ℒ_QT, that extends the Standard Model by one massless spin-1 field and one coupling constant. From this — combined with one measurement, Newton’s gravitational constant G — we derive: all of quantum mechanics via the Piron–Soler–Gleason chain (not assumed); the complete Standard Model with all dimensionless parameters determined; the complete resolution of the measurement problem, including the environmental decoherence cascade; and 85 quantitative physical results spanning fifteen orders of magnitude in energy. Three spatial dimensions follow from the channel-matching principle (D = N_c) and the Weinberg angle consistency condition (N_c = 3). The Big Bang was not initiated — it was mandatory. The numerical precision is sharp. The worst result where the theoretical prediction exceeds experimental precision is 0.5%. For the majority of results, the framework’s prediction is already more precise than the measurement. The proton-to-electron mass ratio m_p/m_e = 2N_cπ⁵(1 + α²/√(N_c²−1)) agrees to sub-ppb precision. The proton charge radius matches muonic hydrogen to five significant figures. The Higgs boson mass to 0.002% via the full cascade derivation (0.25% from the explicit formula). The W boson mass to 0.001%. The fine structure constant to 0.026% (1/α = 137 exactly at tree level). The cosmological constant — wrong by 120 orders of magnitude in standard QFT — is derived to 0.03%. The Hubble tension, a 5σ discrepancy unresolved in standard cosmology, follows from the same structure: H₀_local = H₀ × 13/12 = 73.0 km/s/Mpc (0.05%). All four PMNS neutrino mixing parameters, previously unexplained, are derived to sub-0.5%. Sub-percent agreement spans from neutrino mass splittings at ~9 meV to the CMB temperature at 2.725 K — fifteen orders of magnitude from a single dimensionful input. The framework makes ten falsifiable predictions currently under test: an electron electric dipole moment of exactly zero (ACME III is live); a spin-1 gravitational wave breathing mode at ~9% of the + polarisation amplitude (testable with LIGO O4/O5 data); no dark matter particle in any direct-detection experiment; no graviton — gravity is geometric drift in a proper-time gradient sourced by the energy-momentum tensor, not exchange of a spin-2 particle; there is nothing to detect. A confirmed non-zero electron EDM or a detected graviton falsifies the framework immediately. The logical order, from bottom to top: information cannot be destroyed → P-I (one chronon per foreclosed branch) → proposition lattice with axioms P0–P4 → Piron–Soler–Gleason chain → complex Hilbert space → ray phase redundancy → single scalar collapse charge → U(1)_T gauge field with Maxwell dynamics → channel-matching principle gives D = N_c → Weinberg angle selects N_c = 3 → D = 3 → adding G through the Planck cascade gives λ_conf = 0.40092 fm → the complete Standard Model follows. Spacetime, quantum mechanics, and the Standard Model are not independent inputs — they follow as consequences of P-I, the structural principles, and one observational consistency condition. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ v86 Changelog (April 7–8 2026) — All numerical results unchanged from v85. No formulas modified. Foundational structure and derivation justifications rebuilt following adversarial review by two independent AI systems (Claude, GPT-4o). Foundational hardening: §2.2: Formal axiom framework P0–P4 added. Piron lattice conditions now follow as a theorem given five named structural axioms, not as informal physical arguments. P-I motivates four directly; P0 (admissibility closure) is a structural axiom on the proposition space. §2.5: ℝ exclusion replaced. Old iε propagator argument replaced with operational compositionality / local tomography argument requiring no field-theoretic machinery. §3.1: Gauge derivation rebuilt from complex ray structure forward. U(1)_T now derived from phase redundancy + single scalar collapse charge + rank-1 compact Lie group + label-free emission. Removes prior dependence on Noether's theorem invocation and energy minimization principle. §8.1.1: Channel-matching theorem added. D = N_c derived from information-balance between spatial export channels and internal confinement channels via mismatch functional. Replaces prior mutual-reinforcement argument. §1.5.1: Epistemic taxonomy added classifying all 85 results into three tiers: theorem-level (Piron, Soler, Gleason), physical-argument (gauge structure, mass formulas), and observational-consistency (N_c = 3 from Weinberg angle, cascade from G). §12: New section — Structural Analysis. Result classification (5 epistemic tiers, ~12 independent core results, compression ratio 85:19), axiom necessity (what breaks without each of P0–P4 and D1–D4), and ablation tests (N_c = 2, N_c = 4, drop P4, change coupling exponent, allow D ≠ N_c — every perturbation destroys the majority of results). Framework premise expanded from "one postulate" to "one postulate, four structural principles, and one measurement." Front matter aligned with body throughout. One derivation story, no internal contradictions. Derivation upgrades: Proton-to-electron mass ratio (§9.3): Replaced "2 spin states × N_c colours" with rigorous hyperspherical decomposition. S³ forced by massless emission in (3+1)D; S⁵ forced by K=0 ground state of 3-quark system in 6D relative coordinates. Neutral pion mass (§9.9.1): Factor 5 now derived as 2N_c − 1. Denominator 2π identified as one-loop coefficient of U(1)_T vector gauge coupling. Neutron-proton mass difference (§9.3.2): Replaced "circular loop + straight line" with flux tube arm derivation. π from SU(2) isospin rotation; +1 from chromoelectric flux tube arm to Y-junction. CP phase δ (§9.8.2): Replaced "axial-to-spherical flux ratio" with V−A vertex structure. The ratio 4/π is universal across all generation spaces because any unitary rotation lies on a great circle of S². W boson mass corrections (§9.5.1): Both NLO terms fully derived. Direct vertex α_s/(8π): C_F cancelled by non-relativistic reduction. Exchange α_s/(12π²): two vertices × Dirac-to-colour projection ratio. Charm mass (§9.13.4): Factor 4/π identified as axial-to-vector coupling ratio through V−A weak vertex. Systematic correction — QCD dressing factor: The coefficient 1/(2π) appearing in ~10 results was previously attributed to "hemisphere projection geometry." Replaced throughout: mass in the chronon framework is a U(1)_T vector gauge coupling, not a scalar Yukawa coupling. The factor 1/2 confirmed by two independent routes: (i) Dirac algebra (γ^α γ^μ γ_α = −2γ^μ vs scalar = 4); (ii) C_F cancellation by non-relativistic reduction. Label correction: CKM geometric factor (§9.8.1): "four-dimensional solid angle" corrected to "three-dimensional solid angle S² = 4π." Numbers unchanged. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ v85 Changelog (April 6 2026) — Electroweak corrections, |V_cb| prediction, consistency audit Four physics improvements and a comprehensive numerical audit, all from first principles with zero free parameters. Top quark mass (0.41% → 0.06%): The electroweak self-energy correction factor changed from (N_c+1) to (N_c−1). The factor (N_c−1) = 2 counts the charged weak boson states (W⁺, W⁻) mediating the t→b→t self-energy loop — the SU(2)_L charge-raising/lowering generators. m_t = 172,803 MeV vs observed 172,700 MeV. CKM θ₂₃ / |V_cb| prediction (1.3% → 0.3%): The framework predicts |V_cb| = 42.1 × 10⁻³, essentially identical to the PDG inclusive determination (42.2 ± 0.5) × 10⁻³ and inconsistent with the exclusive determination (39.8 ± 0.6) × 10⁻³. The inclusive/exclusive |V_cb| tension is one of the open questions in flavour physics; the framework picks a side. Falsifiable prediction. Baryon asymmetry η (0.5% → <0.1%): The sphaleron efficiency κ correction changed from α_s/(2π²) to α/(2π). The sphaleron is an SU(2)_L electroweak process; its one-loop vertex correction uses the QED coupling α/(2π), not the QCD coupling. Neutrino mass splitting Δm²₂₃ (0.3% → 0.08%): QED vacuum polarization correction −α/(2π) added to G₃ alongside the existing QCD correction +α_s/π. Sign pattern (QCD adds, QED subtracts) matches the W boson mass derivation. Numerical audit (22 corrections): Full line-by-line verification of every formula, table entry, agreement claim, and cross-reference.

The Relational Foundation

O'Keeffe Daneil

This paper proposes that definite reality is constituted through physical encounter at the quantum boundary, not given in advance. Where Einstein showed that properties are relative to a frame of reference, this framework proposes that existence is relational: forged through interaction. Two claims of differing epistemic weight are advanced. The first is ontological: that relatedness is fundamental, meaning definiteness arises through encounter, not prior to it. The second is a metaphysical proposal: that consciousness, as known in integrated biological organisms, is best understood as the intrinsic interior of recursively organised relational actualisation. All results have been independently reproduced three times using separately authored analysis code, and are fully reproducible from public datasets using standard tools. The Coin invariant, 4ħ ln 2 · G · ρ_rev = c³, ties gravitational coupling, information density, and entropy bookkeeping into one exact constraint. Four headline measurements confirm the constitutive coupling across regimes: R_ID is invariant across conscious states (Bayes Factor 178.60; collapse p = 0.0065 under deep anaesthesia); α·k_B ln 2 is uniform across 26 gate voltage settings in a single-electron quantum dot at 10 mK, where the Onsager coefficient M = p(1−p) holds to machine precision and sech²(A/2) is an exact thermodynamic law with zero free parameters (ΔBIC = 1,508 over Gaussian); the constitutive coupling signature is confirmed in solar coronal plasma with a 1.21× active/quiet R_ID ratio (N = 444,889 pixels, p ≈ 0); and a closure-proximity correction field yields 19.5% LOOCV improvement in nuclear binding at 77σ from null, with a mechanistic shell-closure gradient (doubly magic 58%, singly magic 31%, non-magic 10%) that pinpoints the structural origin. The nuclear result is measured against a minimal four-term SEMF with no shell or pairing corrections: the closure field is the sole non-additive element. A Regime C constitutive law, mc² = α_C·E_conf·ln(N_raw/N_phys), yields the nucleon mass to 0.03% (938.6 vs 938.9 MeV), the proton spin fraction ΔΣ = 0.321 (measured 0.28–0.33; testable at EIC), the Madelung orbital filling rule (19/19 orbitals), and all seven nuclear magic numbers — all with zero adjustable parameters. The nucleon mass, quark spin fraction, and cosmological visible matter fraction are three ratios of the same N_raw = 3 × 8 × 27 = 648 information partition — they are not fitted independently; and the LIGO merger-efficiency floor α_C is exactly linked to the proton spin fraction ΔΣ and visible-matter fraction f_vis by the algebraic corollary α_C = (ΔΣ − f_vis)/(2(1 − ΔΣ − f_vis)), so these quantities are mutually determined faces of the single confinement partition. The Boundary-Addressability Principle derives the Planck/QCD hierarchy from N_raw = 648 alone: ln(E_P/E_conf) = 2 ln(N_colour)/α_C + log₂(N_f) − log₂(N_raw)·α_C⁴ = 45.8798, yielding G to 0.016% from CODATA with zero free parameters and no G as input — a derivation of Newton’s constant from the confinement information partition, now axiomatically complete: the quartic correction −log₂(648)·α𝐶⁴ is closed by the Bandwidth Saturation Axiom (Axiom 7, Appendix Q), the seventh foundational element of TRF. The LIGO merger efficiency floor is derived as a cross-regime theorem: α_C = ln(N_spin/N_F)/(2 ln(N_colour)) = 0.148798, residual 1.79×10⁻⁶. Applied to the de Sitter horizon, the Coin recovers ρ_Coin = ρ_critical algebraically without QFT vacuum-energy additivity; the 648 partition fixes a 17.0% flavour-visibility fraction within confined matter; its cosmological projection to the visible-matter abundance is a zero-parameter structural extension, consistent with Planck’s 15.8% value and independently supported by the electromagnetically weighted quark momentum fraction ≈ 17–19% from global PDF fits. The fine-structure constant is derived to 0.004% accuracy (1/α = 137.031 vs CODATA 137.036) via the Relational Closure Principle: the photon IS the relational encounter (ds² = 0) and cannot occupy a free state in its own information budget, so its self-occupancy fraction f_F/N_gauge corrects the bare EM information cost. This is a conditional one-loop derivation; the sole remaining closure is the formal derivation of the partition factor Z = 1 + f_F/N_gauge from the Coin entropy bookkeeping. A matrix of falsifiable predictions defines the conditions under which the framework would be disconfirmed. The Koide formula K = (m_e + m_μ + m_τ)/(√m_e + √m_μ + √m_τ)² = 2/3 is derived as a structural theorem of TRF’s Z₃ generation symmetry (Appendix P, Sections P.12–P.13): the Flavour Equipartition Principle fixes r = √2 in the Z₃ parameterisation, and the Lepton Encounter Principle — lepton mass is the square of the irreversible relational projection onto the vacuum reference — closes the derivation with zero free parameters entering the ratio. The lepton mass ratios are recovered to m_μ/m_e = 206.875 (0.052%) and m_τ/m_μ = 16.8173 (0.0016%); the 0.0006% empirical departure from exact K = 2/3 is the expected O(x⁴) correction in the Coin entropy expansion — a prediction, not a discrepancy. The absolute lepton mass scale and the 1.68% m_e offset remain open and are orthogonal to the ratio derivation. Quantum correlations and non-equilibrium quantum transport

Michele Coppola

Spin-Statistics, Aharonov-Bohm, Perturbative Finiteness, and Twenty-Two Derivations from Kaluza-Klein Geometry

G Six

We propose that spacetime is five-dimensional — (x, y, z, t, e) — where the fifth dimension e is circular, periodic, and corresponds to the U(1) fiber in a principal bundle over four-dimensional spacetime. Our four-dimensional experience is a projection of this five-dimensional reality, and every quantum phenomenon is a geometric consequence of the projection. Within this framework, superposition is extension in the e-dimension, entanglement is conservation of the e-coordinate (e₁ + e₂ = C), momentum is helical pitch (∂e/∂x = p/ℏ), spin is helical chirality, and measurement is e-space sampling. The wave function is not an abstract probability amplitude — it is the literal shape of the particle in five-dimensional spacetime. We present three original results. First, the Aharonov-Bohm effect is derived as the holonomy of the e-bundle around a topological defect, establishing the physical reality of the vector potential from geometry. Second, the spin-statistics theorem is derived from a single geometric fact: the winding number of a particle's helix through the circular e-dimension determines both its spin (via the Noether theorem) and its exchange statistics (via parallel transport). Integer winding gives bosons; half-integer gives fermions; fractional winding in two dimensions gives anyons — confirmed experimentally in the fractional quantum Hall effect. Third, the Born rule P(i) = |αᵢ|² is reproduced within the five-dimensional density interpretation and the projection postulate, and the framework reproduces the quantum correlations that violate the CHSH Bell inequality (|S| = 2√2), with the non-locality sourced by the e-conservation constraint through the fifth dimension. The same compact e-circle also resolves the central obstacle to quantum gravity. The five-dimensional Einstein-Hilbert action on the e-bundle reduces via Kaluza-Klein decomposition to four-dimensional gravity coupled to electromagnetism and a scalar field in a single metric. The compactness of the e-circle converts the continuous UV momentum integrals of 4D quantum gravity into discrete Kaluza-Klein mode sums that admit zeta regularization. Under zeta regularization of the KK mode sums, the leading UV divergence vanishes identically at every loop order: S₀^{(L)} = [1 + 2ζ(0)]^L = 0. The subleading terms are Epstein zeta functions evaluated at non-positive integers. For the two-loop R³ counterterm of linearized 5D gravity on M⁴ × S¹ — corresponding to the Goroff-Sagnotti divergence that proved 4D Einstein gravity non-renormalizable in 1986 — the result under zeta regularization is stronger than expected: the R³ coefficient is identically zero at every order in the mass expansion, not just at leading order. The sunset topology produces the Epstein zeta of the Eisenstein lattice, E₂(s; n²+nm+m²) = 6ζ(s)L(s,χ₋₃), which vanishes at every negative integer through complementary trivial zeros of ζ(s) and L(s,χ₋₃). The figure-eight and vertex correction topologies vanish independently through the trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta at even negative integers (forced by the perfect-square structure of KK masses). Ghost contributions, carrying the same Eisenstein quadratic form through KK number conservation, vanish by the same mechanisms. Under zeta regularization of the KK mode sums, linearized 5D gravity on M⁴ × S¹ is perturbatively predictive — established through two loops by explicit computation, and conjectured to all orders by the Epstein-Terras structure — with counterterm coefficients determined from two parameters: G₄ and the e-circle circumference L. The spin structure of the e-circle (bosons periodic, fermions anti-periodic) implies a natural Z₂ orbifold with two fixed-point branes. The visible brane at φ = 0 supports Standard Model matter; the hidden brane at φ = π gravitates normally but couples to no SM force — geometric dark matter. The Casimir energy of bulk fields on the orbifold, with three right-handed neutrinos in the bulk to ensure positive energy, matches the observed dark energy density for a brane separation R ≈ 12 μm and predicts Yukawa-type gravitational deviations at that scale. The same bulk neutrinos give neutrino masses at the meV scale through the bulk seesaw mechanism. Kinetic mixing between the two branes' U(1) gauge fields is predicted at ε ~ 5 × 10⁻⁴ (from the KK tower mediation: α_EM × π²/6 × exp(−π)), testable by LDMX and LHCb Run 3. A conjectured Z₃ orbifold structure gives three SM generations, with conjectured exponential mass hierarchies from a warp factor k ≈ 2. A speculative identification of the Planck-scale electromagnetic coupling with the inverse configuration torus area, 1/α(M_P) = 4π², combined with three generations of SM running, gives 1/α(0) ≈ 137. The e-circle, Z₆-orbifolded and warped, provides a geometric account of twenty-two phenomena at three levels of rigor. Eight are derived from the basic e-circle (M⁴ × S¹): quantum mechanics, electromagnetism, gravity, the spin-statistics theorem, perturbative UV finiteness, the hydrogen spectrum, black hole entropy, and the CPT theorem. Eight more follow from the Z₂ orbifold extension: dark energy (Casimir energy), dark matter (hidden-brane matter), neutrino masses (bulk seesaw), kinetic mixing with a dark photon (ε ~ 5 × 10⁻⁴), the strong CP problem (topological resolution: π₄(SU(3)) = 0 in 5D), the Hubble tension (H₀ ≈ 68.7–69.5 km/s/Mpc from hidden-brane dark radiation; in 3–4σ tension with ACT DR6 N_eff = 2.86 ± 0.13), the Casimir effect, and baryon asymmetry (derived in Paper 2 via bulk leptogenesis). Six are conjectured: the dark energy equation of state (thawing dilaton, derived quantitatively in Paper 2), the fine structure constant α ≈ 1/137 (from the configuration torus area), α stability, three fermion generations (Z₃ orbifold), the fermion mass hierarchy (warp factor k ≈ 2), and normal neutrino mass ordering (from Z₃ geometry, testable by JUNO). Seven testable predictions follow: two are already consistent with current data (observed α stability, and the dark energy equation of state w ≈ −1 — though DESI DR2 shows 4.2σ tension with static w = −1, resolvable via thawing dilaton quintessence). The naive dilaton prediction (ΔN_eff ≈ 0.57) appeared in tension with combined ACT+SPT+Planck measurements (N_eff = 2.81 ± 0.18), but this tension is resolved by intra-tower KK neutrino decays (Gonzalo et al. 2024), reducing the effective ΔN_eff to ~0.05 and giving N_eff ≈ 3.09, consistent with all CMB data. The remaining four — short-range gravitational deviations at ~12 μm, the dark photon signal at ε ~ 5 × 10⁻⁴, neutrino masses and normal mass ordering (testable by JUNO within 6 years), and mirror dark matter — are within reach of experiments in the next 3–10 years. The orbifold extensions are speculative but quantitative, with specific falsifiable predictions. What is established is a geometric framework in which the same compact circle that makes quantum mechanics necessary also makes perturbative quantum gravity finite. A companion computation (Paper 2) applies the CAMB Boltzmann solver to the framework's cosmological sector (to appear separately) with parameters derived entirely from the e-circle geometry — fitting zero parameters to CMB data. The central result is a scaling law from bulk leptogenesis on the Z₂ orbifold: the three bulk right-handed neutrinos deposit baryon asymmetries on both branes, but the hidden brane is colder (ξ = T_hidden/T_visible). The entropy asymmetry (1/ξ³) and washout suppression (1/ξ²) combine to give: Ω_DM / Ω_b = 1/ξ² Inverting against the observed ratio 5.36 determines ξ = 0.432 at leading order; the washout correction shifts this to ξ ≈ 0.49, converging with the independently θ*-matched value ξ = 0.47. Three scenarios bracket the prediction. The CAMB-computed results: t₀ = 13.47–13.60 Gyr, H₀ = 68.7–69.5 km/s/Mpc, S8 = 0.753–0.785 (resolving the 4σ weak lensing tension without tuning), r_d = 145.8–148.0 Mpc, and the CMB angular scale θ* matched to within 0.5–6.6 arcseconds of Planck's measurement. The thawing dilaton (w₀ = −0.85, w_a = −0.23) drives the expansion history H(z) to peak 4–6% above ΛCDM at z ~ 0.3–0.7 — a specific fingerprint testable by DESI DR3 at 8σ. The cosmic coincidence Ω_DM/Ω_b ≈ 5 is not a coincidence: it is 1/ξ², where ξ is fixed by geometry and baryogenesis. All three scenarios predict N_eff = 3.31–3.39, in 3–4σ tension with ACT DR6 (N_eff = 2.86 ± 0.13) — the framework's primary open issue, definitively resolved by CMB-S4 (σ(N_eff) ≈ 0.03).

In the ISA reading, teleportation is SPLIT;SPLAT with a classical wire, superdense coding is FLIP;FLOP on a Bell pair encoding log⁡2∣G∣\log_2|G|log2∣G∣ bits via the group G=Z22G = \mathbb{Z}_2^2G=Z22, and the CHSH violation is a hybrid H¹/H² computation: the Bell pair is a stabiliser (H¹) resource but the Tsirelson-optimal measurement applies a T-gate rotation (H², TWIST=1). We prove that the Tsirelson bound cos⁡2(π/8)\cos^2(\pi/8)cos2(π/8) equals the total variation of any dark-magic (Tier 1) state in the ISA magic-type classification — the Tsirelson bound is the Wigner mass of the dark-magic sector. Lifting to the TriQ register introduces the ORBIT opcode, raises superdense coding capacity to 3 bits per qubit (log⁡2∣Z23∣\log_2|\mathbb{Z}_2^3|log2∣Z23∣), and replaces the CHSH game with the Fano Line Verification Game whose win conditions are the ±1\pm 1±1 values of the 6j6j6j symbol of Z23\mathbb{Z}_2^3Z23. The 6-731 extension (one Fano line weakened to coupling η\etaη) makes teleportation directed, reduces superdense capacity to 3−H(η)3 - H(\eta)3−H(η) bits per qubit, and interpolates the Fano game win probability continuously between classical and quantum bounds. Remarkably, the same asymmetry parameter η\etaη is independently measurable by three methods — thermodynamic Carnot efficiency (Paper 325), information-theoretic channel capacity, and game-theoretic win probability — whose agreement constitutes a Pentagon-identity self-verification test for the hardware. We close with the Hk^kk Bell tower: for each cohomological depth kkk there is a Bell-type inequality whose maximum quantum violation requires an Hk^kk resource, providing a game-theoretic ladder that extends beyond CHSH through the Fano game (H²) to a conjectured G2_22-correlation game (H³) accessible only to the 731-ISA SPIN opcode.Appendix B provides side-by-side quantum circuit and ISA spider diagrams for all three baseline protocols.
