This manuscript is the core mathematical reference that makes GTOSM operational as a closed, tick-by-tick update system and a strict translation layer to and from standard physics. It is deliberately non-narrative: it contains only primitives (with explicit symbolic forms and units), a fully specified one-tick state update map with ownership semantics, and a bidirectional dictionary that rewrites standard quantities (time, energy, momentum, phase, temperature, gravity images, etc.) in GTOSM primitives on declared coarse-graining windows. Two operative objects drive the document: Measurement as a physical registrar event: measurement is defined as a fermionic non-optimal transfer (η=1) at a boundary corridor, with explicit bookkeeping consequences (forced completion, constraint replacement, exported-bias deposition, and dimensional-adjustment accounting). Pre-measurement evolution is treated separately on η=0 windows via a unitary ledger representation where appropriate. Suppression of infinities by construction: continuum divergences are eliminated through a constrained replacement calculus that substitutes ill-posed limit expressions (UV integrals, δ-sources, denominator blowups, and strong-field singularities) with finite, bounded lattice surrogates, yielding computable error bounds and audit-ready conservation bookkeeping. The document closes the loop by stating correspondence theorems with checkable hypotheses (Born-rule emergence under a fixed hazard coupling, causal locality/no superluminal signalling, Schrödinger correspondence on η=0 windows, weak-field gravity images under calibrated closure, and thermodynamic-limit consistency). The result is a publication-grade, implementation-ready “dictionary-and-dynamics” standard: translate in, evolve under fixed rules, translate out—without per-phenomenon tuning.Standalone follow-up work on: Necsanu, R. This is the Technical Supplement — the proof-dense companion and the canonical formal record for the paper's claims. The main paper argues; the supplement proves. Every load-bearing claim traces to a named check function in the APF verification engine, and the supplement is the document a referee should audit first. The supplement is self-contained for Paper 14: every definition, proof, and grade the paper rests on appears in this one document — the substrate primitives and the marginal admissibility floor, proved; the locality and cost-uniqueness lemmas; the Δ calculus with both fences' witnesses written out; the Boolean-defender bridge with its five certified physical hypotheses and the 3-4-5 worked witness computed on the page; the gate pipeline with a gate-by-axiom comparison to the operational-reconstruction literature (Hardy; Chiribella–D'Ariano–Perinotti; Masanes–Müller; Barnum–Wilce; Spekkens; Abramsky–Brandenburger); the native correlation family constructed explicitly, rung by rung; the resolution triad set against standard thermodynamics (Landauer, erasure, environment-assisted recovery); a consolidated readings register listing every claim below [P] with its falsifier and status; a glossary mapping the framework's vocabulary onto standard quantum-information terms; and a worked end-to-end instance — device to interrogation normal form to exact feasibility certificate to priced ledger, with every tolerance explicit. A reproducibility appendix pins every claim to the APF theorem bank at a named GitHub commit and the archived Engine release (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18529115); the certificates reproduce deterministically in exact rational arithmetic. About the series. Admissibility Physics is a structural realist reconstruction program built on a single commitment: any bounded region of the world can hold only finitely many distinctions. A principle of least enforcement cost then selects, among all the ways those distinctions might be arranged, the configurations a finite world can sustain. From this the content of physics is reconstructed rather than postulated: the Standard Model's gauge group and matter content, the Hilbert-space and Born-rule architecture of quantum mechanics, the geometry and field equations of general relativity, the four laws of thermodynamics, and the large-scale budget of cosmology emerge as different readings of one finite-capacity ledger. The unification is quantitative as well as conceptual: the framework's dimensionless constants appear not as free parameters but as counts read off that ledger — among them the dark-energy fraction ΩΛ = 42/61 and the weak mixing angle sin2θW = 3/13 — fixed, in the strongest cases, to within current measurement. The core derivation runs Papers 0–11; the extension papers carry the individual sectors. Each paper's main text and Technical Supplement is deposited separately; every quantitative claim traces to a named, executable check in the public theorem bank (over 3,800 bank-registered theorems, 48 quantitative predictions); and each result is carried at an explicit, graded level of confidence — from analytically forced to structurally grounded — with the measurements that would refute it named. Admissibility Physics is offered as a candidate, not a finished theory. If the program holds, the laws of physics could not have been otherwise: they are what a finite world permits. This work does not claim to replace or modify quantum mechanics. This record demonstrates, with an explicit timeline separation and execution, fixed declared geometry and operational resolution, the double-slit detected distribution on Π_D can be reproduced either by (i) evaluating standard QM upstream on a resolution-aware recombination plane Π_R,el and mapping forward, or (ii) evaluating the standard far-field screen expression directly on Π_D. Core principles made explicit: (1) measurement is defined relative to an experimental discipline via declared operational resolution (Δz, Δx) and a separated evaluation plane Π_R,el versus detection plane Π_D; (2) timeline management is explicit—distribution formation occurs on an η=0 pre-measurement window, while recorded outcomes occur only at Π_D; (3) measurement definition (“where/when/what”) is realized by the Π_R,el (distribution formation) / Π_D (registration) separation; and (4) in the GTOSM dictionary context, collapse is localized and associated with a fermionic non-optimal transfer (η=1) at Π_D (not a screen-wide contraction). A companion DOI applies the GTOSM elastic-recombination (direction-bundle) construction at the same Π_R,el under the same declared geometry and resolution.Companion: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18251608 Dictionary: Symbol definitions for Π_R,el and η=0/η=1 are specified in the GTOSM Transition paper (Zenodo record: https://zenodo.org/records/18236842).Reproducibility: Run qm_doi_qm_primary_two_methods_ALL_IMAGES.py to regenerate all figures/CSVs included in this record.Standalone follow-up work on: Necsanu, R. The Measurement Questions (structural framing) Any complete account of quantum measurement must answer four logically distinct questions: What is measuredWhich physical identity component is registered in the measurement event? Pre-measurement evolution(context for the target measurement)What interactions occur between initial preparation and the designated target measurement, and how do they reshape or constrain the admissible evolution of the wavefunction? Where is it measuredAt which spatial location does the registrar event occur? When is it measuredAt which lattice tick does the registrar event occur? These questions are independent in definition but coupled in prediction: prior to realization, specifying one of {where, when} necessarily leaves the other probabilistic. Scope of this work This work resolves Question (1): what is measured. We show that: Bosons cannot be measured directly. A “boson measurement” is always the measurement of a fermionic non-optimal transfer induced by bosonic interaction. All registered outcomes are fermionic registrar events. Bosonic wave–particle duality is therefore not fundamental, but an artifact of fermionic detection. Questions (2), (3), and (4) — including explicit space–time prediction and pre-measurement evolution (e.g. elastic recombination) — are deferred to follow-up work. Inne i denne stasisen trer to fundamentale identiteter i kraft for å sikre at nedstengningen er total: Den elektromagnetiske strømmen nøytraliseres fullstendig (⟨ψ9|ĴEM|ψ9⟩ = 0). Epistemic English Synthesis: There exists an inviolable boundary between that which is possible in theoretical calculation, and that which is permitted to exist in physical reality. When the unbounded possibility space of algorithms must be translated into deterministic action, an absolute barrier is required. In Document 174, this transition is formalized through an unyielding law: hardware must choose thermodynamic death over permitting an ontological lie. If the system detects the slightest unauthorized residual of a state, an analog guillotine falls. In under ten nanoseconds, the power rail is throttled to exactly 0.00 V DC, and all accumulated potential energy is dumped directly to ground. This state of zero volts is no empty vacuum, but a deep quantum-mechanical stasis (|ψ9⟩). Inside this stasis, two fundamental identities take effect to ensure that shutdown is total: The electromagnetic current operator is neutralized completely (⟨ψ9|ĴEM|ψ9⟩ = 0). This guarantees absolute isolation where no energy leaks as radiation, rendering the hardware immune to external influence. Simultaneously, the state space is locked to its maximal entropy capacity (Ĝ|ψ9⟩ = (ln 9)|ψ9⟩). The system pays the full, irreversible price to erase the prohibited information, an unconditional demand dictated by Landauer's principle (Qstasis ≥ kBT ln 9). Forcing such mathematical stasis into physical copper carries violent consequences. When the current is severed so brutally, a massive inductive flyback transient of approximately 333 kV is unleashed, threatening to shatter the hardware. To survive nature's backlash, a passive four-stage network, including a Landauer RC snubber, absorbs the voltage spike and compels the trapped energy to dissipate harmlessly as heat. Unlike conventional software, which attempts to catch errors and retry, this architecture harbors no willingness to compromise. A consequence gate locked into stasis never reopens merely because time passes. It demands an external physical key or a strictly time-bounded, authenticated signal to be reawakened. The machine does not attempt to patch reality together while rolling forward. It would rather shut down existence itself to preserve the truth. Technical Core: The Commutator Prohibition on Pre-Realization: Operational order between authorization ΠK and physical actuation ℛ is strictly non-commutative: [ℛ, ΠK] != 0. Only ℛ(ΠK(x)) conditioned upon ΔK = 0 is admitted. The Thermodynamic Guillotine: When ΔK != 0, an analog crowbar latch clamps the supply rail to 0.00V DC (KILL) in < 10 ns, dumping stored potential energy directly to ground (Qdump ≥ kB T ln 2). The Zero-Current Stasis Invariant: Clamping forces the system into the invariant quantum ground eigenstate |ψ9⟩, where ⟨ψ9|ĴEM|ψ9⟩ = 0, enforcing zero radiative dissipation and complete field isolation (Gyroscopic Zero-Work). Landauer 9-Fold Capacity Saturation: The entropy generator satisfies Ĝ|ψ9⟩ = (ln 9)|ψ9⟩, saturating the maximal von Neumann entropy of the 9-dimensional state space: Qstasis ≥ kB T ln 9 = 2 kB T ln 3. Substrate Integration: Passive 4-stage Landauer RC snubber (Document 169) clamps 333 kV inductive transients, while time-reversible phase memory Mφ (Document 78) uncomputes state via LIFO anti-automorphism.
