This upload contains a restricted-access version of a manuscript. The work establishes a necessity (no-go) result concerning the minimal structural conditions required for predictability in physical theory. The file is not publicly accessible and is intended solely for version control and private archival purposes.
This registration preserves a consolidated, time-stamped version of the principal works comprising the Necessity programme in natural physics. The collection includes *The Necessity of Structure*, *The Necessity of Quantum Structure*, *The Necessity of Natural Physics*, the finite-response master-equation work, and related supporting papers. Taken together, these works develop a necessity-first method for physical theory. Rather than beginning with spacetime, matter, fields, particles, observers, information, probability, or established mathematical structures as unexplained assumptions, the programme asks which structures must exist for a physical world to be coherent, distinguishable, and empirically describable. Each subsequent structure is admitted only where it can be justified by the preceding requirements. The programme proceeds from minimal structural conditions through quantum structure, composition, localisation, interaction, gravitation, cosmology, and finite numerical response. The master-equation work provides a compact mathematical expression of the programme’s finite-response structure and connects the general framework to identifiable physical regimes and numerical tests. The remaining papers develop particular consequences, applications, and consistency conditions. Unlike earlier registrations containing individual works or stages of the programme, this registration preserves the principal corpus as a unified collection. Its purpose is to establish a stable public record of the programme’s scope, internal development, authorship, and contents as they existed on the registration date. Earlier documentary materials may additionally record the historical development of the underlying ideas; those records should be distinguished from the later complete mathematical formulation. This is a registration of an existing theoretical research corpus. It is not a preregistration of a proposed experiment or empirical study.
Foundations of General Informational Theory (TGI) v1.1 This foundational preprint presents the current formulation of Teoría General Informacional (TGI), a relational framework organized around the sequence distinction → access → stored history → backreaction. The framework remains under active development. This manuscript is intended to freeze and publicly document the present foundational structure rather than to claim a completed theory of nature or a finished Theory of Everything. The work isolates a minimal relational-access core and distinguishes its exact algebraic consequences from conditional constructions, no-go results, and open problems. Particular emphasis is placed on making the assumptions and epistemic status of each result explicit. The principal purpose of this deposit is to establish a public, versioned scholarly record of the formulation developed to date, including: the exact identities of the relational-access core; sharpened algebraic and structural no-go results; the explicit separation between core statements, completion-dependent results, conditional sectors, and open problems; reversible dynamical memory and operational non-invertibility; conditional constructions of operational time and probe-defined locality; the emergence of transport, holonomy, and curvature from relational access structures; a conditional route to a minimal saturated four-dimensional active geometric phase; an infrared complex/Schrödinger-form sector; and a conditional derivation of Born weights for an explicitly defined ideal first-hit measurement class. The manuscript deliberately does not claim that these results establish TGI as a complete fundamental theory. Several central problems remain open, including the derivation of a smooth continuum limit from the underlying relational dynamics, uniqueness of admissible completions, complete gravitational closure, unrestricted quantum composition and entanglement, Bell/Tsirelson structure, post-measurement dynamics, and the numerical derivation of the action scale identified experimentally with ℏ, Newton’s constant (G_N), and the cosmological constant (\Lambda). Standard-Model dynamics, particle masses and couplings, and any new blind, experimentally confirmed TGI-specific prediction also remain outside the established claims of this version. This version supersedes earlier internal drafts. Subsequent developments are intended to be deposited as new versions within the same research lineage, preserving a transparent record of revisions, strengthened results, discarded approaches, and remaining open questions.
Universal Depth Theory (UDT) v1.0 proposes a structural framework in which physical description is organized by restricted observable access rather than by scale, energy, or ontological layering. “Depth” is defined operationally as a nested family of accessible observable algebras, with effective locality, causal structure, and interaction regimes emerging only under additional conditions such as decoherence and redundancy. This version does not present field equations or a complete dynamical theory. Instead, it isolates a minimal invariant core, formulates explicit axioms, and identifies diagnostic distinctions between causal-access geometry and correlation-based geometry. The framework is intended as a foundation for subsequent theoretical development and for falsifiable operational tests of access-dependent causal structure. This document represents an early conceptual version of the theory (v1.0) and is provided to establish priority and document the initial formulation. Later versions refine definitions, constraints, and test protocols; continuity with this version is explicitly preserved.
This record presents a new foundational theory of unity, distinction, and closure, together with a deliberately restricted technical companion. The two manuscripts are complementary and are intended to be read in tandem. The primary manuscript, Unity in Motion: Distinction, Resolution, and the Articulation of a Whole, develops the full theoretical proposal. Its primitive claim is that Unity is the condition of reality itself, rather than a property belonging only to particular physical systems. Distinction, change, multiplicity, motion, and separation are therefore treated as internal articulations of Unity rather than departures from it. In this framework, distinction determines what becomes consequential and therefore admissible, while Unity simultaneously resolves and contains that distinction. Closure is understood as the complete resolution of articulation within the whole. The paper develops this idea across several mathematical realizations already established within the ENSO programme: conserved distinction, reciprocal counter-motion, invariant quadratic closure, complex phase, Schrödinger norm preservation, Born resolution, and finally entanglement. These are not proposed as different kinds of unity. They are distinct mathematical contexts in which the same underlying question can be asked: how can real distinction and change occur without requiring ontological fragmentation of the whole? The second manuscript, Unity as the Composite: Exchange-Resolved Distinction, the Singlet State, and Bell Correlations, is supplied as a deliberately restricted technical companion. It suspends the wider ontological proposal and asks what can be established within a tightly specified bi-binary quantum representation The distinction between the two presentations is intentional. Unity in Motion is, in the author’s view, the best representation of the meaning and scope of the theory. Unity as the Composite isolates the principal theorem-level quantum result while minimizing ontological commitment. The technical companion should therefore not be read as replacing, reducing, or delimiting the full theory; conversely, the wider ontological proposal should not be mistaken for something proved solely by the singlet theorem. Publishing both versions makes the epistemic boundary explicit: one manuscript states the proposed theory in full; the other identifies a precise mathematical consequence that can presently be derived under declared assumptions. Their conjunction is intended to preserve both conceptual meaning and scientific auditability. The accompanying archive packages contain the manuscript sources, computational validator, README documentation, and reproducibility materials. The validator checks the algebraic singlet construction, exchange symmetry, correlation tensor, Born joint probabilities, no-signalling marginals, CHSH value, and hostile controls. It is a consistency check of the mathematical construction and is not presented as proof of the universal ontological premise. The earlier Unity Paper (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19481116) explicitly frames distinction as Unity's first internal articulation rather than the assembly of prior separated objects.
