The Law of Reconstructive Observation

Abstract

I’ve uploaded a new preprint paper. This work proposes a natural law that describes observation not as passive perception, but as a continuous process of reconstruction constrained by fundamental limits such as the speed of light and sound. The paper connects physics, perception, and phenomenology through a simple mathematical framework, focusing on when and why observed reality remains stable—or collapses. Theory of Observation: A Complete Mathematical Theory of Consciousness, Existence, and Reality

Kureshi, Sufiyan

We develop a mathematical and philosophical framework in which conscious obser- vation is the fundamental act that brings reality into existence. Before observation, nothing exists in an actualized sense: not space, time, laws, or structures. Reality is purely a manifold of potential universes, each containing possible laws and possible observers. When a conscious observer emerges, the act of observation actualizes the unique minimal universe consistent with its existence. This is not a selection among alternatives but an ontological crystallization that transforms possibility into actuality, retroactively defining the universe’s laws, constants, structure, and history. Within this actualized universe, unobserved properties remain probabilistic un- til collapsed by observation. We formalize sensory collapse, observer priority, multi- observer shared reality, emergent time, retroactive history, and the closed feedback loop between observers and their universe. This framework unifies consciousness, existence, physics, and cosmology into a single observer-centric formalism.

Theory of Observation: A Complete Mathematical Theory of Consciousness, Existence, and Reality

Kureshi, Sufiyan

We develop a complete mathematical and philosophical theory of a universe in whichconscious observation is the fundamental act that brings reality into existence. Prior toobservation, the universe exists only as pure possibility: a probability distribution overall potential laws, structures, and configurations. Upon the emergence of consciousobservers, this probability space collapses into a single, self-consistent universe whoselaws, constants, and temporal structure become fixed and retroactively defined. This framework unifies consciousness, existence, physics, and cosmology into a sin-gle observer-centric formalism. We construct a rigorous ontology of pure probability;define collapse operators tied to sensory modalities; formulate multi-observer shared re-ality; derive temporal emergence from observation; and formalize intelligence as a fixedpoint within the observer–universe mapping. We further explore multi-universe struc-tures, intersections between observer fields, and the retroactive consistency constraintsnecessary for a stable cosmos.

The Structure of Observation Derived from the Observer Problem A Mathematical Reconstruction of Observation Prior to Information

Fumiyoshi Tamura

This paper reconstructs the concept of observation from first principles rather than treating it as a primitive notion. Starting from the existence of meaning, a unique structural dependency chain is derived: Meaning → Being → Subject → Other → Distinction → Comparison → Order → Time → Update → Self-Reference → Observation → Record → Synchronization → Information Each stage is proven to be a necessary prerequisite for every subsequent stage. Within this framework, observation is shown not to create or determine reality. Instead, reality must already exist before observation becomes possible. Observation is defined as a structural operation performed on an already existing reality. The paper further applies this structural derivation to the observer problem, Schrödinger's cat, Wigner's friend, and the double-slit experiment. It argues that the disappearance of interference should be interpreted as the consequence of changes in physical interaction together with the subsequent processes of recording and synchronization, rather than evidence that observation itself creates or modifies reality. This work provides a mathematical reconstruction of observation prior to information and proposes a unified structural framework for interpreting quantum measurement from more fundamental principles.

Dynamic Probability Space Theory

Yugo Matsumoto

I’ve shared updated versions of my work on Dynamic Probability Space Theory (DPS). These papers develop a framework in which probability itself is treated as a fundamental structural principle of existence, formalized through the Existence Field Equation and dynamic probability flow. Versions 1.2 and 1.3 are presented here as independent preprints, reflecting an ongoing theoretical exploration of reality, observation, and cognition. Sukima Cloud Theory

Matsumoto, Yugo (a.k.a. Naname)

I’m posting Sukima Cloud Theory here. This paper presents a structural model in which existence, observation, and communication are treated as a single equilibrium process based on pressure dynamics. Shared for readers interested in non-temporal, non-interfering structural theories. Related updates may be available at: patreon.com/NMStructuralTheoryLab
