We develop a complete mathematical and philosophical theory of a universe in whichconscious observation is the fundamental act that brings reality into existence. Prior toobservation, the universe exists only as pure possibility: a probability distribution overall potential laws, structures, and configurations. Upon the emergence of consciousobservers, this probability space collapses into a single, self-consistent universe whoselaws, constants, and temporal structure become fixed and retroactively defined. This framework unifies consciousness, existence, physics, and cosmology into a sin-gle observer-centric formalism. We construct a rigorous ontology of pure probability;define collapse operators tied to sensory modalities; formulate multi-observer shared re-ality; derive temporal emergence from observation; and formalize intelligence as a fixedpoint within the observer–universe mapping. We further explore multi-universe struc-tures, intersections between observer fields, and the retroactive consistency constraintsnecessary for a stable cosmos.

We develop a mathematical and philosophical framework in which conscious obser- vation is the fundamental act that brings reality into existence. Before observation, nothing exists in an actualized sense: not space, time, laws, or structures. Reality is purely a manifold of potential universes, each containing possible laws and possible observers. When a conscious observer emerges, the act of observation actualizes the unique minimal universe consistent with its existence. This is not a selection among alternatives but an ontological crystallization that transforms possibility into actuality, retroactively defining the universe’s laws, constants, structure, and history. Within this actualized universe, unobserved properties remain probabilistic un- til collapsed by observation. We formalize sensory collapse, observer priority, multi- observer shared reality, emergent time, retroactive history, and the closed feedback loop between observers and their universe. This framework unifies consciousness, existence, physics, and cosmology into a single observer-centric formalism.
Ediverso Theory: A Unified Theory of Possibility, Choice and Reality Ediverso Theory proposes a new mathematical and conceptual framework for describing how realities emerge from fields of admissible possibilities. While classical mathematics, logic and physics primarily study realised states, determined values and observed outcomes, Ediverso Theory introduces possibility itself as a fundamental object of formal investigation. The framework is built upon four primitive concepts: Possibility (E) — the field of admissible states; Choice (Ω) — the operator that transforms possibility into reality; Memory (H) — the accumulated history of realised states; Coherence (C) — the structure that constrains consistent evolution. From these primitives emerges a unified formal architecture spanning geometry, topology, information theory, observer theory, computational systems, physics, logic, mathematics, consciousness, evolution and collective dynamics. At the core of the theory lies the Ediverso operator: ╠╬╣ which represents a structured field of admissible possibilities rather than a single realised value. Classical mathematics appears as a limiting case when the possibility field collapses to a single point. The work develops: • A Geometry of Possibility• A Topology of Admissible Realities• An Information Theory of Choice• A Formal Theory of Observers• Computational Ediverso Systems for Artificial Intelligence• Possibility-Based Physical Models• Ediverso Logic and Mathematical Foundations• Theories of Consciousness, Evolution and Civilizational Dynamics• The Irreducibility Theorem of Ediverso Systems The central question motivating the entire research programme is: What exists before reality becomes reality? Rather than treating possibility as ignorance, uncertainty or incomplete information, Ediverso Theory investigates the hypothesis that possibility possesses its own independent mathematical structure and that reality emerges through admissible selection within that structure. This manuscript presents the first complete formulation of the Ediverso Research Program and is intended as an open scientific framework subject to mathematical analysis, criticism, refinement, extension and falsification. If successful, Ediverso Theory may provide a common language for describing decision, emergence, information, observation and reality across disciplines traditionally studied in isolation. Reality is not the beginning. Reality is the consequence. Possibility is the beginning. This article presents a conceptual and mathematical framework for understanding the universe as a layered system, where classical determinism and quantum probability are not opposing ideas but complementary aspects of reality.By introducing a foundational substrate beneath all physical layers, the paper explains how observable spacetime, quantum behavior, and probabilistic laws emerge naturally from deeper structures. The work combines intuitive explanations with mathematical formulations, aiming to bridge physics, cosmology, and foundational theory in a unified and accessible way.
The Informational Observer proposes a unified informational framework in which perception, measurement, and experienced reality emerge from the compression and reconstruction processes performed by observers. Instead of treating reality as an external, fixed entity, the model defines reality as the intersection of informational invariants preserved across multiple independent observers. Each biological, artificial, or simulated observer applies a compression operator to the underlying informational field and reconstructs an internal model shaped by priors, limitations, and energetic constraints. This framework explains perceptual variability across species, hallucinations in artificial and biological systems, observer-dependent measurement, and stability of physical laws. The model integrates cognitive science, AI interpretability, quantum contextuality, and simulation theory into a single informational principle, expanding the author’s Informational State Dynamics (ISD) framework. It introduces a general mechanism capable of unifying cross-domain phenomena through informational transformations. This work introduces The Informational Observer, a theoretical framework describing perception, measurement, and reality as the result of informational transformations performed by observing systems. The observer is conceptualized not as a passive receiver of sensory input, but as a compression system that selectively reduces the informational field into internal representations and reconstructs coherent experiential states. The model formalizes this process through two operators: Cᵢ (Compression): reduction of the informational field Ψᵢ (Reconstruction): predictive reconstruction of the compressed state Reality is defined as the set of informational invariants found in the intersection of reconstructions produced by different observers: Reality = ⋂ Ψᵢ(Cᵢ(I₀)) This perspective unifies phenomena that traditionally belong to different scientific domains: perceptual variability (human, animal, artificial systems) hallucinations and confabulation sensory filtering and cognitive priors observer-dependent physics and measurement nested or simulated universes informational emergence of the “self” The Informational Observer extends the author’s Informational State Dynamics (ISD) model and provides a foundation for future research in AI interpretability, cognitive modeling, neuroscientific theory, and information-based physics.
The Unified Observer Theory presents a consciousness-first ontology of observational becoming. It develops the Observation Event as the transition through which determinate relation, recordhood, and manifestation become possible, while distinguishing the premanifest condition, the post-OE₁ pre-geometric regime, and physical spacetime. The manuscript considers consequences for time, indeterminacy, observerhood, life, Definite Reality, the Infinite Present, and prospective research directions while explicitly distinguishing ontological proposals, formal scaffolds, conditional derivations, computational probes, and established empirical science. Version 4.0 is a frozen manuscript finalized on 5 October 2026. It has not been peer reviewed and does not claim empirical confirmation of UOT. The deposited file is restricted; this public record preserves authorship, provenance, version identity, and cryptographic verification.
THE THEORY OF POTENTIAL - Philosophical Ontology of Quantum Actualization ASCII Scientific Edition (English) Author: Petr Jupa Date: 2 December 2025 ABSTRACT This text presents the ontological foundation of the Theory of Potential, a philosophical framework that interprets fundamental reality not as a structure of objects in space and time but as a structure of potential quantum configurations. The quantum state does not represent a description of the existing universe but a description of potential reality, from which a single classical sector is actualized. This transition from possibility to act – actualization – is mathematically formalized by Signature Equation 5.0, as presented in the accompanying technical paper (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17784071). The aim of this study is to build an ontological basis explaining the emergence of space, time, physical laws, dark energy, dark matter, consciousness, and the cosmological plurality of sectors through the principle of minimal realization cost. The Theory of Potential provides a unified framework for understanding quantum reality as a process of actualization in the space of possibilities.
