Abstract

This paper attempts to provide a structural definition of consciousness within a fully physicalized and informationalized framework that is both formalizable and connectable to experiential phenomena. Rather than treating ``consciousness'' as an additional ontology or purely phenomenological label, we characterize consciousness as: a world--self joint information flow formed on a subsystem in a given physical world, possessing sufficient integration, discriminability, self-reference, temporal co

Observer World Section Structure: Causal Consistency, Conditionalization, and Boundary Time Geometry

The Observer's Projection: A Structural Solution to the Quantum Measurement Problem

Bergen, Travis

This work presents a structural solution to the quantum measurement problem by distinguishing physical quantum evolution from the experiential definiteness enforced by the observer’s informational geometry. The observer is modeled as a structured information manifold, M=(Ω,G,τ)M = (\Omega, G, \tau)M=(Ω,G,τ), whose integration, continuity, and projection properties guarantee a single definite experiential outcome without requiring physical collapse of the wavefunction. The theory retains full physical unitarity while explaining phenomenological collapse as an artifact of projection. The paper further introduces a graded measure of consciousness, proposes dynamical soliton models for self-awareness within the manifold, and outlines potential physical grounding of the integration operator via entanglement or optimization principles. The result is a mathematically coherent, ontologically minimal, and empirically approachable framework unifying conscious observation and quantum theory.

Many-Worlds as Compression Structure in Amrita Field Theory: A Unitary Single-Field Account of Branching and Experience

Nagatsu, Kazutoshi

[Amrita Field Theory — Domain Classification] This paper belongs to the Amrita Field Theory (AFT) research program,a unified information-field framework integrating consciousness, causality, physical law, and statistical structure. Core domains addressed in this paper: • Physical interface of AFT• Cosmology and field-level interpretation of physical phenomena This paper reinterprets the Everettian “many-worlds” interpretation (MWI) inside Amrita Field Theory (AFT), a three-layer information-field model of consciousness, causality, and spacetime. Instead of treating branches as literally separate universes, we model them as distinct compression-stable trajectories in a single Amrita/information field. An observer’s experienced “world” is a Σ-anchored compression path through this field, rather than a split of reality. Within this framework, unitary quantum dynamics and decoherence still generate an effective branching structure, but the ontology remains single-field: branching is geometry in information space, not universe proliferation. This allows us to (i) explain why each agent experiences one definite outcome, (ii) link Born weights to compression-efficiency gradients in the field, and (iii) connect many-worlds style reasoning to consciousness, free will, and time as developed in other AFT papers. The result is a unified, field-theoretic account of branching and experience that keeps Everett’s strengths while avoiding an infinite zoo of ontic universes.

Consciousness Subjective Time And Shared Reality In A Multidimensional Probability Framework

Hakan Göçer

How does a field of possibilities become a particular conscious experience, and how do different subjects come to describe a shared world? This conceptual essay develops a multidimensional probability framework that connects these questions without treating speculative metaphysics as established physics. Its strong ontological proposal is that conscious observation participates in the actualization of possibilities across multiple temporal or dimensional domains. A related multiple conscious collapse hypothesis considers whether different subjects could actualize different experiences from a common potential. The essay distinguishes this proposal from a weaker account of context dependent interpretation, which can be investigated without assuming that consciousness changes physical measurement outcomes. Using conceptual analysis and a selective examination of relevant literature, it separates quantum measurement, cognitive probability, subjective time, and social agreement. It introduces a schematic representation of experiential selection, identifies missing definitions in the physical hypothesis, and outlines prospective studies of judgment order, duration estimation, and convergence during dialogue. These studies would assess the psychological component and would not establish the existence of additional dimensions or consciousness induced quantum collapse. The contribution is a set of explicit conceptual distinctions and evidential requirements for interdisciplinary debate. The framework remains provisional, with its strongest claims awaiting an independently specified mechanism and discriminating physical predictions.
