A Unified Quantum-Cosmic Information Model: Resolving the Black Hole Information Paradox via Scaling Laws and Informational Phase Conservation

Abstract

This paper presents a groundbreaking unified framework that bridges quantum information theory and black hole physics by introducing the concept of universal informational phase conservation. Through rigorous simulation of 8-12 qubit systems, we first establish a precise power-law scaling for information leakage: η ∝ N^(-0.43), demonstrating the emergence of near-perfect information conservation in larger quantum systems. A key structural parameter, Δ₀ ≈ 8.0, is identified as the regulator of information flow. We then perform a revolutionary extrapolation, applying this quantum scaling law to resolve the long-standing black hole information paradox. Our model demonstrates that information loss in Hawking radiation becomes negligible (η_BH ~ 10^(-33)) for astrophysical black holes, naturally ensuring information conservation without violating unitarity. The framework is further unified by reinterpreting the consciousness field (from the AOUF v2.5 model) as a cosmic-scale informational phase coordination field (Φ), which governs information dynamics from quantum to cosmic scales. Predictions for anomalous gravitational wave frequency shifts and photon ring brightness enhancements are derived and shown to be consistent with public data from LIGO and the Event Horizon Telescope. This work provides the first quantitative link between microscopic information scaling and macroscopic information paradoxes, offering a testable pathway towards a theory of quantum gravity. Quantum Coherence of Black Holes Beyond the Event Horizon

Matteo Milo D. Rienzo

This paper proposes that black holes can be described as globally coherent quantum systems, despite the emission of Hawking radiation. While the Hawking process induces a weak coupling between the interior and exterior regions, this interaction is demonstrated to be too small to produce significant decoherence for macroscopic and supermassive black holes. By treating the event horizon as a quasi-isolated, semi-transparent quantum interface, this framework reconciles semiclassical gravity with quantum unitarity. The black hole and its emitted radiation are modeled as a single, entangled pure quantum state that evolves unitarily. Key contributions of this work include: Formalization of the black hole-radiation system as a coherent quantum cavity. Mathematical derivation showing that the decoherence rate scales as Γ_dec ∝ M⁻⁸. Demonstration that for astrophysical black holes, the decoherence time τ_D is astronomically larger than the evaporation time t_evap, implying that global quantum coherence is effectively preserved. A potential resolution to the black hole information paradox within a unitary evolution framework. This research contributes to the ongoing theoretical discussion on the nature of event horizons, quantum information, and the holographic principle. The Black Hole Information Paradox as Projection Boundary: Ω-Conservation, Event Horizons, and the Non-Destruction of Information

Vinness Aisingioro Ollervides

Abstract The black hole information paradox (Hawking, 19741976) poses a fundamental conict: quantum mechanics requires unitary evolution (information is preserved), while black hole evaporation via Hawking radiation appears to destroy information (the radiation is thermal, carrying no information about the in-fallen state). After fty years of debate, the paradox remains unresolvedHawking conceded it in 2004 [3] but no complete mechanism has been identied. ˆ We resolve the paradox by identifying its source: confusing Ω with Πext[Ω]. Information is never destroyed. Ω-conservation (Noether, P2) guarantees this. What is destroyed at the event horizon is not the information but the exterior ˆ observer's projection operator : Πext becomes inapplicable inside the horizon. The ˆ ˆ information encoded in the in-fallen matter passes from Πext[Ω] to Πint[Ω]two projections of the same Ω = 1 that agree in total but disagree in local accessibility. Hawking radiation is the κ→0 leakage of Ω-entanglement across the projection boundary. The Page curve [4]entanglement entropy rising and then falling as the black hole evaporatesfollows directly from Ω-conservation without invoking island formulas [8, 9] or specic stringy mechanisms. The paradox is not a paradox. It is a projection error.

Escape of quantum information across an analogue black hole horizon

Zhilong Liu, Wentao Liu, Zehua Tian +1 more

The complete evaporation of black holes, as a natural endpoint of Hawking radiation, gives rise to the black hole information paradox, which fundamentally challenges the principles of unitarity and information conservation in quantum mechanics. Although the AdS/CFT correspondence indicates that information is preserved during black hole evaporation, the precise mechanism by which it is recovered from the Hawking radiation remains an open question. To explore a potential resolution, we investigate information transfer in a spin-chain model featuring an effective horizon realized via position-dependent couplings within an XY spin chain. We derive and demonstrate Page curve-like behavior, and analyze the transmission of quantum resources, such as entanglement and coherence, across the effective horizon. Our results show that quantum resources initially localized within an interior subsystem can be transferred to the exterior via particle radiation through the horizon. This study provides a novel perspective from quantum simulation on how information may escape from black holes, thereby contributing to the further understanding of the black hole information paradox.

Operational Unitarity: Resolving the Black Hole Information Paradox via the Operational Coherence Bound

Jason Gabriel Davis

The black hole information paradox presents a fundamental tension between the global unitarity of quantum mechanics and the apparent thermal, mixed-state nature of Hawking radiation. We propose a resolution grounded strictly in the Operational Coherence Bound (OCB), a covariant entropy constraint asserting that while formal (global) information may be unbounded, the operationally accessible and distinguishable information available to any single observer must be finite. By defining operational entropy via vacuum-subtracted relative entropy to ensure finiteness in continuum quantum field theory, we prove the Operational Unitarity Theorem: in a black hole spacetime satisfying the OCB, no single observer can operationally distinguish between unitary and non-unitary evolution of the global state. This framework resolves the Hawking information loss claim, the Page curve verification problem, and the AMPS firewall paradox by demonstrating that the causal geometry of black holes dynamically enforces an observer-indexed cap on cumulative information access. Global unitarity is preserved, but its operational verification is strictly forbidden by the geometric constraints of the observer’s causal diamond. This paper was originally integrated into the Unified Framework for Yang-Mills Mass Gap, QCD Confinement, and Black Hole Information paper uploaded in March 2026 https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18829529 Version 3 updates a duplication error I made in the last version.

Geometry of Quantum Information: A Unified Framework for Double-Slit Interference, Black Hole Entropy, and the Holographic Universe

zhengda li

Abstract The wave-particle duality, delayed-choice paradox, quantum entanglement, black hole information paradox, and cosmic holography in quantum mechanics have long been regarded as independent fundamental puzzles. Based on a discrete geometric framework (Cantor set topological gluing and recursive folding), this paper derives their unified origin——higher-order noise correlations. We demonstrate that the higher-order correlations of defect points, , constitute a universal geometric carrier of information encoding: In double-slit interference, it naturally resolves the "future determining the past" paradox of delayed-choice experiments, reveals entangled states as macroscopic manifestations of inseparable higher-order correlations, and leaves behind an entanglement residue --- under strong measurement; on the black hole event horizon, it forms a classical-quantum duality with the Heisenberg algebra of soft hair, providing a microscopic statistical interpretation for the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy and naturally truncating the infinite soft degrees of freedom; in the holographic universe, it serves as the boundary condition for generational memory, enabling information transfer across generations through bounce-surface freezing. This unified framework places quantum phenomena, black hole thermodynamics, and cosmic evolution under the same geometric language, proposes four core predictions testable through tabletop experiments, and establishes the quantitative relationship between higher-order correlation entropy and horizon area . If the predictions are confirmed, it will establish discrete geometry as the underlying origin of quantum information and provide the first empirically testable physical support for the holographic universe.

The Burden of Black-Hole Information Preservation: An Event-Horizon Premise Challenge

Rick - PraxisFoundry001

This work examines a specific premise in the black-hole information problem: the assertion that complete quantum evolution preserves arbitrary initial quantum distinctions through the full formation and evaporation of an actual four-dimensional black hole possessing a genuine event horizon. The paper does not argue that fundamental information destruction occurs. It does not reject unitary quantum mechanics or the substantial mathematical progress represented by holography, quantum error correction, entanglement islands, replica wormholes, Page-curve calculations, asymptotic observable algebras, or gravitational reconstruction. Instead, it asks what establishes that the scope of such results reaches the complete physical black-hole process for which global preservation is asserted. For a registered ordinary future-directed causal route from strictly inside a genuine event horizon to the stipulated exterior future, the event-horizon and Structural Flow translation premises imply that ordinary outward Cascade and same-route Authorization do not occur. This route result does not determine the global fate of quantum information. The restricted horizon-facing premises entail neither guaranteed global quantum-information preservation nor fundamental global information destruction. The complete physical fate therefore remains dependent on additional physics-owned premises. The work distinguishes global preservation from restricted exterior recoverability. A preservation claim must specify the physical target process, admitted quantum input family, governing dynamics, physically complete output system, relevant quantum-coherence burden, and applicability of the mathematical result to the actual gravitational regime being claimed. Recovery from Hawking radiation alone is not privileged as the only admissible proof route, and inability to recover information from a restricted radiation subsystem is not sufficient to establish fundamental loss. A public falsification and reopening protocol accompanies the paper. It separates model- and code-level advances, physical preservation or loss results, event-horizon domain-translation failures, and genuine foundational Structural Flow counterderivations. A black-hole-specific failure does not automatically reopen universal Structural Flow, the Universal Kernel, or the TOE. The release also includes a machine companion and a consolidated Lean formal append evaluated with the unchanged Structural_Flow_Universal_Kernel_v1.0.lean. The supplied Lean Web execution record reported all 68 expected theorem checkpoints from the integrated source with no compiler errors reported. The consolidated BH-EH source contains 69 theorem declarations. Machine closure is explicitly limited to the encoded conditional logical scope. The formal layer does not establish the existence of an actual event horizon, the physical validity of the Structural Flow translation, complete quantum-gravitational dynamics, or the global information fate of real black holes. This coordinated package contains the scientific anchor, public falsification/reopening protocol, machine companion, scoped BH-EH formal append, and frozen Universal Kernel.
