A new paradigm is now needed to disprove the common perception of Heisenberg’s experimental observations. A theoretical framework which will replace uncertainty with knowledge. One in which both the velocity and location of any particle can be determined with exact certainty. That the mathematical and logical paradox of singularity do not exist, as well as explain the apparent behavior of photons as both particles and waves is an easily understood and calculable phenomenon.

One of the aspects of quantum theory which has attracted the most general attention, is the novelty of the logical notions which it presupposes. It asserts that even a complete mathematical description of a physical system S does not in general enable one to predict with certainty the result of an experiment on S, and that in particular one can never predict with certainty both the position and the momentum of S, (Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle). It further asserts that most pairs of observations are incompatible, and cannot be made on S, simultaneously (Principle of Non-commutativity of Observations).
Until Heisenberg proposed the uncertainty principle in 1927, it was an open question whether models for the structure of matter reflected actual reality or were useful fictions for operational purposes. There wasn’t any sense in either case that there might be parameters it was impossible to determine. The uncertainty principle says that it is impossible to determine simultaneously the location and momentum of an electron. While it applies to a specific situation, ‘uncertainty’ is a good description for the entire approach of quantum theory. Schrödinger’s equations show that electrons behave simultaneously as waves and particles. The double-slit experiment, when a beam of light or electrons passes through two parallel slits, shows that the act of observation influences the behavior of the wave–particle duality. The ability of a pair of ‘entangled’ electrons (or other particles) to influence each other instantaneously appears to exceed the speed limit of light. Paradoxes of quantum behavior may even extend to biological situations. Intuition or common sense are no guide to quantum behavior.
Abstract Quantum physics represents one of the most significant intellectual achievements of modern science, reshaping humanity’s understanding of nature at its most fundamental level. It provides the conceptual and mathematical foundations for explaining atomic structure, radiation, and the behavior of particles, forces, and materials, while underpinning many contemporary technologies. Yet its development was marked by profound conceptual disruption. From its earliest formulations, quantum theory challenged classical assumptions about determinism, causality, and certainty, generating paradoxes and disagreements even among its founders. In exploring the universe, quantum physics focuses on the smallest constituents of matter such as quarks, electrons, and photons, revealing a domain that consistently defies everyday intuition. Within this realm, particles exhibit wave–particle duality, physical outcomes are described probabilistically, and measurement plays a constitutive role in determining observable reality. Although such phenomena may appear extraordinary, physicists have rendered them intelligible through rigorous theoretical frameworks and precise mathematical formalism. Within a scientific context, the “truth” of quantum mechanics does not imply metaphysical finality, but rather its exceptional capacity to describe, explain, and predict experimental results with remarkable accuracy. Importantly, this scientific account need not contradict spiritual or religious perspectives. Instead, by unveiling the coherence and complexity of the universe, quantum physics can complement scriptural narratives that emphasize meaning and purpose. This study investigates the scientific truth and narrates the story of universe on the basis of quantum physics and explores its influences on technological development and reshaping the civilization.
The velocity is a macroscopic concept. The question what is the meaning of velocity in Quantum Mechanics( QM) ,this problem itself is inno answersituation. In the semi-classical theory, for the reconstruction of the velocity definition,we have v→= ▽S / m[m is the particle's mass and ψ = Aexp( j S /h) ]. This method builds the relation of velocity and wave function, but it is not the necessary and useful concept of wave's speed. The velocity of light in vacuum is a common basic constant of physics, however QM also need this parameter obviously,i. e. the new wave mechanics is on need of this physical quantity. The process and result of people's practice show that, scientist has intended to bring forth in the measurement of c with very high accuracy does stand out,if he used the scalar equation c = fλ. Modern physics maintain that the wave velocities( phase velocityvp、group velocity vg) are scalars, not vectors. The wave has its special scientific features; the regular pattern is different from the Classical Mechanics( CM). It needs supports of the QM,but it is not identical with the serious QM. Now,it has not only a theory that can explain the wave problems perfectly,so it is support by the classical physics and quantum physics. The quantization process of EM fields explains the particle-wave duality mathematically. Post quantization, from the EM fields we obtained the photons. But scientist still is puzzled by a difficult question:what is photon. As the common knowledge, the matter waves of photon still a paradox in physics. In addition, the electronic probability waves corresponding the Schrdinger equation, but people says the photonic probability waves have not that wave equation. In other words, the physical meanings of matter wave's phase velocity are not clear, and why the phase velocity of de Broglie waves is faster-than-light,many explanations will be needed. Many instances similar to these examples make the particle-wave duality still the magic ghost in modern physics. Finally, the study on negative wave velocity( NWV) in recent years has a great deal of experience on wave sciences, and bring the new chance on theoretical thinking.
Despite its enormous practical success, quantum theory is so contrary to intuition that, even after 45 years, the experts themselves still do not all agree what to make of it. The area of disagreement centers primarily around the problem of describing observations. Formally, the result of a measurement is a superposition of vectors, each representing the quantity being observed as having one of its possible values. The question that has to be answered is how this superposition can be reconciled with the fact that in practice we only observe one value. How is the measuring instrument prodded into making up its mind which value it has observed?
