In this research, we offer an unprecedented opportunity of combination of quantum computing and genomic data analysis with the aim of though improvements in disease susceptibility prediction. Due to the limitations of traditional computational approaches when processing the data volume and complexity in dealing with genomic data, the given model benefits from the use of quantum feature encoding techniques, including angle and amplitude encoding, and Variational Quantum Classifier (VQC) element to present superior classification results. The raw data was normalized into genomic data, then the data was dimensionally reduced with PCA and encoded to a quantum circuit, enabling the VQC to perform more accurately, sensitively and efficiently than classical model of machine learning. The findings showed that the quantum model had better predictive power in addition to the fact that it took shorter time to train through its parallel nature of quantum operations. The multi-stage integration is an important step towards scalable, real-time and personalized healthcare support in the framework of genomic-based diagnostics.

The healthcare systems produce a tremendous volume of medical data which may be in the form of patient records, laboratory test results and diagnostic reports. It is quite necessary to analyze such data accurately and efficiently in order to detect diseases early and plan appropriate treatment . Conventional machine learning methods have a tendency to struggling with large-dimensional and complicated medical data. To address these shortcomings, this project suggests a hybrid Quantum Machine Learning (QML) scheme of analyzing medical data and diagnosing a disease. The suggested system combines the classical data preprocessing with the quantum-enhanced data learning algorithms including Variational Quantum Circuits (VQC) and Quantum Support Vector Machines (QSVM). Medical data is first processed by cleaning, normalizing and encoding to quantum states. Complex patterns and correlations that traditional algorithms can hardly be able to learn are then learned with the quantum model. The measures used to judge the performance are accuracy, precision, recall and F1-score. The results of the experimental process show that the model based on QML yields better diagnostic accuracy than the conventional machine learning. This is where there is great potential in real time medical decision support systems, with the future prediction of disease and the personalized solution of care. The suggested framework indicates the potential and benefits of switching to quantum computing methods in healthcare analytics.
Quantum computing has reintroduced itself as a breakthrough technology for machine learning, especially in the analysis of massive datasets, especially the genomic ones. The present research focuses on using QML, namely QSVM, to parse sequences, discover features relating to multiple genetic alterations, biomarkers, and gene expression patterns. The data type under consideration, namely genomic data, is high-dimensional and complex, which presents some problems to the computational methods originating from traditional mathematics. QSVM is designed to work with the mathematical foundations of quantum mechanics including superposition and entanglement and for this reason, it solves problems associated with large scale genomic data more efficiently and accurately. The application of QSVM in MEPs confirms its superiority over classical counterparts in classifying gene mutations, clustering of expression profiles or prediction of disease susceptibility. In addition, through feature mapping, QSVM offers better insights into biological information contained on genomic data, as compared to linear correlations. Furthermore, the ability of QML frameworks to expand to fit the increasing amount of data produced by next-generation sequencing technologies is assessed. Leveraging on this research QSVM has been recognised to redefine precision medicine by rapidly diagnosing diseases and providing unique therapeutic options. The results re-echo the potential of QML in transforming CG and promoting future innovations in biomedicine and health.
Multi-omics integration has become a cornerstone of personalized medicine, enabling researchers to connect genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, and epigenomic data to reveal complex biological mechanisms and individualized disease signatures. However, the extreme dimensionality, heterogeneity, and nonlinear interactions across omics layers challenge even the most advanced classical machine learning methods. Quantum Machine Learning (QML) offers a powerful alternative by exploiting quantum superposition, entanglement, and high-dimensional feature embeddings to model multi-omics interactions more efficiently. This study proposes a hybrid quantum–classical framework that combines quantum kernel estimation, variational quantum classifiers, and quantum-enhanced feature fusion networks to generate integrative biological signatures for precision diagnostics. Simulation results using benchmark multi-omics datasets demonstrate improved classification accuracy, enhanced sensitivity to weak biological signals, and reduced computational overhead compared to classical baselines. These findings highlight the potential of QML to accelerate multi-omics insights and pave the way toward truly personalized, predictive healthcare.
