According to reference [1], it has been shown through experiments utilizing quantum entanglement phenomena that the real world is not described by a wave function, but is instead a branching universe that splits into multiple worlds. By improving this experimental method and equipping it with a type of random number generator, such as dice, and incorporating a mechanism to determine the presence or absence of slit removal operations based on the number rolled, it is demonstrated that this experimental device can not only prove the existence of branching universes but also serve as a device to generate new branching universes where a specific number on the dice continues to appear. Furthermore, it is suggested that there may be interactions between such physical devices and human consciousness, leading to the Global Consciousness Project which was initiated in 1998. This paper also considers the relationship with experiments in parapsychology.

In quantum mechanics, besides the Copenhagen interpretation where the wave function collapses upon observation to yield a single measurement value, there is the many-worlds interpretation initiated by Everett. If this many-worlds interpretation is correct, it implies that the real world splits into many, leading to the existence of so-called branching universes (parallel universes). Traditionally, it has been considered impossible to prove this existence, but I have discovered that it can logically be demonstrated by conducting experiments like the ones outlined below. Therefore, in order to deepen our understanding of the universe, I would like to have individuals with the necessary technology and knowledge carry out this experiment to prove the existence of branching universes.
Aiming at the logical paradoxes and intuitive conflicts in mainstream quantum mechanics interpretations, this paper proposes a novel Dynamic Cosmic Splitting-Merging Hypothesis Driven by Inter-Universe Quantum Entanglement. When a physical event has two or more mutually exclusive possibilities, the universe instantaneously splits into corresponding parallel branches, which maintain global inter-universe quantum entanglement. Conscious observation or subjective final choice acts as the trigger for non-local entanglement synchronization, forcing all branched universes to collapse and merge into a unique macroscopic reality. This hypothesis eliminates the counter-intuitive quantum superposition of the Copenhagen interpretation and the infinite proliferation of parallel universes in the Many-Worlds Interpretation, providing a self-consistent and closed explanation for the double-slit interference experiment, Schrödinger's cat gedankenexperiment, and Wheeler's delayed-choice experiment. A minimal mathematical formalism is constructed to formalize the core physical mechanism.
My perspective in this article begins with a generative system known as the brain, whose product is consciousness, and extends to another generative system, namely the quantum domain, whose product is the universe. As we know, how consciousness and the universe are generated are among the greatest questions facing humanity, and, in my view, they share similar underlying mechanisms within their respective systems. Since the fundamental physics underlying the brain is better understood, this article adopts the brain as a foundational analogue and seeks to simulate its principles at the level of the universe, thereby developing a new fundamental theory of the universe based on the brain. Furthermore, the similarities between the two systems are brought together and explained in greater detail in the section devoted to the universe. This paper presents fundamental and general concepts of quantum mechanics to explain the double-slit experiment, along with a modified procedure to conduct it for testing the theory. However, the necessary equipment to carry out such an experiment is not available to the author. Nevertheless, if the theory is validated, the framework presented in this article could provide a foundation for developing a theory of everything and, subsequently, for offering more precise explanations of the various phenomena in the universe

The double-slit interference experiment has long been widely misinterpreted as "human consciousness directly causing wavefunction collapse". This view confuses physical measurement interaction with subjective conscious experience and deviates from the orthodox interpretation of modern quantum mechanics. Starting from the double-slit experiment, this paper distinguishes the real physical mechanism of wavefunction collapse and points out that the disappearance of interference fringes originates from the physical coupling between measuring devices and microscopic particles as well as environmental decoherence, which has no direct causal relationship with conscious observation. On this basis, this paper proposes a self-consistent unified framework of consciousness and quantum universe: consciousness is not the trigger of collapse, but the ontological source of the entire quantum possibility universe. Through the Yang-Mills mass gap and symmetry breaking mechanism, consciousness condenses the potential quantum field into a material universe with mass, structure and stable dynamics. The biological brain acts as a localized carrier of consciousness, enabling the overall consciousness to observe and experience its own creation from a limited perspective, forming a closed loop of "consciousness creation—self-observation—self-cognition". This paper corrects systematic biases in popular science and public perception, and provides a rigorous and unified path for understanding the real role of consciousness in the quantum universe.
Here is conscious experience Figure 12.5. Is there a natural split of a person so that the controlling influence of one part on the other gives the experience of free-will? 1«1> >= I +I +1¢3 >+etc, 12.2 The reason why our sentient, percipient and thinking ego is met nowhere within our scientific world picture can easily be indicated in seven words: because it is itself that world picture. It is identical with the whole and therefore cannot be contained in it as a part of it. But, of course, here we knock against the arithmetical paradox; there appears to be What then, if anything, can we mean by universal consciousness? \:Vhat is it that gives rise to the feeling that there is a unity in the world of consciousness, a feeling for which, again according to Schrodinger ( 1958), there is miraculous agreement between humans of different race, different religion, knowing nothing about each other's existence, separated by centuries and millennia, and by the greatest distances that there are on our globe?
