Dynamic Cosmic Splitting-Merging Hypothesis Based on Inter-Universe Quantum Entanglement: A Unified Interpretation of Core Quantum Experiments

Abstract

Aiming at the logical paradoxes and intuitive conflicts in mainstream quantum mechanics interpretations, this paper proposes a novel Dynamic Cosmic Splitting-Merging Hypothesis Driven by Inter-Universe Quantum Entanglement. When a physical event has two or more mutually exclusive possibilities, the universe instantaneously splits into corresponding parallel branches, which maintain global inter-universe quantum entanglement. Conscious observation or subjective final choice acts as the trigger for non-local entanglement synchronization, forcing all branched universes to collapse and merge into a unique macroscopic reality. This hypothesis eliminates the counter-intuitive quantum superposition of the Copenhagen interpretation and the infinite proliferation of parallel universes in the Many-Worlds Interpretation, providing a self-consistent and closed explanation for the double-slit interference experiment, Schrödinger's cat gedankenexperiment, and Wheeler's delayed-choice experiment. A minimal mathematical formalism is constructed to formalize the core physical mechanism.

Reexamining the Role of Consciousness in the Quantum Universe from the Double-Slit Interference Experiment: Clarifying Misconceptions of Wavefunction Collapse and the Mechanism of Conscious Self-Consistency

Zhongning Yi

The double-slit interference experiment has long been widely misinterpreted as "human consciousness directly causing wavefunction collapse". This view confuses physical measurement interaction with subjective conscious experience and deviates from the orthodox interpretation of modern quantum mechanics. Starting from the double-slit experiment, this paper distinguishes the real physical mechanism of wavefunction collapse and points out that the disappearance of interference fringes originates from the physical coupling between measuring devices and microscopic particles as well as environmental decoherence, which has no direct causal relationship with conscious observation. On this basis, this paper proposes a self-consistent unified framework of consciousness and quantum universe: consciousness is not the trigger of collapse, but the ontological source of the entire quantum possibility universe. Through the Yang-Mills mass gap and symmetry breaking mechanism, consciousness condenses the potential quantum field into a material universe with mass, structure and stable dynamics. The biological brain acts as a localized carrier of consciousness, enabling the overall consciousness to observe and experience its own creation from a limited perspective, forming a closed loop of "consciousness creation—self-observation—self-cognition". This paper corrects systematic biases in popular science and public perception, and provides a rigorous and unified path for understanding the real role of consciousness in the quantum universe.

Emergent Universe from Many Unreal World Interpretation

Bhushan Bhoja Poojary

There are multiple interpretations of quantum mechanics, 2 most famous interpretations are Copenhagen interpretation and many world interpretations. Copenhagen interpretation fails to explain the mechanism behind wave function collapse and many world interpretations avoid collapse by adding infinite branching worlds. Goal of this paper is to provide alternate interpretations which explains mechanism behind collapse using finite pre-existent unreal worlds. All quantum weirdness can be narrowed down to few postulates, if we consider every particle has a dedicated address in event horizon, every address has its own dedicated spacetime fabric, particles will have its projected shadows on other space time fabric and whenever there is interaction between true particle and other shadow particle, new address is assigned for both interacting particles and instantaneously all projected shadow becomes void. We perceive universe from collapse perspective only when particles collapse and new address are assigned, thus giving an illusion that we live in one universe but its result of interaction of multiple worlds. From new postulates we were able to explain how one of the entangled photons can decides other photons path in Wheeler's delayed choice experiment and thus helps us to removes problematic retro causality speculation to explain the phenomenon observed in this experiment.

Reconstruction of Schrödinger's Cat in Many Worlds 9; Many-Worlds Structure in a Failed Universe

changzheng zhou, ZIQING zhou

The many-worlds interpretation holds an important position in foundationalstudies of quantum mechanics due to its ontological parsimony—adhering to theuniversality of the wave function and unitary evolution. However, this interpretation has long faced core challenges such as the fuzzy mathematical definition of”world branches” and the origin of probability. Within the framework of a ”faileduniverse,” this paper re-examines the generation conditions and existence formsof many-worlds structure. By introducing topological constraint phase transitionsand self-referential reconstruction dynamics, we prove that when the universe is in a”failed phase” caused by insufficient logical depth, the global many-worlds description collapses, but its topological order parameter—the second Chern number—localizes in a modularized discrete form within causal fragments. The many-worldsdo not disappear but exist in a fragmented, modalized manner; the quantum measurement process is reconstructed in this picture as a topological transition of theobserver on the boundaries of causal fragments, rather than instantaneous wavefunction collapse or global world splitting. This framework unifies quantum measurement, spacetime emergence, and cosmological observations into a self-consistenttheoretical system, and derives three experimentally distinguishable predictions:non-Gaussianity of the cosmic microwave background radiation, the logical noisespectrum of primordial gravitational waves, and a detectable discrete chiral currentin mesoscopic circuits.

Some remarks on the mathematical structure of the multiverse

McKenzie, Alan

The Copenhagen interpretation of quantum entanglement experiments is at best incomplete, since the intermediate state induced by collapse of the wave function apparently depends upon the inertial rest frame in which the experiment is observed. While the Many Worlds Interpretation of Everett, MWI, avoids the issue of wave function collapse, it, too, is a casualty of the special theory of relativity. This requires all events in the universe, past, present and future, to be unique, as in the block universe picture, which rules out Everett style branching. The benefits of MWI may be retained, however, by postulating a multiverse of discrete, parallel, block universes which are identical to each other up to certain points in the MWI trunk before they diverge according to the MWI branching. The quantum probability of an event then emerges from the number of parallel universes in which the event happens divided by the total number of universes. This means that the total number of such universes is finite. Such a picture is more easily envisaged by thinking of it as a purely mathematical structure, as in the Mathematical Universe Hypothesis proposed by Tegmark. However, while Tegmark wished to avoid contamination from Goedelian self referential knots, not only does such contamination appear to be inevitable, it brings an unexpected benefit. The mathematical hierarchy required by the enigmatic footnote 48a in the paper by Goedel leads to an explanation for a unitary evolution of deterministic quantum rules across the multiverse while accounting for quantum uncertainty within an individual universe. Other aspects of this structure, called here the Plexus, are discussed, including awareness of existence and other questions raised by the hypothesis.

The Timeless Cosmic Branching Mechanism: A Philosophical Reconciliation of General Relativity and the Many-Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics.

Anubhav Srivastava

ORIGIN NOTE: The theoretical framework presented in this paper was first established and publicly released by the author, Anubhav Srivastava, in the treatise 'Nothing/Everything: The Mindbending Philosophical Theory of Everything' in May, 2025. This document serves as a condensed research distillation for formal archival and DOI indexing. This paper provides a foundational philosophical and logical resolution to the century-long conflict between the deterministic "Block Universe" of General Relativity and the probabilistic branching of the Many-Worlds Interpretation (MWI) of quantum mechanics. This paper first proposes a formal mechanism for the transition from a state of absolute ontological neutrality to the structured, deterministic laws of physics observed within localized universes. Grounded in the "Nothing with No Laws" axiom, first discussed in the book Nothing/Everything: The Mind-Bending Philosophical Theory of Everything, which posits that an absolute absence of governing constraints necessitates the timeless actualization of all possible configurations of existence, this paper describes the philosophical mechanism behind how such an actualization could take place. We propose it as the Timeless Cosmic Branching Mechanism (TCBM). Utilizing a multidimensional branching model situated beyond linear time, and using "cosmic dice-roll" analogies, the paper demonstrates how reality bifurcates into "Familiar" and "Alien" superstructures. It introduces the model of Progressive Determinism, arguing that initial probabilistic potential crystallizes into fixed law-sets through a sequence of static, simultaneous snapshots. A critical distinction is drawn between this framework and Charles Sanders Peirce’s Tychism. While Peirce suggested that physical laws evolve as "habits" over time within a singular universe, the author contends that this branching is a Timeless Structural Property of the Zeromniverse, the term itself implying a Cosmic Library like state of Infinite Universes unfolding themselves via infinite probabilities, timelessly. In this model, all stages of "evolution" exist simultaneously as static snapshots, resolving the tension between quantum probabilistic beginnings and macroscopic superdeterminism. Later, the work posits that the apparent temporal "splitting" of universes is a Chrono-centric illusion. Drawing on the Wheeler-DeWitt equation (HΨ=0), the paper argues that all quantum interactions and their resulting branches exist simultaneously as static, timeless coordinates within the Zeromniverse. This model reconciles the macro-scale causality of Relativity with quantum probability by introducing Superdeterministic Bubbles—individual universal reels that are internally deterministic despite their probabilistic origin. By framing physical laws as emergent "genetics" within a timeless Darwinian speciation process, the TCBM offers a definitive conceptual bridge between the two pillars of modern physics, effectively resolving the "First Cause" paradox and the problem of linear time.

Parity-Driven Quantum Mechanics: A Framework for Superposition, Collapse, and the Gravity-Quantum Divide

Karel John Murdoch

We propose a new interpretive framework for quantum mechanics in which the binary parity (odd or even) of a universe's total particle count acts as the fundamental switch governing quantum and classical behavior. In this model, particles transit between parallel universes in pairs; unpaired particles remain uncommitted to any single universe and exhibit quantum behavior (superposition, tunneling, interference), while paired particles anchor to a specific universe and become subject to classical forces including gravity. Observation is reinterpreted as a forced anchoring event that pins a particle to the observer's universe. This framework provides a unified account of seven core quantum phenomena -- superposition, wavefunction collapse, double-slit interference, quantum entanglement, tunneling, the quantum Zeno effect, and the quantum-gravity incompatibility -- from a single principle. We identify testable predictions, including parity-dependent decoherence rates in controlled particle-number systems and the outcome of proposed gravitational superposition experiments, that distinguish this framework from existing interpretations. Two companion papers are included: the conceptual framework and the complete mathematical formalism (Lagrangian, equations of motion, exact solutions, consistency checks).
