Abstract

The research and test of the security protection technology of distribution network quantum encryption information based on 5G multi access edge computing applies the communication technology and quantum encryption technology of 5G power private network to the terminal environment of distribution network. Through the integration of quantum key and power service master station, terminal and quantum key, 5G communication and quantum encryption equipment, It enables safe communication between the distribution terminal equipment and the distribution master station, and the system response time is controllable. The results show that in the 5G deployment environment, the maximum delay in 1000 tests is 121.23 ms, while in the 5G+quantum environment, the maximum delay is 200.23 ms.

Research on Key Technologies of Quantum Key Distribution in 5G Power Private Network Communication Under Smart Grid

Yun Ren, Lei An, Gang Yang +5 more

This paper proposes a distribution network application scheme based on quantum secure communication and 5G hard slicing private network. The method can calculate the quantum key update frequency and distribution strategy of each power business by itself. The system performs the key self-evolution of the synchronization between the sender and the receiver by transmitting the random quantity of short length generated in the communication in the quantum channel. It replaces the traditional update method where a new full key must be sent and received after each update must be renegotiated. Finally, this paper proposes the key reading mode between the service terminal and the quantum key mobile storage device, the interface protocol between the service terminal device and the quantum key mobile storage device, and the key management method suitable for the power distribution service terminal. The experimental results show that the described method can realize the automation and intelligence of the optimal distribution of quantum keys for accurate data protection of various power services. This method can construct a precise and secure data protection mechanism based on quantum keys.

Taking the quantum key management system as the core, the author designs and implements the quantum key security storage and business security process application model. Thirdly, this paper uses the local search algorithm to optimize the parameters of the MDI-QKD protocol under symmetric and asymmetric conditions, and gives its optimized key rate. Finally, this paper uses the actual quantum key distribution equipment, quantum VPN and network tester to build an experimental environment. The system uses a comprehensive network tester to simulate the power grid application business information to test and statistically analyze the core performance characteristics of quantum VPN, such as throughput, delay, and encryption algorithm. The experimental results can provide a reference for the popularization and application of the quantum secure communication system in the power grid production control and management information business.

Hui Xiang, Yuxiang Lv, Julong Chen +4 more

The fifth-generation mobile communication (5G) has the advantages of high bandwidth, low time delay and low power consumption, and it can play an important role in all aspects of power transmission, substation, power distribution and electricity consumption, effectively making up for the disadvantages of traditional optical fiber communication and profoundly transforming the power communication network. However, the information security problems brought by the application of 5G technology are gradually becoming prominent. Based on this, a quantum key distribution strategy based on the quality of service (QoS) is proposed to improve the confidentiality of 5G electric power private network application scheme. Finally, the feasibility of quantum communication application in power dispatching system is verified. The test results show that the service quality of 5G private network meets the communication requirements of power grid services, the actual transmission delay of the power grid simulation dispatching data is about 1s, and there is no packet loss.

Based on 5G communication, this paper proposes a quantum key encryption method for the physical layer of power grid communication that uses single quantum key encryption to generate a key matrix to achieve the effect of improving the security of the communication system. The innovation of this method is that it can calculate the quantum key update frequency and distribution strategy of each power business by itself. At the same time, the power grid communication encryption algorithm can optimize the quantum key management control process of the quantum security encryption transmission equipment. It can solve the problems of low-key application efficiency or insufficient key that may exist in the current application due to the singleness of the quantum key strategy. Simulation studies show that this scheme can enhance the security and practicability of sensitive information in the power grid.

Communication technology is increasingly evolving, and the new generation of 5G is characterized by three main features: high capacity, high speed, and low latency. With the vigorous promotion and application of 5G communication technology in industrial automation, smart city, smart grid, healthcare and other fields, the security transmission problem of 5G network continues to receive widespread attention, how to utilize powerful encrypted communication algorithms to ensure the secure transmission of heterogeneous information data between massive devices is an urgent problem to be solved nowadays. Based on the basic principle of quantum key distribution, this paper proposes a quasi-real-time virtual key pool construction strategy, which improves the whole process of encryption service bearing through the quasi-real-time virtual key pool, and ensures the secure transmission of horizontal and vertical quantum keys of the distribution terminal.
