Abstract

This study examines the development of wireless quantum communication network and advance quantum com- munication. In this paper we present the idea of system scheme to transfer quantum states in the wireless quantum communication network and advance. Quantum communication is a rapidly evolving field that will significantly impact the twenty-first century. Wireless quantum communication networks transport quantum states using a multi-hop teleportation quantum routing approach. This technique does not require compatibility with classical paths, as quantum states are transported directly along the designated path. The chance of successfully transferring a quantum state is determined using statistics. Researchers analyze statistics to optimize network performance and develop strategies for quantum state transfer success. Advancements in error correction techniques enhance the reliability of quantum communication networks. A quantum state is moved from the source to the destination using direct multi-hop teleportation on the chosen path. Statistics are used to determine the likelihood of successfully transmitting the quantum state.

Distributed wireless quantum communication networks with partially entangled pairs

Xutao Yu, Zaichen Zhang, Jin Xu

Wireless quantum communication networks transfer quantum state by teleportation. Existing research focuses on maximal entangled pairs. In this paper, we analyse the distributed wireless quantum communication networks with partially entangled pairs. A quantum routing scheme with multi-hop teleportation is proposed. With the proposed scheme, is not necessary for the quantum path to be consistent with the classical path. The quantum path and its associated classical path are established in a distributed way. Direct multi-hop teleportation is conducted on the selected path to transfer a quantum state from the source to the destination. Based on the feature of multi-hop teleportation using partially entangled pairs, if the node number of the quantum path is even, the destination node will add another teleportation at itself. We simulated the performance of distributed wireless quantum communication networks with a partially entangled state. The probability of transferring the quantum state successfully is statistically analyzed. Our work shows that multi-hop teleportation on distributed wireless quantum networks with partially entangled pairs is feasible.

Quantum Networking Protocol Based on Quantum Teleportation

Jincheng Zhang

This paper proposes a novel quantum networking protocol leveraging quantum teleportation for rapid quantum information transfer within a network. Traditional quantum network architectures suffer from limited transmission speeds due to the requirement of physically transporting qubits. This protocol overcomes this limitation by utilizing the quantum entanglement and Bell states to facilitate instantaneous information transfer, circumventing the need for direct qubit conveyance. The core of the protocol relies on establishing and maintaining entanglement between nodes, followed by a Bell state measurement and classical communication to reconstruct the quantum state at the destination. This design offers a significantly faster method for quantum information distribution compared to conventional approaches. The theoretical framework is presented with detailed mathematical formulations of the key steps, including the Bell state measurement, the process of quantum state transfer, and the necessary classical communication protocols. This work contributes to the advancement of quantum networking technology and provides a foundation for future high-speed quantum communication systems.

Quantum state propagation in quantum wireless multi-hop network based on EPR pairs

Kan Wang, Xutao Yu, Shengli Lu

Quantum wireless multi-hop network (QWMN) is one emerging area which is relative to quantum communication and information. Long distance delivery of quantum information in network is an important problem in future. This results in our study on quantum state propagation in QWMN by using EPR pairs. In this paper, we present and prove method to transfer quantum state in QWMN. With this method, quantum state can be teleported from source to destination and intermediate nodes can complete teleportation in parallelism and independently in QWMN. The time complexity of this method is independent of number of hops. In addition, we verify that EPR-pair bridging is still applicable for transmitting quantum state in n-hop routing and extend the logical relation of result to n-hop case. Based on these studies, we can propagate quantum states instantaneously in QWMN and destination node can recover the state only with the measurement outcomes of intermediate nodes.

Distributed wireless quantum communication networks

Xutao Yu, Jin S. Y. Xu, Zaichen Zhang

The distributed wireless quantum communication network (DWQCN) has a distributed network topology and transmits information by quantum states. In this paper, we present the concept of the DWQCN and propose a system scheme to transfer quantum states in the DWQCN. The system scheme for transmitting information between any two nodes in the DWQCN includes a routing protocol and a scheme for transferring quantum states. The routing protocol is on-demand and the routing metric is selected based on the number of entangled particle pairs. After setting up a route, quantum teleportation and entanglement swapping are used for transferring quantum states. Entanglement swapping is achieved along with the process of routing set up and the acknowledgment packet transmission. The measurement results of each entanglement swapping are piggybacked with route reply packets or acknowledgment packets. After entanglement swapping, a direct quantum link between source and destination is set up and quantum states are transferred by quantum teleportation. Adopting this scheme, the measurement results of entanglement swapping do not need to be transmitted specially, which decreases the wireless transmission cost and transmission delay.

Multi-hop teleportation of unknown qutrit state based on the GHZ channels

Yi Ding, Min Jiang

The combination of quantum communication technology and wireless networks brings a flexible and secure communication method, which adapts to a more complex network environment. In this paper, a new multi-hop teleportation scheme is investigated for transferring an unknown qutrit state between distant parties. The intermediate nodes are introduced and linked with each other via partially entangled Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) states as quantum channels. In this multi-hop teleportation protocol, the source node and all the intermediate nodes can perform the entanglement measurement and transmit the measurement results simultaneously. Furthermore, we find the relationship between the measurement results and the receiver’s state, which is given as the matrix form. Compared with previous protocols for multi-hop transmission, our scheme can reduce the transmission delay and save the transmission overhead.
