Abstract

We explore the quantum-memory assisted entropic uncertainty (QMA-EU), Jensen-Shannon coherence and entanglement dynamics in a Graphene sheet of disordered electrons in the presence of the intrinsic decoherence. The Graphene sheet containing two sublattices in a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice, which results due to the impurity-potentials interaction of two Dirac points. Entropic uncertainty and logarithmic negativity are used to investigate the generation and preservation of QMA-EU and entanglement under the major factors of Graphene material, including the band structure parameter, the wave numbers as well as the decoherence effect. For the initial uncorrelated two-lattice-point-qubit state, it is found that the lattice-point interactions have high capacity to generated partially/maximally two-lattice-point-qubit entangled and hence the partial/perfect Bob’s ability to guessing the outcome of Alice’s measurement. The increase of the graphite band structure parameter, the wave numbers enhance the generated lattice-point entanglement and Jensen-Shannon coherence, and hence the quantum memory game has a high prediction accuracy. For the intrinsic decoherence, the ability to generate entanglement, Jensen-Shannon coherence. and guessing the Alice’s measurement outcomes weakens. The sudden death-birth phenomenon in the logarithmic-negativity dynamics appears. The increase of the graphite band structure parameter weakens the robustness dynamics against the decoherence effect, while the increase of the wave number operators enhances this robustness. For initial maximally correlated state, the robustness dynamics of the QMA-EU, Jensen-Shannon coherence, and logarithmic-negativity entanglement is very sensitive to the increase of the band structure, wave numbers, and intrinsic decoherence.

Non-local correlation dynamics in two-dimensional graphene

Abdel‐Baset A. Mohamed, Abdel‐Haleem Abdel‐Aty, Montasir Qasymeh +1 more

We explore the non-local correlation dynamics in a Graphene sheet of disordered electrons in a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice, containing two sublattices, induced by the interaction range of impurity potentials of two Dirac points. The Bell function, uncertainty-induced non-locality, and concurrence are used to investigate the formation and robustness of the non-local correlation between the honeycomb lattice and the Dirac point. The generated lattice-point non-local correlations are explored when the lattice-point system is initially in the uncorrelated state. Due to the lattice-point interaction, the resulting Bell-function non-locality and entanglement concurrence satisfy the hierarchy principle. The generated uncertainty-induced non-locality correlation has a higher degree of stability and robustness than the Bell non-locality and concurrence. We analyze the robustness of the initial maximal non-local correlations under the effects of the band parameter, the intravalley scattering processes, the wave numbers, and the intrinsic decoherence. The formation and stability of lattice-point correlations are highly dependent on the honeycomb lattice and Dirac point characteristics.

Effects of intrinsic decoherence on quantum coherence and correlations between spins within a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice graphene layer system

Zakaria Bouafia, Samira Elghaayda, Mostafa Mansour

This research delves into the influence of intrinsic decoherence on the behavior of quantum correlations and coherence between two interacting qubits in a graphene-based system. To evaluate the amount of nonclassical correlations in the system, we employ local quantum uncertainty (LQU), and to assess quantum coherence we use the relative entropy of coherence [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text]-norm [Formula: see text]. We assume that the system is initially prepared in an extended-Werner-like (EWL) state, and we investigate how these quantifiers evolve over time and examine their sensitivity to various graphene layer system parameters, mixture parameter of the initial state and the intrinsic decoherence rate. Our results indicate that by adjusting the wave number operators, decreasing the intrinsic decoherence rate, and increasing the initial state mixing parameter, it is possible to enhance both quantum correlations and coherence within the two-dimensional honeycomb lattice system. In addition, we found that quantum coherence is more resilient to intrinsic decoherence than LQU, moreover, the [Formula: see text]-norm is more robust than the relative entropy of coherence.

Measurement Uncertainty, Purity, and Entanglement Dynamics of Maximally Entangled Two Qubits Interacting Spatially with Isolated Cavities: Intrinsic Decoherence Effect

Abdel‐Baset A. Mohamed, Atta Ur Rahman, Hichem Eleuch

In a system of two charge-qubits that are initially prepared in a maximally entangled Bell's state, the dynamics of quantum memory-assisted entropic uncertainty, purity, and negative entanglement are investigated. Isolated external cavity fields are considered in two different configurations: coherent-even coherent and even coherent cavity fields. For different initial cavity configurations, the temporal evolution of the final state of qubits and cavities is solved analytically. The effects of intrinsic decoherence and detuning strength on the dynamics of bipartite entropic uncertainty, purity and entanglement are explored. Depending on the field parameters, nonclassical correlations can be preserved. Nonclassical correlations and revival aspects appear to be significantly inhibited when intrinsic decoherence increases. Nonclassical correlations stay longer and have greater revivals due to the high detuning of the two qubits and the coherence strength of the initial cavity fields. Quantum memory-assisted entropic uncertainty and entropy have similar dynamics while the negativity presents fewer revivals in contrast.

Dynamics of quantum-memory assisted entropic uncertainty of a two-spin Heisenberg XXX model under the intrinsic decoherence effect

A-B A Mohamed, Atta Ur Rahman, F. M. Aldosari +1 more

Abstract In this study, the quantum-memory assisted entropic uncertainty (QM-EU) and entanglement dynamics of the two-qubit Heisenberg XXX chain have been explored in the presence of intrinsic decoherence. The effect of the x-component of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) and Kaplan-Shekhtman-Entin-Wohlman-Aharony (KSEA) interactions has been considered. The generation and preservation of quantum memory and entanglement have been examined for various values of the DM, KSEA, spin-spin, and spin coupling strengths. The uncertainty negatively affects the entanglement and both have anti-correlation. The absence and presence of intrinsic decoherence prevail in differing impacts on the dynamics of the system. In the first case, prolonged entanglement preservation, uncertainty suppression, and oscillatory dynamics have been observed. Moreover, in order to achieve the best-prolonged entanglement preservation and relative reduction of the entropic uncertainty, we have analyzed several parameter settings. We find that the effects of raising the DM, KSEA, and spin-spin interaction individually and simultaneously are different. The individual and simultaneous increase of the DM, KSEA, and spin-spin interaction parameters control the degree of entanglement, entropic uncertainty, and primarily the dynamics of the system.

Quantum memory and coherence dynamics of two dipole-coupled qubits interacting with two cavity fields under decoherence effect

Abdel‐Baset A. Mohamed, Abdel‐Haleem Abdel‐Aty, Hichem Eleuch

This paper investigates the intrinsic decoherence effect on quantum memory and coherence dynamics of two dipole-coupled qubits in a non-degenerate bimodel cavity. Entropic uncertainty, entropy, and concurrence are utilized to examine the dynamics of quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relations, mixedness, and entanglement. The results indicate that the nonlinear interactions between the two qubits and the cavity generate quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty, mixedness, and entanglement, which are reliant not only on the qubit–qubit interaction but also on the intrinsic decoherence and coherence intensity of the initial two-mode cavity states. For specific values of the dipole–dipole interaction, non-classical correlations can be enhanced By reducing the initial intensity coherence, the stability of the quantum memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relations, as well as the two-qubit mixedness of the intrinsic decoherence, are accelerated.

GENERATION AND ROBUSTNESS OF QUANTUM MEMORY-ASSISTED ENTROPIC UNCERTAINTY AND UNCERTAINTY-INDUCED NONLOCALITY OF TWO NITROGEN-VACANCY CENTERS COUPLED BY OPEN TWO NANOCAVITIES

Abdel‐Haleem Abdel‐Aty, Abdel‐Baset A. Mohamed, Atta Ur Rahman +1 more

In this paper, we investigate the dynamics of quantum memory-assisted entropic uncertainty, uncertainty-induced nonlocality and log-negativity entanglement of two nitrogen-vacancy centers (NVC). In particular, we are interested in analyzing two nitrogen-vacancy centered qubits coupled with two coherent nanocavities. We consider two different configurations of NVC qubits: when the qubits are prepared initially in separable and maximally entangled states. We demonstrate that coherent nanocavities can be successfully used to generate nonlocality and entanglement in the two NVC qubits while suppressing the associated entropic uncertainty. When the system is considered initially in separable two-NVC qubits, we show that the coupled coherent nanocavities successfully generate nonlocality and entanglement while avoiding the associated entropic uncertainty. The parameter’s adjustment determines the degree of entanglement, non-locality generation, and preservation. In comparison, we find entanglement more vulnerable to the decoherence and entropic uncertainty action between the two NVC qubits and nanocavities than the uncertainty-induced nonlocality. Furthermore, the NVC-qubits coupled with two coherent nanocavities promote entanglement’s sudden birth and death phenomena. This study contributes to the quantum mechanical protocols requiring the robust practical generation of entanglement and nonlocality as well as the related information preservation for the increased efficiency of quantum devices.
