I.E. EREMIN

The possibility of continuously deterministic modeling of linear spectra and the electronic structure of matter, implemented within the framework of the scientific prerequisites of classic physics, is considered. The second part of the paper presents a dynamic model of the mechanism of generation of the atomic spectrum of hydrogen, revealing the reason for the splitting of a number of its lines based on consideration of classic Maxwell's equations.
