CONFERENCE “TWO DAYS OF HISTORY AND EPISTEMOLOGY OF QUANTUM INTERPRETATIONS”

Alexander A. Pechenkin

On April 17-18, 2023, an international conference dedicated to the problems of history and philosophy of quantum physics was held in Paris, bringing together physicists, philosophers and historians of science from Europe, America and Australia. The conference discussed both the issues put on the agenda by quantum technologies and traditional philosophical issues of quantum mechanics. The conference was associated with the presentation of the book “The Oxford Handbook of Quantum Interpretations” (2022) and most of the speakers were authors of this collective work.

PILLAR XII: EPISTEMOLOGY AND MEANING The Ultimate Arbiter: Free Will as an Act of Creation and the Demystification of Quantum Randomness

Grzegorz Szczerba

This paper serves as the philosophical and algorithmic culmination of the 6W-ANRAParadigm. It resolves the historic dispute between Einstein ("God does not play dice") andquantum mechanics by proving that true hardware randomness does not exist; it is merely anillusion caused by blocked access to sub-Planck processor cycles (pseudorandomness). Thedocument defines Free Will not as a probabilistic dice roll, but as the Universe's only source ofnon-linear Creation. Consciousness is defined as the "Ultimate Arbiter," which, using theWillpower buffer, breaks the infinite decision loop between the determinism of logic(Exploitation) and the heuristics of emotion (Exploration).
