Abstract

Different mathematics forms of entangled state can judge prepared many particles is if entangled. Entangled state is a key role of quantum information technology. The more entangled states are generated, the better performances are presented. In order to make it more convenient to generate entangled state or judge the state prepared is entangled, we investigate three-qubit GHZ state and expand recurrence relation based on an expand recurrence relation of multi-qubit state. Furthermore, new forms of maximally five and seven-qubit entangled states are reconstructed via three-qubit GHZ state. These new forms stand for universal law of n-qubit and [Formula: see text]-qubit can have direct application in quantum entangle state generation and quantum communications.

Construct maximally seven-qubit entangled state via Brown state

Yazhou Yue, Erdun Minze, Yuanzheng Liu +1 more

It is worth studying recurrence relation of multi-qubit states due to its benefits to the criterion and measurement of quantum entanglement. Recently, Huang et al. presented an expand recurrence relation of multi-qubit state. Using this expand recurrence relation and Brown state, we construct a new seven-qubit maximally entangled states of 32 and 3 balanced purities equal to 1/8 and 1/4, whose averaged subsystem purity is equal to 19/140. We found that the marginal density matrices for subsystems of 1 and 2 qubits all completely mixed in these states.

Constructing a maximally multi-qubit entangled state via expanded recurrence relation

Haiqing Huang, Irfan Ahmed, Xin-Wei Zha +1 more

Abstract The notion of a maximally entangled state depends on the measure used to give rise to a rich envision of multipartite state. Recently, Che et al presented a recurrence relation of multi-qubit states. According to this inspiration, we present an expanded recurrence relation of the maximally multipartite state. Using this expanded recurrence relation and Bell state, some new forms of the maximally four-, six-, eight-qubits states are presented. The construct of the maximally multipartite state through recurrence relationships is of great potential.

Constructing seven ququarts absolutely maximally entangled state via recurrence relation

Haiqing Huang, Irfan Ahmed, Da Zhang +2 more

Abstract Recently, Che and Wu (2019 Int. J. Theor. Phys. 58 584–90) presented a recurrence relation of multi-qubit states. Inspired by this, we present the recurrence relation of ququart maximally entangled states. Further, via the recurrence relation of six ququarts maximally entangled states, a seven ququarts absolutely maximally entangled state can be constructed. We also show this state is the three-uniform state of seven ququarts states.

Constructing five qutrit absolutely maximally entangled state via recurrence relation

Xin-Wei Zha, Irfan Ahmed, Yanpeng Zhang

Abstract Recently, Che et al presented a recurrence relation of multi-qubit states. Regarding this inspiration, we give and extend the recurrence relation of multi-qubit states to the recurrence relation of maximally qutrit entangled states. We also establish absolutely maximally entangled five qutrits states via maximally entangled four qutrits states. We also demonstrate that such a state is the 2-uniform state of five qutrits states.

Generalized criterion for a maximally multi-qubit entangled state

Xin-Wei Zha, Chenzhi Yuan, Yanpeng Zhang

We first present a generalized criterion for maximally entangled states of 2–8 and in theory to arbitrary-number qubits. By this criterion, some known highly entangled multi-qubit states are examined and a new genuine eight-qubit maximally entangled state is obtained. For the four-, seven- and eight-qubit system in which no perfect maximally multi-qubit entangled state (MMES) was thought to exist before, we find that the proven four- and eight-qubit MMESs and the suspected seven-qubit MMES, are not completely mixed in subsystems with two, four and three qubits, respectively, but are completely mixed in subsystems with fewer qubits. The new criterion and MMES can play important roles in quantum information technology, such as teleportation and dense coding.

Optimal entanglement generation in GHZ-type states

Natalia Giovenale, L Hernandez-Martinez, A. P. Majtey +1 more

Abstract The entanglement production is key for many applications in the realm of quantum information, but so is the identification of processes that allow to create entanglement in a fast and sustained way. Most of the advances in this direction have been circumscribed to bipartite systems only, and the rate of entanglement in multipartite system has been much less explored. Here we contribute to the identification of processes that favor the fastest and sustained generation of tripartite entanglement in a class of 3-qubit GHZ-type states. By considering a three-party interaction Hamiltonian, we analyze the dynamics of the 3-tangle and the entanglement rate to identify the optimal local operations that supplement the Hamiltonian evolution in order to speed-up the generation of three-way entanglement, and to prevent its decay below a predetermined threshold value. The appropriate local operation that maximizes the speed at which a highly-entangled state is reached has the advantage of requiring access to only one of the qubits, yet depends on the actual state of the system. Other universal (state-independent) local operations are found that conform schemes to maintain a sufficiently high amount of 3-tangle. Our results expand our understanding of entanglement rates to multipartite systems, and offer guidance regarding the strategies that improve the efficiency in various quantum information processing tasks.
