The single slit, the curve-single slit, the parallel double slit, the non-parallel double slit, the curve-double slit, and the non-parallel-curve-double slit experiments show the PhotoWave phenomena. In this article, by utilize the PhotoWave concept, we interpret the mechanism of the production of the Hybrid pattern (i.e., the two interference patterns respectively embedded in two diffraction patterns) of the non-parallel-double slit experiment. Based on the interpretation, we propose the math description of the Hybrid pattern.

T.Young's double slit interference experi m ent had played an important role in the foundation and development of wave optic s.The paper proposes a new methodthe spectrum method which calculates the distribution of intensity of light in the double slit experiment.Because the calculative program of the method is standard, the spectrum method which cardina l instrument in math is Fourier transform can be used,in principle,to tackle wit h the optical program of both interference and diffraction in general.
