Abstract

Using the example of the experiment https://arxiv.org/pdf/1902.05080.pdf, it is shown that the absence of an objective existence of quantum measurement results cannot be rigorously proved based on the recording of the violation of Bell's inequality in the form of Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt. There are also general arguments summarizing this conclusion.

Objective Reality and the Paradox of Wigner Friends

Aleksandr V. Belinsky

Abstract Using the experiment described at https://arxiv.org/pdf/1902.05080.pdf as an example, it has been shown that the absence of the objective existence of the results of quantum measurements cannot be rigorously proved based on the registration of the violation of the Bell inequality in the form of Clauser–Horne–Shimony–Holt. Universal arguments are also presented to generalize this inference.

Wigner’s friend paradox: does objective reality not exist?

Aleksandr V. Belinsky

Abstract It is shown that the lack of objective existence of the results of quantum measurements of the state of collapse of the state vector of a remote localized system cannot be proved by an experiment using the reality of violation of Bell’s inequality in the Clauser–Horne–Shimony–Holt form. Arguments of a general nature and a specific calculation example confirming this conclusion are also given.

Quantum Violation of Bell’s Inequality: A Misunderstanding Based on a Mathematical Error of Neglect

Frank Lad

This paper intends to show how the fabled violation of Bell's inequality by the probabilistic specifications of quantum mechanics derives from a mathematical error, an error of neglect.I have no objection to the probabilities specified by quantum theory, nor to the inequality itself as characterized in the formulation of Clauser, Horne, Shimony, and Holt.Designed to assess consequences of Einstein's principle of local realism, the inequality pertains to a li-How to cite this paper: Lad, F. A Loophole of All ‘Loophole-Free’ Bell-Type Theorems

Marek Czachor

Abstract Bell’s theorem cannot be proved if complementary measurements have to be represented by random variables which cannot be added or multiplied. One such case occurs if their domains are not identical. The case more directly related to the Einstein–Rosen–Podolsky argument occurs if there exists an ‘element of reality’ but nevertheless addition of complementary results is impossible because they are represented by elements from different arithmetics. A naive mixing of arithmetics leads to contradictions at a much more elementary level than the Clauser–Horne–Shimony–Holt inequality.

Hidden variable model for the Bell-Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt test based on the Bell-Kochen-Specker model for a qubit

F. De Zela

The validity of the Bell-Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt (Bell-CHSH) inequality for hidden-variable models of the Bell type and the quantum prediction that said inequality can be violated are two indisputable assertions. However, one can prove wrong the assertion that no hidden-variable model is able to reproduce quantum predictions about the Bell-CHSH test. Here, we reproduce all quantum predictions of Bell-CHSH tests by means of the Bell-Kochen-Specker hidden-variable model for a qubit plus Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen “criterion of physical reality”.
