Complete Micro-physics Unifying Copenhagen QM and EPR: Non-connected Space Embedding

Abstract

We unexpectedly show that complete micro-physics unifying Copenhagen QM and EPR (that restores to micro-matter causality and locality) is possible. There are two ways to unify physics: the Standard Model approach is that mathematics first and experimental foundation second, the priority of matter evolution over anything; our approach is that experimental foundation first and mathematics second, the priority of space evolution over matter evolution. Our work gives a brand new approach in the field of unified physics. First, similar to Turing’s modeling of computation, we model the spatial process of quantum experiments; give the barest essentials of the space process (as a necessary condition for unified physics): the micro-to-current space process does not have the exchangeability of observers. Second, the revolutionary concepts produced by space process modeling forces us to introduce a new geometry model: non-connected space embedding. Namely, 3-dimensional micro-space is embedded in the 3-dimensional current space in a non-connected way, and the embedding produces a mapping from microscopic space to current space and makes the complete microscopic form into an incomplete quantum form described in terms of state space. In this way, the unification of Copenhagen QM and EPR can be achieved. Space embedding, which has a more reliable experimental basis than the Standard Model, overturns the traditional space theory.

Entanglement and Quantum non-locality: an experimental perspective

Alessio Avella, Marco Gramegna, Marco Genovese

The theory of Quantum Mechanics is one of the mainstay of modern physics, a well-established mathematical clockwork whose strength and accuracy in predictions are currently experienced in worldwide research laboratories. As a matter of fact, Quantum Mechanics laid the groundwork of a rich variety of studies ranging from solid state physics to cosmology, from bio-physics to particle physics. The up-to-date ability of manipulating single quantum states is paving the way for emergent quantum technologies as quantum information and computation, quantum communication, quantum metrology and quantum imaging. In spite of the impressive matemathical capacity, a long-standing debate is even revolving around the foundational axioms of this theory, the main bones of content being the non-local effects of entangled states, the wave function collapse and the concept of measurement in Quantum Mechanics, the macro-objectivation problem (the transition from a microscopic probabilistic world to a macroscopic deterministic world described by classical mechanics). Problems that, beyond their fundamental interest in basic science, now also concern the impact of these developing technologies. Without claiming to be complete, this article provides in outline the living matter concerning some of these problems, the implications of which extend deeply on the connection between entanglement and space-time structure.

An Extra Dimensional Approach of Entanglement

Axel J. J. Dietrich, W. Been

Motivated by the apparent lack of a workable hypothesis we developed a model to describe phenomena such as entanglement and the EPR-paradox. In the model we propose the existence of extra hidden dimensions. Through these dimensions it will be possible for particles, which originate from one source, to remain connected. This connection results in an instantaneous reaction of one particle when the other particle is manipulated. We imagine entanglement in such a model. The results of the experiments which have been performed on this item do not contradict with the existence of the extra dimension(s). In addition, the model opens the possibility to unify the theory of quantum mechanics, gravitation and the general theory of relativity.

An Undeniable Holistic Contradiction Between Quantum Theory and Experiments and Experimental Verification of the Copenhagen Interpretation

Bowen Liu

Contradiction between theory and experiment is a threat to the theory. People have paid their attention to regular contradiction (between theory and single experiment) and have found no serious threat. We first propose holistic contradiction, in which one major law of nature (called the bad law) conflicts with each and every quantum experiment. (A) We prove the existence of holistic contradiction (extrinsic-intrinsic contradiction). We show that all known experiments overturn traditional classification of matter and grand unified intrinsic reference space. Namely, the holistic contradiction means that every experiment ever performed by human confirms that (a) the classification of matter depends upon the operability, but not upon the description of larger matter in terms of smaller matter; (b) quantum form we observe is extrinsic but not intrinsic expression of micro-matter; (c) intrinsic and primitive reference system is human’s operable classical one but not reference system in micro-scale. The method of proof is traditional, i.e., verification one-by-one experimentally. (B) The holistic contradiction is the biggest threat to quantum physics, because overturning old classification of matter and the uniqueness of intrinsic system means breaking the supporting structure of quantum physics. We present effects of the breaking on quantum theories in three ways. (1) It is commonly accepted that the Copenhagen interpretation (i.e., CI) is philosophical, and to verify it seems to be impossible, since verifying “reality is restricted to observation” seems to be beyond human capabilities. However, we complete the crucial step of verifying CI. The key to our proof is the disproof of the bad law. (2) Overthrowing old classification of matter makes position of the Standard Model in physics to be greatly reduced, since mapping relation between intrinsic and extrinsic form of micro-matter becomes top thesis in quantum theory. This requires reorganizing the Standard Model such that group SU expresses only extrinsic but not the ultimate blocks. Overthrowing the uniqueness of intrinsic system gives evidence against the string theory, since the extrinsic features of quantum form is incompatible to geometry of string theory. (3) We give a simulation model and show that the relevance between intrinsic and extrinsic system is the key ingredient for producing the abstract state space and probability contribution.

Delayed Choice Experiment and Disconnectedness of Microscopic Space

Bowen Liu

A brand new approach in the study of quantum experiment is introduced in this paper. The theoretical model of the delayed choice experiment is divided into two parts: micro-matter process model and spatial process model. People have been focusing only on micro-matter process. We focus on the details of the M-C (micro-to-current) space channel: the correspondence from micro-events to current events, the dependence of the validity check of the correspondence on extrinsic recursion invoking itself, the jurisdiction of current space to the micro-collapse. We show that the delayed choice experiment is just a global collapse experiment, and that the carrier of the coordinate difference in the micro-spatial channel is non-local. Consequently, it negates the existence of a common coordinate-difference carrier to micro-space and current space, and negates the connectedness between micro-space and current space. The purpose of this paper is, in terms of the delayed choice experiment, to show that the roots of the counter-intuition of quantum theory is the basic topological nature of space itself (disconnectedness) that forces microscopic matter to exhibit counterintuitive and non-causal features. We show that the delayed choice experiment supports the de-philosophizing Copenhagen interpretation.

Entanglement And The Special Theory Of Relativity

Ilija Barukčić

Abstract: The exact nature of non-locality and entanglement is still a matter of an ongoing controversy. Especially, the concept of non-locality as postulated by the orthodox Copenhagen quantum mechanics is claiming to reflect any non-locality in the quantum realm. Attention should be called to the obvious but very disconcerting fact that the concept of non-locality cannot contradict the theory of special relativity, as long as the same is not refuted theoretically or by experiments. Another way of expressing the peculiar situation is, under conditions of the special theory of relativity it remains rather discomforting to alter the properties of a distant system instantaneously (i. e. no light signal can travel) by acting on a local system. The purpose of this publication is to solve the problem of non-locality and entanglement from the standpoint of the special theory of relativity.

A Comprehensive Exposition of Two-Dimensional Linear Waves and the Dimensionality-Reduction Origin of Quantum Wavefunction Collapse

Jun Yan

The framework of classical physics includes the well-established Helmholtz wave equation, which accurately describes the propagation, interference, and diffraction behaviors of steady-state time-harmonic waves such as acoustic and electromagnetic waves at the macroscopic level. Verified by centuries of experiments, it is a universally recognized deterministic formula in fundamental physics. However, traditional physics has long operated within fixed boundaries: academia has always matched the Helmholtz equation with one-dimensional real scalar coordinates, applying it only to macroscopic matter wave fields, and never attempting to use it to describe the microscopic quantum world or the underlying ontology of the universe. Meanwhile, Heisenberg’s matrix mechanics, starting from the microscopic mathematical properties, derived the uncertainty principle based on the non-commutation relations of matrices, directly proving that microscopic mechanical quantities cannot be completely represented by real scalars. The microscopic universe is inherently adapted to matrix-dimensional structures, which is the fundamental cause of the proliferation of paradoxes in quantum mechanics under the real-coordinate framework.Addressing these dual shortcomings of the existing physical system, this paper presents original research: it fully retains the differential operators, wave constraints, and steady-state solution rules of the classical Helmholtz equation, introduces no new physical constants or artificial ad-hoc assumptions, and only replaces the real-space coordinates X and Y within the equation with second-order two-dimensional linear matrix coordinates, independently constructing a theoretical system of two-dimensional linear two-dimensional waves adapted to the microscopic ontology of the universe. It must be clearly defined: classical physics only has real-coordinate Helmholtz waves, used to explain macroscopic waves; the Helmholtz wave model based on two-dimensional linear matrix coordinates is an exclusive original theory of this paper, forming a dedicated new classical system to describe the true microscopic ontology of the universe.Drawing on rigorously verified traditional mathematical and physical tools such as the classical Helmholtz wave principle, Heisenberg’s matrix mechanics, the uncertainty principle, the linear projection theorem, and the principle of wave field superposition, this paper systematically elaborates the mathematical structure, dimensional characteristics, and evolutionary laws of two-dimensional linear two-dimensional waves, and reveals the ultimate physical nature of quantum observation collapse: all material entities in the microscopic world are two-dimensional linear two-dimensional Helmholtz waves, while the human macroscopic perceptual world and detection devices can only carry one-dimensional real information. The essence of the observation process is not the random collapse of the wavefunction as defined by quantum mechanics, but rather the observation system actively extracting one degree of freedom from the two-dimensional matrix wave, with the remaining single dimension completing dimensionality-reduction projection and mapping into the one-dimensional real physical space, ultimately forming the observational illusion of localized particles. This original theory can explain the two core experimental puzzles that have plagued quantum physics for a century without contradictions or ad-hoc patches: First, when observing the interference pattern throughout the double-slit experiment, this observation mode collects the steady-state information of the global superposition of two-dimensional waves without performing dimensional extraction, and thus does not trigger collapse; Second, when a single photon enters the human eye’s retina or a single-point detector completes fixed-point detection, the observation system imposes localized boundary conditions to force the extraction of the wave field dimension, realizing the "screen projection" imaging of two-dimensional waves onto one-dimensional reality, which macroscopically manifests as wavefunction collapse. This study breaks down the barriers between macroscopic classical waves and microscopic quantum phenomena, providing a unified explanation for microscopic phenomena such as wave-particle duality and quantum observation collapse with an original classical model, and offering a new underlying perspective for the grand unification research in fundamental physics.
