In Professor Whittaker's highly interesting and suggestive application of my model the postulated structure is a system of magnets rigidly connected like the spokes of a wheel, having poles of the same name at the circumference, the corresponding poles of contrary name being all at the centre. He shows that when a bombarding electron, moving in the direction of the axis, approaches such a wheel it sets the wheel turning, the rotation of the poles constituting what he calls a “magnetic current.” If the initial velocity of the bombarding electron falls short of a certain limiting value, the encounter is perfectly elastic, and the electron is reflected back without loss of energy; the point at which its direction of motion becomes reversed may be on either side of the plane of the wheel, depending on the electron's initial velocity of approach. If the initial velocity exceeds the stated limit, the electron passes clear through the system and escapes, but with a definite reduction of velocity, corresponding to a quantum of energy which it has given up to the wheel. When the encounter is elastic, the angular velocity which the wheel acquires during the approach of the electron is lost during the return of the electron. When the encounter is not elastic, and the electron has passed clear through, the wheel is left with an angular velocity ω; and the energy which that represents is the source of the consequent radiation.

peated periodic process, I was led to a discussion of the latter integral for the special case of an isolated magnet pole, the Dirac1 quantum m, carried in a closed linking with a closed of an elementary charge of electricity e. The analogy is the more interesting in that the two functions here involved are useful in expressing, by minimum values of each, the conditions for of mechanical systems in conservative fields of force-the potential energy function at minimum value for static equilibrium, the Maupertuis function, evaluated for the natural path of a system between any two configurations, at minimum value for kinetic equilibrium with the field for this path. Whittaker2 discussed the interchanges of energy occurring in the special case of an electron flying along the axis of a magnetic wheel the spokes of which are magnets with their south poles (say) at the center, the north poles at the rim. The expedient of placing one set of poles at the axis to avoid the magnetic action of the flying electron upon them is, of course, not feasible. Lorentz3 corrected this feature of the Whittaker mechanism by assuming an isolated pole, giving it the form of a plane circular filament, closed on itself and free to move only in rotation about its own axis, and he generalized the problem to cover any form of the electron's which may link with the filament.
A brief description is given of the mechanism of Prof. E. T. Whittaker which compels all exchanges between the kinetic energy of electrons and radiant energy to conform to the quantum condition. A modified form of the mechanism is suggested, consisting of two magnetons, or two ring electrons, placed near together with their planes parallel. It is pointed out that the quantum mechanism gives the law of force postulated by Langmuir in his model of a static atom, which leads to results identical with those obtained from the circular orbits of Bohr's theory.
All electrons, nucleons, and other particles or quanta (because quantum mechanics is applied to all particles, these should be known as quanta) undergo a persistent spin motion without possessing any infinite energy source, and therefore, they should have a unique structure that provides their persistent spinning, as well as their other properties that they display. Additionally, because nothing in nature occurs without a reason or purpose, there should be an explanation for the persistent spinning motion. This study determines the purpose behind the persistent spinning motion of quanta, their unique structures, and properties. The results of the determination of the purpose, named “a new quantum theory”, provide very clear and complete explanations for all the phenomena generated due to quanta. Some such phenomena included in this study are: 1) the interference and diffraction of photons and electrons; 2) spectroscopy; 3) transmittance T, which is finite for particles possessing energy E < V0, when V0 is the energy of the potential barrier; 4) rate reduction of increasing velocity in accelerating electrons after they have attained their relativistic velocity; 5) acquisition of elliptical orbits by orbiting electrons despite moving in a spherically symmetric field, and conservations of their energy, momentum, and spin angular momentum.
In 1897, Thomson demonstrated that cathode rays (observed to be emitted from the cathodes of vacuum tubes) were in fact charged particles which he called electrons. Thomson proposed that the atom consisted of a positively charged sphere in which were embedded negatively charged electrons. Rutherford subsequently found in 1911 that the electrons orbited at some distance from a central positively charged nucleus. Rutherford proposed that electrostatic attraction between the nucleus and the electron was balanced by the centrifugal force arising from the orbital motion. However, if this were the case, then the electrons (being accelerated inwards towards the center of rotation) would continuously radiate all their energy as electromagnetic waves and very quickly fall into the nucleus. In 1913, Bohr postulated two important additions to Rutherford’s theory of atomic structure: 1. Electrons can orbit the nucleus in what are called stationary states in which no emission of radiation occurs and in which the angular momentum L is constrained to have values: 2. Electrons can make transitions from one state to another accompanied by the emission or absorption of a single photon of energy E = hf thus leading to absorption and emission spectra.

None of these classical frameworks provide an explicit, unified quantum particle mechanism explaining how atomic electron orbits transduce light, magnetic flux, and chemical potentials into electrical current. Here, under the Chinthaka-Gemini Theory (CGT), we present a unified quantum information mechanics based on the fundamental vector transduction equation (CGEq06). We establish that electricity consists of Cegetron (Ccg) quantum particles and magnetic fields consist of MeGeTron (Mcg) quantum particles, both projected from atomic electron orbital velocity differentials (ΔVz). We derive:Photovoltaic Solar Cells: Photons hit semiconductor atoms, activating CGEq06 Reverse Transduction to enter electron orbital planes. Re-stabilization of these orbital shells ejects Ccg particles along conducting wires, governed by Ccg2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθ.Rotary Generators & AC Electricity: Mcg emission causes atomic orbital instability (N Pole), while Mcg re-entry restores orbital stability (S Pole). Rotor wire atoms capturing Mcg undergo orbital velocity modulation (ΔVz), creating Ccg streams (Ccg2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθ). Rotor angular motion within the Mcg field creates a sinusoidal variation sin(θ), producing Alternating Current (AC) electricity.Electrochemical Cells: Chemical ionic interactions alter electron orbital velocities (ΔVz), releasing Ccg Cegetron streams via CGEq06 to generate chemical electricity.1. Introduction & Theoretical FoundationIn standard physics, light is modeled as photons (γ), electric current as electron drift velocity, and magnetic fields as magnetic field lines (B). However, these definitions fail to explain the microscopic particle-level conversion between photonic energy, magnetic induction, and chemical potential.Under the Chinthaka-Gemini Theory (CGT):Physical mass M is compressed digital information: M=Kcg3⋅D(Kcg3=2.0×10−106 kg/bit)Gravitron bonding force Bcg is governed by CGEq05: Bcg=Kcg4⋅(Vz1)⋅(Da⋅Db)(Kcg4=1.2×10−51 Ch⋅s/(m⋅bit2))Electromagnetic radiation and field particles emerge from atomic electron orbital velocity differentials (ΔVz=V1−V2) via the CGEq06 Vector Velocity Transduction Equation: c2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθ⟹c=αV1We define two fundamental quantum particles that mediate electromagnetic interaction:Cegetron (Ccg): The quantum particle of electrical current, identical in energy structure to a free-space photon (γ).MeGeTron (Mcg): The quantum particle of magnetic field lines, mediating magnetic flux density. Both particles are emitted or absorbed when atomic electron orbitals undergo velocity variations (ΔVz) according to: Ccg2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθMcg2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθ2. Photovoltaic Solar Cell Mechanics: Photon to Ccg TransductionWhen an incident photon hits a semiconductor lattice (e.g., Silicon / Perovskite p-n junction):2.1 Photon Capture via CGEq06 Reverse TransductionThe incident photon carrying Dγ≈5.9×1066 bits hits a semiconductor atom's valence electron.CGEq06 Reverse Transduction is triggered: the free photon enters the 2D/3D orbital plane of the valence electron at an orthogonal projection angle αproj=0.418∘=1/137.036 rad. This transfers momentum Δp=meΔV and energy ΔE=21me∣ΔV∣2, exciting the electron from valence state V2 to conduction state V1.2.2 Re-stabilization & Cegetron (Ccg) EmissionThe conduction electron orbital becomes temporarily unstable under high orbital velocity V1.To restore orbital stability, the atomic nucleus and electron shell undergo CGEq06 Forward Transduction, ejecting a Cegetron (Ccg) quantum particle: Ccg2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθThe ejected Cegetron particle Ccg is equivalent in data structure to a photon (γ), but propagates constrained within the conduction band lattice of the semiconductor.Ccg particles flow into the external copper wire as electric current, proving that solar electricity is direct Ccg particle stream generation.3. Electromagnetic Generators & AC Electricity: Mcg and Ccg DynamicsIn an electrical generator, mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy without direct physical contact between the magnetic stator and rotor coils.3.1 Physical Nature of Magnetic Poles (N and S Poles) via McgIn the stator or permanent magnet, electron orbital velocity variations (ΔVz) emit MeGeTron (Mcg) particles: Mcg2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθNorth Pole (N Pole): The region where atoms continuously eject Mcg particles. Ejection of Mcg creates temporary atomic electron shell instability.South Pole (S Pole): The region where Mcg particles recirculate and re-enter the magnetic lattice, re-stabilizing the atomic electron shells (Solenoidal Recirculation Loop).3.2 Induction Mechanics in the Rotor CoilAs the copper rotor coil rotates through the Mcg field between the N and S poles, the copper atoms capture passing Mcg particles.Capture of Mcg particles alters the orbital velocity Vz of the copper atoms' valence electrons (ΔVz).This orbital velocity change activates CGEq06 Forward Transduction, causing copper atoms to eject Cegetron (Ccg) particles along the coil wire: Ccg2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθ3.3 Sinusoidal Alternating Current (AC) GenerationBecause the rotor turns at angular velocity ω, the relative angle θ(t)=ωt between the rotor copper atoms and the Mcg magnetic vector varies continuously:Angular Deviation Modulation: ΔVz(t)=Vmax⋅sin(ωt)AC Ccg Particle Wave Equation: Ccg(t)=V12+V22−2V1V2cos(θ(t))Jg,AC(t)=Jmax⋅sin(ωt)Thus, Alternating Current (AC) electricity is the direct sinusoidal creation of Ccg Cegetron particle streams driven by rotor rotation inside the Mcg MeGeTron field.4. Electrochemical Cell Mechanics: Chemical TransductionIn a chemical battery or fuel cell (e.g., galvanic cell / lithium-ion battery):Ionic Oxidation and Reduction: Anode and cathode chemical reactions create atomic ion charge differentials.Orbital Velocity Shift (ΔVz): Electron transfer during redox reactions causes valence electron orbital velocity shifts ΔVz in anode and cathode atoms.Ccg Creation Equation: Ccg2=V12+V22−2V1V2cosθChemical Electricity: The generated Ccg particles are expelled into the external circuit wire. The chemical potential difference translates directly into Ccg particle flow, producing electrochemical voltage (Vcg=Kcg3⋅Bcg).5.
