Abstract

A scheme for teleportation of weak entangled coherent state is proposed by using the cavity quantum electrodynamics(QED).We prepare an cavity entangled with an atom as the quantum channel. In this letter decoherent phenomena can be avoided in very degree,we also realize the probability of successful teleportation via no-Bell Measurement detection. It found that the non-orthogonal properties of the entangled coherent states is reflected, and analyzes the success of teleportation affected by the mean photons in this letter.

Teleporting a Superposition State of Squeezed Vacuum States via Caving Quantum Electrodynamics

Cai Xinhua

A scheme on the quantum teleportation of an arbitrary coherent superposition state of two equal-amplitude and opposite-phase suqeezed vacuum states is proposed. It is realized via a dispersive atom-cavity field interaction and Bell-states measurement.Maximally entangled squeezed vacuum state is used as quantum channel for realizing the teleportation scheme. It is shown that the successful probability of this teleportation scheme is 0.5.

Teleportation of A Two-particle Entangled State Via Cavity Quantum Electrodynamics

Hongcai Li

We propose a scheme for the teleportation of an unknown two-particle entangled EPR state without the Bell-state measurement.Alice needs to teleport an unknown two-particle EPR state to Bob.Her atoms and Bob's are prepared in the maximal entangled GHZ state, which forms the quantum channel. She sends two atoms through a single-mode cavity field, and drives them by a strong classical field at the same time.Throngh the interaction between the atoms and the cavity, the states of these atoms are evolved. After the interaction,Alice realizes the teleportation successfully. In the scheme, the effects of thermal field and cavity decay are all eliminated. The success probability is 1.0,and the fidelity is 1.0 too.

Teleportation of entangled coherent state through bipartite entangled quantum channels

Liu Chuan-Long, Yi-Zhuang Zheng, 温州大学物理与电子信息学院,温州 325027

We propose a scheme for teleportation of an entangled coherent state through bipartite entangled quantum channels. We study the problem in both coherent state picture and orthogonal basis picture composed of coherent states, and find that in the coherent state picture teleportation can be implemented using only linear elements, but the probability of success is less than 1/2, while in the orthogonal basis picture the probability of successful teleportation reaches 1 as long as the four Bell states can be discriminated.

Long Distance Atomic Teleportation using Entangled Coherent States and Cavity Assisted Interaction

Mishra, Manoj K., Hari Prakash

The schemes proposed by S. Bose et al [Phys. Rev. Lett. 83, 5158 (1999)] and others for long distance atomic teleportation using cavity decay, gives message state dependent fidelity on successful attempt and in case of failure message state destroys. We propose a different scheme for teleportation of an atomic state from one cavity to a distant cavity by reflecting optical-pulse modes of an entangled coherent state (ECS) from single atom-cavity systems and detecting whether light is on or off. Unit success with unit fidelity is obtained for large mean photon number (|α|^2). For small |α|^2, however, there is some probability of failure but message state does not destroy, and this allows us to achieve unit success in a few repeated attempts. Unlike previous schemes, our scheme also enjoys advantages of deterministic generation of ECS, robustness of ECS against de-coherence due to photon absorption, and it does not require many-stage cavity interactions and single photon detection ability.

Teleportation of a Superposition of Three Orthogonal States of an Atom without Bell-State Measurement

Zhong Zhi-Rong

A scheme to teleport a superposition of three orthogonal states of an atom without Bell-state measurement in cavity QED is proposed. The scheme based on the resonant interaction of two Λ-type three-level atoms with a bimodal cavity. The detection of atom a collapses atom b to the initial state of atom a with cavity mode left in two-mode vacuum state. The probability of success and the fidelity of this scheme are 0.112 and 0.999, respectively.
