Abstract

Starting with the equation for the classical motion of nondissipative mesoscopic mutual inductance coupled circuits, we studied the quantization scheme of the coupled circuits and the quantum fluctuation of the voltage and current in the eigenstate of the coupled circuits. The results show that the quantum fluctuation in each circuit is related not only to itself elements and the eigenstate of the coupled circuits ,but also to another circuit elements and the mutual inductance coefficients of the coupled circuits.

A diagonalizing classical Hamiltonian for a nondissipative mesoscopic mutual inductance coupled circuit with sources in every closed circuit was diagonalized. The eigenstate of the Hamiltonian is solved when the source is an in adiabatic approximation. The quantum fluctuations of the charge and current in the eigenstate of the coupled circuit were discussed. The result shows that the quantum fluctuations in the two closed circuits are correlated with each other.

The Quantum Fluctuations of Mesoscopic Parallel Damped Double Resonance Mutual Inductance Coupled Circuit

Hongqi Li

In order to research quantum effect of a mesoscopic parallel circuit with mutual inductance coupled and damped, we adopt the method of damped harmonic oscillator quantization to quantize the circuit. By using unitary transform, the Hamiltonian of the system is diagonalized. Then we can get the energy levels of the circuit. Our results show that one such circuit can be equivalent to double module coupling harmonic oscillator, the quantum fluctuations of the electrical current and voltage not only relate to the parameters and mutual inductance coupling intensity of the circuit, but also to the quantum states of the circuit. And when the coupling intensity is colse to zero, the quantum fluctuations only relate to the inherence frequency of the circuit. Then we can control the quantum noises of the circuit by adjusting the parameters.

Quantum fluctuations of mesoscopic capacitance coupled circuit with mutual inductance and power source

Shou Zhang

The quantum fluctuations of charges and currents of mesoscopic capacitance coupled circuit with mutual inductance and power source were investigated by using canonical transformation and unitary transformation. The results show that the quantum fluctuations of charges and currents are independent of power source. When the components of the circuit are given, if the value of L_1/L_2 is very small or very large, the effect of coupling coefficient on quantum fluctuations of charges and currents are great. From no mutual inductance to having mutual inductance, the quantum fluctuation of charge of loop 2 and the quantum fluctuation of current of loop 1 are obvious. We can conclude that it play a very important role whether the mutual inductance exists or not.

Quantum effects in inductance coupled mesoscopic circuit at excited coherent states

Cai Shao-Hong, Jinping Kang, Zhang Yuqiang

Starting from the classical movement equation of a non-dissipative inductance coupled mesoscopic circuit, the circuit is quantized by using linear transformation method, and the quantum fluctuations of currents and charges at excited coherent states are calculated. The results show that the average and square average of current and charge of each loop are not zero without power,i.e.,there exist quantum fluctuations. And the fluctuations are not only determined by the loop parameters, but also related to another loop's parameters and coupled inductance parameters. The quantum fluctuations in two circuits are relevant, and obviously depend on the state parameters of circuits,i.e.,parameters of particle count states and coherent states.
