Quantum Fluctuations of Voltage and Current in Mesoscopic Mutual Inductance Coupled Circuits

Guanghui Li

Starting with the equation for the classical motion of nondissipative mesoscopic mutual inductance coupled circuits, we studied the quantization scheme of the coupled circuits and the quantum fluctuation of the voltage and current in the eigenstate of the coupled circuits. The results show that the quantum fluctuation in each circuit is related not only to itself elements and the eigenstate of the coupled circuits ,but also to another circuit elements and the mutual inductance coefficients of the coupled circuits.

XU Mai-chang

Started from the classical motion equation for a nondissipative mesoscopic LC circnit, the quantum fluctuation of current and voltage of the circuit in a displaced squeezed Fock state is investigated. It is found that the quantum fluctuation depends on the elements' parameters and squeezing parameters, not on displacement parameters.

Quantization and quantum effects of mesoscopic parallel LC circuit with double dissipative branches circuit

Qingyi Yang

A mesoscopic parallel LC circuit model with double dissipative branch circuits is put forward according to the actual situation of the circuit. It is quantized with the theory of the classical circuit and the quantization method of damped harmonic oscillator. Then the quantum fluctuations of the voltage and the current of the circuit in vacuum state and the quantum fluctuations affected by the dissipative resistances are discussed. The results show that the quantum fluctuations of the voltage and the current of both branches are not only related with the parameters of the LC circuit components, but also affected by the dissipative resistances. They decay with the same exponential with time. The coefficients of the quantum fluctuations of the current are the same, while those of the voltage are different. When the two dissipative resistances are equal, the quantum fluctuations of the voltage and the current of both branches take on the same behavior respectively.

Quantum Fluctuations of Mesoscopic Parallel Connection LC Circuit in Thermal Vacuum State

Hongqi Li

Starting from the classical equation of motion, the mesoscopic parallel LC circuit is quantized. On this basic theory, we have studied quantum fluctuations of the voltage and current of each branch in thermal vacuum state. The result shows that the quantum fluctuations of the voltage and current of each branch are related with parameter of the circuit element, and also related with temperature and decayed with time.

A quantization scheme for a R(t)LC mesoscopic circuit has been given,in which we employ the canonical transformation and Feynman's path integral method. The charge and generalized current quantum fluctuation of the circuit are discussed, and the uncertainty relation of charge and generalized current has also been shown.
