Abstract

An experimentally feasible scheme for implementing teleportation of multi-atom cat-like states via partially entangled states is proposed. In the scheme, the probability of teleporting multi-atom cat-like is two times of square of the smaller coefficient of the superposition state serving as quantum channel,i.e.,the biggest probability of implementing teleportation with such class of entangled states. Moreover, our scheme is insensitive to cavity decay, because atoms are interacting with a large detuning vacuum cavity field.

A Feasible Scheme for Teleportation of Multi-atom Cat-like States in Thermal Cavities

Xin-Wen Wang, Liu Xiang

An experimentally feasible scheme for implementing teleportation of multi-atom cat-like states in cavity QED is proposed. In the scheme the atoms interact simultaneously with a highly detuned cavity mode and are driven by a strong classical field, and the atomic state evolution is independent of cavity field state. Thus the scheme is insensitive to both the cavity decay and the thermal field, which is of importance from the experimental point of view. All the orthogonal and complete multi-atom GHZ states can be exactly distinguished only by one step, so our scheme can also be used for other purposes such as dense coding using multi-atom GHZ states as quantum channels.

Implementation of Probabilistic Teleportation in Cavity QED

Xin-Wen Wang

We propose a feasible scheme for implementing probabilistic teleportation of an unknown atomic state. In this scheme, atom 1 is initially in an arbitrary state, atoms 2 and 3 are prepared in a partially entangled pure state. After receiving the result of Bell-state measurement performed by Alice on atoms 1 ant 2, Bob lets atoms 2 and auxiliary atom A simultaneously interact with a single-mode vacuum cavity. Only controlling the interact time, we can reconstruct the initial state of atom 1 on the atom 3, i.e. double of square of mode of smaller coefficient of superposition state serving as quantum channel. Moreover, our scheme is insensitive to cavity decay, because atoms are interacting with a large detuning vacuum cavity field.

PROBABILISTIC TELEPORTATION OF A TWO-ATOM ENTANGLED STATE IN CAVITY QED

Jinming Liu, YI-CAI WANG, Xiao-Qi Xiao

We present two schemes for probabilistically teleporting a two-atom entangled state using a three-atom partially entangled state as the quantum channel in cavity QED with the help of separate atomic measurements. The first scheme is only based on the interaction between two driven atoms and a quantized cavity mode in the large detuning limit, so the effects of both cavity decay and the thermal field are eliminated. In the second scheme, it is necessary to introduce an additional resonant cavity besides the thermal cavity to realize the teleportation, and the corresponding success probability is improved.

Controlled Probabilistic Teleportation of Three-dimension Cat-like State

Shi Jin

Two schemes for controlled probabilistic teleportation of three-particle three-dimension cat-like state are proposed. In the first scheme,a partial five-particle qutrit entangled state is used as the quantum channel, while in the second scheme, two partial two-particle qutrit entangled states and a partial entangled three-particle qutrit state are used as the quantum channel. The classical communication cost required in both schemes is difference. The successful probability of the two schemes is difference either.

Probabilistic Teleportation of Multi-particle d-Level Quantum State

Cao Mi

The general scheme for teleportation of a multi-particle d-level quantum state is presented when m pairs of partially entangled particles are utilized as quantum channels. The probabilistic teleportation can be achieved with a successful probability of multiply from N=0 to d-1 (C_0~N)~2/d~M, which is determined by the smallest coefficients of each entangled channels.

Teleportation of atomic states within cavities in thermal states

Shi‐Biao Zheng, Guang‐Can Guo

A scheme is proposed for the teleportation of atomic states within cavities. The scheme is insensitive to the cavity field states and cavity decay. The teleportation may be achieved in a simple way. We show how the idea can be used to generate multiatom entangled states. In order to entangle n atoms, we require $n\ensuremath{-}1$ cavities and allow the first cavity to exchange energy with the environment. The other $n\ensuremath{-}2$ cavities are always in the vacuum state and thus the cavity decay is suppressed.
