Abstract

The orthogonal qs-coherent state is constructed and its nonclassical properties such as squeezing property, antibunching effect are studied. The effects of q and s variables on these nonclassical properties are calculated numerically.

Nonclassical Properties of the Superposition of the qs-Coherent State

Chen Chang

In this paper, the superposition of the qs coherent states is constructed, and its nonclassical properties such as squeezing property, antibunching effect are studied. The effects of the superposition coefficient and deformed parameter q and s variables on these nonclassical properties are discussed by making use of numerical calculation. The relevant results of the even and odd qs coherent states, as special cases, are contained in more general conclusion of this paper.

Quantum Statistical Properties of Even and Odd qs -Coherent States

Wang Jisuo, Sun Chang-yong

In this paper, we use the numerical method to study the influences of and deformations on the quantum statistical properties of even and odd qs-coherent states. It is shown that nonclassical properties of the even and odd qs-coherent states are very different from those of the usual even and odd coherent states. It is found that squeezing and antibunching effect appear for both even and odd qs-coherent states in some range of the parameters , and . The smaller the and are, the larger the difference between the even and odd qs-coherent states and the usual even and odd coherent states is.

Entangled coherent states and their nonclassical effects

Xia Yun-Jie, Gao De-ying, 曲阜师范大学物理工程学院, 曲阜 273165

By introducing orthogonal basis, the entangled coherent states are converted to discrete ones. We calculate their entanglement by concurrence their nonclassical effects, such as squeezing and antibunching. We find that the entanglement always follows either one of squeezing or antibunching and the entanglement increases with the increase of one of the nonclassical effects.

The numerical method is used to study the antibunching effect of even and odd qs-coherent states. It is shown that their antibunchings decrease when m increases.

Entangled coherent states in symmetry phase spaceand their nonclassical effects

Xiaoyan Zhang, Ji‐Suo Wang

We discuss the entangled coherent states in symmetry phase space by introducing orthogonal basis, calculate their entanglement by means of concurrence, and investigate their squeezing effects of single-mode and two-mode and antibunching effects. The calculations indicate that the entangled coherent state in symmetry phase space is closely related to nonclassical effect.

A q-analogue of the even and odd coherent states

Zeng Gao-jian

Based on the even and odd coherent states, the present paper is to construct the even and odd q-coherent states and study their important optical statistics properties (squeezing and antibunching). We have found that the squeezing may occur with the even q-coherent states but no antibunching effect. However, for the odd q-coherent states there is antibunching but no squeezing for all finite-q values.
