Abstract

The Superposition States, which are composed of the q coherent states and q vacuum states, are presented. We disscused the properties of amplitude kth power squeezing and higher order antibunching of the superposition states. The affects of the superposition coefficient and deformed parameter on these properties are studied with the aid of numerical calculation.

Nonclassical Properties of the Superposition of the qs-Coherent State

Chen Chang

In this paper, the superposition of the qs coherent states is constructed, and its nonclassical properties such as squeezing property, antibunching effect are studied. The effects of the superposition coefficient and deformed parameter q and s variables on these nonclassical properties are discussed by making use of numerical calculation. The relevant results of the even and odd qs coherent states, as special cases, are contained in more general conclusion of this paper.

Higher power squeezing properties of a class of the superposition of the q-deformed generalized coherent states

Shutian Liu

We proposed a class of the superposition state α|β+beiφ|βeiδ based on the q-deformed generalized coherent states. The higher power squeezing properties of these superposition states are studied. The results show that the power of the squeezing can be expressed as k≠2πn/δ,with n an integer and δ the phase difference between the two generalized coherent states. When δ=π,the power of squeezing can only be odd, when δ takes other values, the squeezing power can be even. These results show that the parameter phase difference δ plays an important role in determining the possible squeezing power, the role of a(b) and β can not be neglected.
