Abstract

A novel service model of land quantum mobile communication systems and the scheme of quantum multiplexing relay were proposed. The two quantum entanglement purification method, one is based on the quantum controlled-not gate, the other is based on polarizing beam splitter, were compared then.Theoretical analysis results show that the proposed scheme can transmit quanta states with no EPR pairs shared by source and objective nodes, and the time delay in transmission has nothing to do with the number of wireless hopping and the distance of link.

The optimum quantum states entanglement relay and bridging scheme for quantum mobile communicating systems

Min Nie

According to quantum mechanics, quantum communication has the advantages in information security than the classical communication, and so it has been studied as new hot spot in communication field.Mobile quantum communication is one of the most important parts in the future quantum communication.Quantum entanglement relay is one of the key technologies in mobile quantum communication systems. However, there are so many kinds of interference and noise in wireless channel, that it is very hard to realize the relay of the quantum states. To address and solve the problem, the two quanta relay schemes based on mobile terminals and base stations are presented firstly. The layered structure of wireless quantum communication and the routing protocol of the quantum states transmission in wireless(QMRP) are presented also.Theory analysis results show that the scheme above can transmit quanta states with no EPR pairs shared by source and objective nodes, and the time delay in transmission has nothing to do with the number of wireless hopping. It proves that the model and scheme are optimal.

Quantum wireless communication network model and performance analysis

Xiaohu Liu

A quantum routing scheme is proposed to teleport a quantum state from one quantum device to another wirelessly, even though the two devices do not share EPR pairs mutually. The scheme is based on entanglement swapping and quantum teleportation. The model of quantum wireless communication network and correlative communication protocol is presented. In order to be compatible with the conventional wireless communication network, the network architecture of a twotier database structure is proposed. In terms of qubit transmission time and security, performance analysis results show that the proposed scheme is superior to quantum relay routing scheme. The proposed scheme has high scalability and practicability.

Distributed wireless quantum communication networks

Xutao Yu, Jin S. Y. Xu, Zaichen Zhang

The distributed wireless quantum communication network (DWQCN) has a distributed network topology and transmits information by quantum states. In this paper, we present the concept of the DWQCN and propose a system scheme to transfer quantum states in the DWQCN. The system scheme for transmitting information between any two nodes in the DWQCN includes a routing protocol and a scheme for transferring quantum states. The routing protocol is on-demand and the routing metric is selected based on the number of entangled particle pairs. After setting up a route, quantum teleportation and entanglement swapping are used for transferring quantum states. Entanglement swapping is achieved along with the process of routing set up and the acknowledgment packet transmission. The measurement results of each entanglement swapping are piggybacked with route reply packets or acknowledgment packets. After entanglement swapping, a direct quantum link between source and destination is set up and quantum states are transferred by quantum teleportation. Adopting this scheme, the measurement results of entanglement swapping do not need to be transmitted specially, which decreases the wireless transmission cost and transmission delay.

Quantum relay cooperative communication via space-time transmission

Jinjing Shi, Ronghua Shi, Xiaoqi Peng +2 more

Two novel quantum relay cooperative communication schemes $1S2R1D$ and $2S2R2D$ are proposed by applying the wireless communication technique in the quantum system. The orthogonal quantum signals in consecutive quantum sequences are prepared to avoid mutual interference and they are firstly transmitted to the quantum relay node and then to the destination node with space-time transmission. Moreover, quantum operations and transformations are implemented on the relay node and the destination node to maximize the correct information transmission. The fidelity between original and final received signals, the security, the quantum bit error rate and the lower bound on the capacity of quantum relay channels are analyzed. Especially it provides a valuable application prospect in long distance reliable quantum communications.

Quantum state propagation in quantum wireless multi-hop network based on EPR pairs

Kan Wang, Xutao Yu, Shengli Lu

Quantum wireless multi-hop network (QWMN) is one emerging area which is relative to quantum communication and information. Long distance delivery of quantum information in network is an important problem in future. This results in our study on quantum state propagation in QWMN by using EPR pairs. In this paper, we present and prove method to transfer quantum state in QWMN. With this method, quantum state can be teleported from source to destination and intermediate nodes can complete teleportation in parallelism and independently in QWMN. The time complexity of this method is independent of number of hops. In addition, we verify that EPR-pair bridging is still applicable for transmitting quantum state in n-hop routing and extend the logical relation of result to n-hop case. Based on these studies, we can propagate quantum states instantaneously in QWMN and destination node can recover the state only with the measurement outcomes of intermediate nodes.
