Abstract

We study the entanglement dynamics of the system composed of two two-level atoms resonantly interacting with two coupled cavities. The evolutions of atom-atom entanglement, cavity-cavity entanglement and atom-cavity entanglement are investigated. The influence of coupling constant between cavities on entanglement property is discussed. The numerical results show that atom-atom entanglement property is strengthened while atom-cavity entanglement property and cavity-cavity entanglement property are weakened with the increasing of the coupling constant between cavities.

Entanglement properties in the system of atoms interacting with three coupled cavities

LU Dao-ming

The entanglement dynamics of the system composed of three two-level atoms resonantly interacting with three coupled cavities is investigated in this paper. The influence of coupling constant between cavities on the entanglement between atoms and that between cavities are discussed. The results obtained using the numerical method show that the entanglement between atoms has a nonlinear relation with increase of the cavity-cavity coupling coefficient. On the other hand, the entanglement between cavity A and cavity B and the entanglement between cavity B and cavity C weaken with the increase of the coupling constant between cavities, but the entanglement between cavity A and cavity C strengthens with the increase of cavity-cavity coupling coefficient.

The two-excitation system comprising two two-level atoms resonantly interacting with two coupled cavities is analyzed. The evolution of the state vector of the system is given when the total excitation number equals two.By means of the numerical calculations, the temporal evolution in the entanglement is investigated between the atoms, between the cavities,as well as between the atom and the local cavity mode. The influences of coupling constant between cavities on the entanglements are discussed. The results obtained show that atom and atom are separable, and the cavity-cavity entanglement and the atom-cavity entanglement are weakened with increasing of the coupling constant between cavities.

We study the entanglement dynamics of the system composed of a Λ-type atom and a V-type atom resonantly interacting with two coupled cavities. The evolution of the state vector of the system is given. We investigate the evolutions of atom-atom entanglement, cavity-cavity entanglement, and atom-cavity entanglement by Negativity. The influences of cavity-cavity coupling coefficient on the entanglements are discussed. Entanglement properties in the system of atoms interacting with three coupled cavities which are in weak coherent states

LU Dao-ming

We study the entanglement dynamics of the system comprising three two-level atoms resonantly interacting with three coupled cavities which are in weak coherent states initially. The atom-atom entanglement and cavity-cavity entanglement are investigated. The influences of coupling constant between cavities and intensity of the cavity field on entanglement properties are discussed. The results obtained using the numerical method show that atom-atom entanglement and cavity-cavity entanglement are both strengthened with the increase of intensity of the cavity field; on the other hand, atom-atom entanglement is weakened and the entanglement between cavity A and cavity B is strengthened with the increase of the coupling constant between cavities, and the entanglement between cavity B and cavity C has a nonlinear relation with the increase of the cavity-cavity coupling coefficient. These results are different from those in the case that cavity field is in vacuum state initially.

Tripartite entanglement properties of coupled three atoms in cavity quantum electrodynamics

LU Dao-ming

In this paper we consider the case that three identical two-level atoms are trapped in a single-mode cavity which is in a weak coherent state initially, and there is an interaction between two atoms. The tripartite entanglement dynamics among atoms is studied. The influences of atom-atom coupling constant and intensity of the cavity field on the tripartite entanglement among atoms are discussed. The results obtained using the numerical method show that the tripartite entanglement among atoms is strengthened with the increase of intensity of the cavity field; on the other hand, it is weakened with the increase of the coupling constant between atoms.
