Abstract

\n Recently Liu et al. (EPL, 87 (2009) 30006) have proposed two new schemes for probabilistically preparing arbitrary two- and three-qubit states with complex coefficients based on two- and three-qubit projective measurement, respectively. In this letter, we present a possible improvement of the successful probability for their schemes. For this purpose, we put forward two novel schemes for remote preparation of arbitrary two- and three-qubit states with complex coefficients via two and three GHZ states as the quantum channel, respectively. To complete the schemes, two novel unitary operations have been introduced. Compared with the previous schemes, the advantage of our schemes is that the total successful probability can reach 100%.\n

Probabilistic Remote State Preparation of an Arbitrary Two-Qubit State via Two Three-Qubit Partially Entangled States

毅琼 徐

本文提出了一种基于两个三粒子部分纠缠GHZ态的任意两粒子远程态制备方案。此制备协议并不需要引入辅助粒子,总体成功概率等于纠缠通道两个最小幅值模平方之积。结合具体幺正矩阵与测量基形式,本文给出了制备协议实现步骤。当纠缠通道取为两个最大纠缠GHZ态时,总体成功概率则等于1/4。 In this paper, we presented a novel scheme for probabilistic remote preparation of arbitrary two-qubit state via two three-qubit GHZ states. Any auxiliary particles need not to be introduced in our proposal. The total successful probability is equal to the square of the norm of the minimum amplitude coefficients of the partially entangled channel. The concrete processe of this scheme is presented via some appropriate local unitary operations and measurement basis. When quantum channel is composed of two three-qubit maximally entangled states, the successful probability is equal to 1/4.

Schemes for deterministic joint remote preparation of an arbitrary tripartite four-qubit entangled state

Peng-Cheng Ma, Gui-Bin Chen, Xiaowei Li +1 more

Abstract We present two schemes for the joint remote state preparation (JRSP) of an arbitrary tripartite four-qubit entangled state with complex coefficients via four and two three-qubit GHZ states as the quantum channel, respectively. In these schemes, the two senders share the original state which they wish to help the receiver remotely prepare. To complete the JRSP schemes, some novel sets of mutually orthogonal basis vectors are introduced. It is shown that, only if the two senders collaborate with each other, and perform projective measurements under a suitable measuring basis on their own qubits respectively, can the receiver reconstruct the original state by means of some appropriate unitary operations. We demonstrate, in our both schemes, the total success probability of the JRSP can reach 1. Moreover, compared with the first scheme in this paper, the advantage of the second scheme is that the entanglement resource can be reduced.

The Scheme for Remote Preparation of a Four-Particle Entangled Cluster-Type State

Zeng Sha

Two schemes of remote preparation of a real or complex coefficients four-particle cluster-type state using two three-particle GHZ state as the quantum channel are proposed. For the entangled four-particle cluster-type state with real coefficients,a deterministic remote preparation scheme is put forward. In this scheme, two three-particle GHZ state are used as the quantum channel. Then a two-particle projective measurement should be performed by Alice, after Alice tell her measurement result to Bob,Bob can prepare the target state by performing an appropriate unitary operation with probability 1. For the more general four-particle cluster-type state with complex coefficients, another scheme is proposed, witch can successfully prepare the target state with probability 25%. And the probability of success can reach up to 50% or even 1 in some special cases. The classical communication costs in different case are discussed too.

Deterministic remote preparation of arbitrary two qubit state via GHZ-like

Bayu Dwi Hatmoko, Agus Purwanto

we proposed a novelty and scheme for quantum teleportation of deterministic of arbitrary two qubit state via GHZ-like as quantum channel. Compared with previous scheme, the advantage of our scheme is that Alice's unitary operation simpler and the total probability of successful and fidelity reaches to 1.

Remote preparation of arbitrary two- and three-qubit states

Jin‐Ming Liu, Xun‐Li Feng, C. H. Oh

We present a scheme for remotely preparing an arbitrary two-qubit pure state by using two bipartite partially entangled states as the quantum channel, the scheme is then generalized to the arbitrary three-qubit case. For the two cases of remote state preparation, we construct two different efficient projective measurement bases at sender's side and calculate the corresponding success probabilities. It is shown that remote preparation of the two-qubit or three-qubit state can be probabilistically achieved with unity fidelity. Moreover, for some special ensembles of the initial states, we find that the success probability of preparation can be increased to four times for two-qubit states and eight times for three-qubit states, and is equal to one in the case of the maximal entanglement resources.

Efficient scheme for remote preparation of an arbitrary tripartite four-particle entangled state

Pengcheng Ma, Gui-Bin Chen, Xiaowei Li +1 more

We propose a novel scheme to realize remote preparation of an arbitrary tripartite four-particle entangled state via two three-particle GHZ states as the quantum channel. In this scheme, the sender should employ several novel two-particle projective measurements on her particles. According to the sender’s measurement outcome, the receiver will carry out local unitary operations and suitable C-NOT gates on his particles to recover the desired state. It is shown that, in our scheme, the total successful probability of the RSP can reach 1.
