Abstract

We proposed a scheme for the generation of multi–atom W states with two-photon Jaynes-Cummings Model in ultrahigh-Q toroidal microcavities. We consider that the two modes, clockwise (CW) and counterclockwise (CCW) modes inside the microtoroidal resonator, can be produced by embedding Bragg grating in the microtoroidal.

Scalable Generation of Three-Atom W States via Atom-Microtoroidal Cavity Coupling System

We propose a scheme for the generation of three atom W states via the microtoroidal cavity-atom coupling system. This scheme can also be generalized to multi-atom W states. In this paper, three-atom resonant interact simultaneously with two counterpropagating cavity modes which can be produced by embedding Bragg grating in the microtoroidal. A single resonant interaction is required, thus this scheme is simple. Moreover, the required time to complete the whole process almost unchanges with increasing the number of atoms

Preparation of Three-atom Entangled W StateVia Two-photon Jaynes-Cummings Model

Kehui Song

A scheme is presented to produce an entangled three-atom W state by means of two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model. It is shown that such a state can easily be obtained by controlling the interaction time of atom-cavity-field. It is pointed out that this model is more advantageous in generating tripartite particle entangled W state than in GHZ state. In addition, an analysis of the experimental feasibility is presented within the realm of cavity QED.

Generation of Three-Atom W State via Nonresonant Jaynes-Cummings Model

Deng-Yu Zhang, Xin-Wen Wang, Shi-Qing Tang +1 more

A simple scheme is presented for generating three-atom W state via nonresonant Jaynes-Cummings model. In the proposed protocol, it is injected two two-level atom initially prepared in the excited state and ground state through the cavity prepared in the vacuum state. The third two-level atom is prepared in the ground state and three two-level atom are injected into the second cavity prepared in the vacuum state. The experiment of the proposed scheme is feasible.
