Abstract

The effect of Dzialoshinski–Moriya (DM) interaction on thermal entanglement of an XY two-qutrit spin chain is investigated. We find that DM interaction and the anisotropy parameter can enhance quantum thermal entanglement to a maximal value individually. However, when both of them take large values, the entanglement is not enhanced, but is destroyed. Our analysis will shed some light on the understanding of the effect of the DM interaction on thermal entanglement of an XY two-qutrit spin chain.

THERMAL ENTANGLEMENT OF A TWO-QUTRIT XXZ SPIN CHAIN WITH DZIALOSHISKI-MORIYA INTERACTION

XIAO SAN MA

The effect of Dzialoshiski-Moriya (DM) interaction and anisotropy on the thermal entanglement of a two-qutrit XXZ spin chain is investigated. Our analysis implies that the DM interaction and weak anisotropy can enhance the thermal entanglement to a maximum value while the strong anisotropy plays a positive role in shrinking thermal entanglement. Furthermore, we find that the entanglement evolution in terms of anisotropy is sensitive to weak anisotropy.

Qian Li, Fang Jian-Xing

The effect of Dzialoshinski–Moriya (DM) interaction on thermal entanglement of a two-qubit XXZ spin chain in a homogenous magnetic field is investigated. It is found that the DM interaction can enhance thermal entanglement. When D is large enough, the entanglement can exist for larger temperatures and strong magnetic field.

The effect of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction on entanglement in one-dimensional XY spin model

Liu Sheng-Xin, Li Sha-Sha, Xiang-Mu Kong

The effects of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction on the thermal entanglement of mixed-spin XY chain (1/2,3/2) and spin 1 XY chain are investigated through negativity. By calculating the entanglement between two particles, it was found that the DM interaction can not only increase the entanglement, but also make the entanglement of the particles reach a stationary value. The higher the temperature, the greater the DM interaction is required to make the thermal entanglement arrive at this stationary value. Under the same condition, the entanglement between two spin 1 particles is less than that between mixed-spin. The exchange-coupling interactions between the spins are helpful to strengthen the thermal entanglement, hence the exchange-coupling can be used to modulate the entanglement along with the DM interaction. When the exchange-coupling interaction is small, one can enlarge the DM interaction to increase the entanglement, whereas, when the DM interaction is small, one can increase the thermal entanglement through increasing the exchange-coupling interaction.

Thermal Entanglement in Two-Qutrit Heisenberg XX Chain with Different Dzyaloshinskii—Moriya Interaction and Nonuniform Magnetic Field

Meng Qin, Yanbiao Li, Zhong Bai +2 more

The effects of the different Dzyaloshinskii—Moriya (DM) interaction on thermal entanglement of a two-qutrit Heisenberg XX spin chain in a nonuniform magnetic field are investigated. Our results imply that the x-component DM interaction plays a central role in enhancing quantum entanglement and it has a higher critical temperature than the z-component DM interaction. The entanglement can be tunable controlled by changing the multiple of the magnetic fields B 1 and B 2 . Also we found that different DM interaction are competitive to each other in some conditions.

Anisotropy and Dzyaloshinski-Moriya Interaction Effects on Thermal Entanglement of a (1/2,1) Mixed-Spin Heisenberg XXZ Model

Shou Zhang

Thermal entanglement of a(1/2,1) mixed-spin Heisenberg XXZ model in the presence of Dzyaloshinski-Moriya(DM) interaction and anisotropy Δ is investigated. It is shown that the thermal entanglement and the critical temperature can be efficiently controlled by adjusting the DM interaction parameter and anisotropy coefficient Δ.Thus,by changing the values of DM interaction and anisotropy coefficient Δ,we can get a more efficient control parameter to increase the entanglement and expand the steady value region to slow down the decreace of the entanglement.

Thermal Entanglement in a Two-Qutrit Spin-1 Anisotropic Heisenberg Model

Erhan Albayrak

The negativity ( N ) as a measure of thermal entanglement (TE) is studied for a two-qutrit spin-1 anisotropic Heisenberg XXZ chain with Dzyaloshinskii—Moriya (DM) interaction in an inhomogeneous magnetic field in detail. The effects of the DM interaction parameter D z on the thermal variation of the N for given values of the external magnetic field B , a parameter b which controls the inhomogeneity of B and the bilinear interaction parameters J x = J y ≠ J z are obtained. It is found that N persists to higher values and to higher temperatures for the higher values of ± D z and for the higher positive values of J z , i.e. in the antiferromagnetic (AFM) case. When J z < 0, the ferromagnetic (FM) case, and D z is small, and if J z is strong enough to compete with D z , N decreases. In addition, N declines with the increasing values of B and b .
