Abstract

We propose a remote state preparation (RSP) scheme of three-particle Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) class states, where quantum channels are composed of two maximally entangled states. With the aid of forward classical bits, the preparation of the original state can be successfully realized with the probability 1/2, the necessary classical communication cost is 0.5 bit on average. If the state to be prepared belongs to some special states, the success probability of preparation can achieve 1 after consuming one extra bit on average. We then generalize this scheme to the case that the quantum channels consist of two non-maximally entangled states.

Remote preparation of a class of three-qubit entangled states

Dong Wang

A remote state preparation(RSP) scheme of a three-qubit Greenberger Horne Zeilinger(GHZ) class state was proposed by using three two-qubit maximally entangled states as the quantum channel. The success probability of preparation and classical communication cost were calculated.Generally speaking, according to Alice's classical message, with probability 1/4 Bob could successfully prepare the GHZ state. However, for three kinds of special states, the success probability of preparation could be increased to 1.0 after consuming some extra bits. Then the scheme was deterministic.

Remote Preparation of Three-Particle GHZ-Class States

Guixia Pan

A scheme is presented for remote state preparation of three-particle GHZ-class states by using a Bell state and an asymmetric W state as the quantum channel. In the scheme, the success probability of preparation and classical communication cost are calculated. In general, Bob can successfully prepare the initial state with the probability 1/4 and consume 1/4 classical bits. However, in special situations the success probability of preparation can reach 1/2 or even 1 after consuming a little additional classical bits.

SCHEME FOR REMOTELY PREPARING THREE-PARTICLE GHZ-CLASS STATES

Guixia Pan, Yimin Liu, Wen Zhang +1 more

A scheme is proposed for remotely preparing a class of three-particle GHZ states by using a Bell state and a three-qubit GHZ state as the quantum channel. In the scheme, a two-qubit collective state measurement is performed and the necessary classical communication cost is 0.25 cbit on average. In general, the target state can be successfully prepared with the probability 1/4. However, if the state belongs to some special classes, the preparation success probability can reach 0.5 or even 1 after consuming a little additional classical resource. Comparing with the recent scheme [Opt. Commun.281, 871 (2008)], the present scheme has some advantages, e.g., the simpler quantum joint measurement and the less classical resource consumption.

Two schemes for probabilistic remote preparation of N-particle Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger(GHZ) class state are presented by using a partially entangled(N +1)-particle GHZ state as quantum channel. The remote preparation for an arbitrary state with complex parameters α and β is taken into account. Moreover, the total success probability and classical communication cost are calculated.

Scheme for probabilistic remotely preparing a multi-particle entangled GHZ state

Pengcheng Ma, You-Bang Zhan

This paper presents a scheme for probabilistic remote preparation of a three-particle entangled Greenberger- Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) state via three-particle orthonormal basis projective measurement, and then directly generalize the scheme to multi-particle case. It is shown that by using N pairs of bipartite non-maximally entangled states as the quantum channel and N -particle orthonormal basis projective measurement, the multi-particle remote preparation can be successfully realized with a certain probability.
