Abstract

This paper presents a scheme for probabilistic remote preparation of a three-particle entangled Greenberger- Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) state via three-particle orthonormal basis projective measurement, and then directly generalize the scheme to multi-particle case. It is shown that by using N pairs of bipartite non-maximally entangled states as the quantum channel and N -particle orthonormal basis projective measurement, the multi-particle remote preparation can be successfully realized with a certain probability.

Remote Preparation of Three-Particle GHZ Class States

Yimin Liu, Zhang-Yin Wang, Liu Jun +1 more

We propose a remote state preparation (RSP) scheme of three-particle Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) class states, where quantum channels are composed of two maximally entangled states. With the aid of forward classical bits, the preparation of the original state can be successfully realized with the probability 1/2, the necessary classical communication cost is 0.5 bit on average. If the state to be prepared belongs to some special states, the success probability of preparation can achieve 1 after consuming one extra bit on average. We then generalize this scheme to the case that the quantum channels consist of two non-maximally entangled states.

Probabilistic Remote Preparation of Multipartite GHZ Class State

Shou Zhang

Two schemes for probabilistic remote preparation of N-particle Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger(GHZ) class state are presented by using a partially entangled(N +1)-particle GHZ state as quantum channel. The remote preparation for an arbitrary state with complex parameters α and β is taken into account. Moreover, the total success probability and classical communication cost are calculated.

Deterministic joint remote preparation of arbitrary four-particle genuine entangled state

Jian Li, Jin-Rui Nie, Zhao Peijun +2 more

A novel deterministic joint remote preparation scheme of arbitrary four-particle genuine entangled state from one sender to either of two receivers is proposed. Two three-particle Green-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) states and one four-particle GHZ state are used as the quantum channel. The presented scheme is realized through orthogonal projective measurement of the Hadamard transferred basis and recovery operation U|ijk〉. Some useful and general measurement bases have been constructed. The classical communication cost of the presented scheme is also calculated. Our analysis confirms the feasibility and validity of the proposed method, and shows that it has a 100% probability of success in preparation of the target quantum state.

Probabilistic Remote Preparation of a Three-Particle Entangled State via Two Different Non-maximally Entangled Channels

You-Bang Zhan, Wang Yu-wu

We present two schemes for preparing remotely a three-particle entangled state by two different quantum channels. In the first scheme, two partial three-particle entangled states are used as the quantum channels, while in the second scheme, three two-particle non-maximally entangled states are employed as the quantum channels. It is shown that the remote state preparation can be successfully realized with certain probability, for both two schemes, if a sender performs some projective measurements and a receiver adopts some appropriate unitary transformations. It is shown also that the successful probabilities of these two schemes are different.

Generalized remote preparation of thed-levelN-particle GHZ state

Yan Xia, Jie Song, He‐Shan Song

With one pair of entangled particles as the quantum channel, we present an explicit generalized protocol for preparing remotely a two-level N-particle Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) state and generalize it to the d-level case. We show that by properly choosing the measurement basis it is possible to achieve unity fidelity remote preparation of the state. This protocol has the advantage of transmitting much fewer particles for remote preparation of the d-level N-particle GHZ state.

Two Schemes for Probabilistic Remote Preparation of a Four-Particle Entangled Cluster-Type State

Kui Hou, Hongyan Wang, Yi-Bao Li

Using partial entangled states as the quantum channel, two schemes for probabilistic remote preparation of the four-particle cluster-type state with real and complex coefficients are presented. In the first scheme, the sender and the receiver share two partial Bell states and one partial three-qubit GHZ stats as the quantum channel, and the sender can help a remote receiver to prepare a four-particle entangled cluster-type state by using three-qubit projective measurements with certain probability. In the second scheme, the quantum channel is composed of two partial three-qubit GHZ states, the remote state preparation (RSP) can be successfully realized via the positive operator valued measure (POVM), and the two-particle projective measurements are also needed in this process. The total success probability and classical communication cost are calculated.
