Abstract

We proposes a verifiable quantum secret sharing protocol based on entanglement swapping in this paper. It provides one-to-one communication to dealer who want to connect with the other participants. The dealer chooses the detection or information mode by uniform distribution until he can make sure the information to the participant is safe, and then communicates with the next participant. It can prevent not only the external eavesdropping but also the internal cheating and ensure the validity of information shared to participant by this protocol.

A Quantum Entanglement Swapping Secret Sharing Agreement Model

Shuyue Wu

A verifiable quantum secret sharing protocol model is proposed based on entanglement swapping. The dealer communicates with the participants one by one. The detection pattern or information pattern are choosed by uniform distribution, until he can make sure the information safe to the participant, and then he communicates with the next participant. This agreement not only is to avoid eavesdropping outside, and it can prevent internal fraud, thus the accuracy and security are ensured for information sharing, the verifiable results are achieved.

Security of Verifiable Threshold Quantum Secret Sharing With Sequential Communication

Xiao‐Qiu Cai, Tian‐Yin Wang, Ruiling Zhang +1 more

A verifiable (t, n) threshold quantum secret sharing scheme with sequential communication was proposed recently. In this work, we analyze its security and then give two new participant attacks. Using the first participant attack, the first participant can obtain the dealer's secrets by himself with nonzero probability without being detected. Using the second participant attack, a dishonest participant can gain access to the dealer's secrets by himself in the secret reconstruction phase while he can make the other participants recover false secrets instead of the real ones without being detected. Furthermore, we present an effective way to prevent these attacks.

New quantum secret sharing protocol based on entanglement swapping

Dan Liu

The insecurity of the protocols for quantum secret sharing(QSS) based on entanglement swapping was analyzed, and a new method of QSS based on entanglement swapping was proposed. The entanglement states were all generated by the sender, and the order of two photons sent to the same agent was randomly changed. After the photons arrived at the receiver, for the detection mode, the order of the two photons was announced,so that the two parties detected the security of the quantum channel;for the information mode, the two receivers respectively did Bell measurement on the two photons they owned, and then communicated through classical channel to share the secret key with the sender.Analysis results show that this protocol not only ensures the validity and security of the shared information, but also only uses the entanglement states of two photons without unitary operation.

Improving the security of multiparty quantum secret sharing based on entanglement swapping against participant attack

Song Lin, Fei Gao, Fen-Zhuo Guo +2 more

In a recent paper [Z. J. Zhang and Z. X. Man, Phys. Rev. A 72, 022303(2005)], a multiparty quantum secret sharing protocol based on entanglement swapping was presented. However, as we show, this protocol is insecure in the sense that an unauthorized agent group can recover the secret from the dealer. Hence, we propose an improved version of this protocol which can stand against this kind of attack.

A (4, 4) threshold protocol of semi-quantum secret sharing using entangled state

Jing Li, Jiaming Liu, Xianmin Wang

Abstract Quantum secret sharing (QSS) can address the increasing threat of computing power. While semi-QSS protocols alleviate participants’ reliance on quantum devices, ensuring security and lowering the participation difficulty. In this paper, we propose a semi-QSS protocol based on four quantum entangled states within a four-dimensional quantum system. It generates a four-dimensional four-quantum entangled state through a dealer, requiring full quantum capability for the dealer and only partial quantum capability for the participants. Participants perform random operations on the received qubits, and eavesdropping detection is based on these random operations. Then the dealer can choose the correct measurement basis based on the receiver’s specific operations. The security and quantum efficiency of protocol depend on the ratio of information to decoy particles inserted by the dealer. Furthermore, the security analysis shows that the protocol is resistant to common quantum attacks.
