Abstract

A realizable scheme is proposed for implementing quantum information splitting with five-atom entangled state in cavity QED, where we explicitly illustrate the procedure and analyze the security against the eavesdropping. The scheme does not involve Bell-state measurement and is insensitive to the cavity and the thermal field.

Implementing quantum information splitting using a five-partite cluster state in cavity QED

Liu Ye, Qing-Min Song, Ai-Xia Li

We propose an explicit scheme for splitting up quantum information into parts using five-atom cluster states in cavity quantum electrodynamics (QED). It is found that the quantum information splitting of an arbitrary two-atomic state can be realized by using the five-atom cluster state. During the process, the cavity fields are excited only virtually. The scheme is insensitive to cavity decay. Therefore, the scheme can be experimentally realized using a range of current cavity QED techniques. The schemes considered here are also secure against certain eavesdropping attacks.

SECRET SHARING OF N-ATOM ENTANGLED STATE IN CAVITY QED

Zhong‐Xiao Man, Yun‐Jie Xia, Zhanjun Zhang

We propose a scheme to secret sharing of an unknown N-atom entangled state in driven cavity QED. The scheme needs only atomic Bell states as the quantum channels and joint Bell-state measurement is unnecessary. In addition, the scheme is insensitive to the cavity decay and the thermal field.

Scheme for Quantum Entanglement Swapping on Cavity QED System

Changyong Chen, Yan Yu

We propose a scheme for realizing quantum entanglement swapping between the atoms in cavity QED. With only virtual excitation of the cavity during the interaction between the atoms and cavity, the scheme is insensitive to the cavity mode states and the cavity decay. The ideas can also be utilized for realizing entanglement swapping between the atomic levels in a single atom and the atomic levels in the Bell states and between the atomic levels in the Bell states and the atomic levels in the W states.
