Abstract

A theoretical quantum communication scheme based on entanglement swapping and superdense coding is proposed with a 3-dimensional Bell state and 2-dimensional Bell state function as quantum channel. quantum key distribution and quantum secure direct communication can be simultaneously accomplished in the scheme. The scheme is secure and has high source capacity. At last, we generalize the quantum communication scheme to d-dimensional quantum channel.

A New Quantum Communication Scheme by Using Bell States

Hai-Jing Cao, Jing Chen, He‐Shan Song

A new quantum communication scheme based on entanglement swapping is presented. Simplified calculation symbols are adopted to realize the process. Quantum key distribution and quantum secure direct communication can be simultaneously accomplished in the scheme. Two legitimate communicators can secretly share four certain key bits and four random key bits via three EPR pairs (quantum channels).

Quantum Secure Direct Intercommunication with Superdense Coding and Entanglement Swapping

Dazu Huang, Ying Guo, Zeng Gui-Hua

A quantum secure direct intercommunication scheme is proposed to exchange directly the communicators' secret messages by making use of swapping entanglement of Bell states. It has great capacity to distribute the secret messages since these messages have been imposed on high-dimensional Bell states via the local unitary operations with superdense coding. The security is ensured by the secure transmission of the travel sequences and the application of entanglement swapping.

Quantum Direct Communication with Non-symmetric Quantum Channel Superdense Coding

Qiu-Bo Fan, Zheng Zhen-jin

A scheme of quantum direct communication using non-symmetric quantum channel superdense coding is proposed. In this scheme, the server prepares the initial states in two nonorthogonal basis sets which forbids any one to copy them perfectly, so the scheme is more secure. This scheme also has a higher capacity than other schemes, for using the ideas in non-symmetric quantum channel superdense coding.

Quantum Dialogue by Using Non-Symmetric Quantum Channel

You-Bang Zhan, Ling-Ling Zhang, Wang Yu-wu +1 more

A protocol for quantum dialogue is proposed to exchange directly the communicator's secret messages by using a three-dimensional Bell state and a two-dimensional Bell state as quantum channel with quantum superdence coding, local collective unitary operations, and entanglement swapping. In this protocol, during the process of transmission of particles, the transmitted particles do not carry any secret messages and are transmitted only one time. The protocol has higher source capacity than protocols using symmetric two-dimensional states. The security is ensured by the unitary operations randomly performed on all checking groups before the particle sequence is transmitted and the application of entanglement swapping.
