The No-Signaling Theorem under a Minimalist Event-Based Theory of Information

Sagar Kapadia

The no-signaling theorem asserts that quantum entanglement cannot be used to transmitcontrollable information between spacelike-separated parties, preserving relativistic causality Peres [1995]. This paper introduces the Minimalist Event-Based Theory of Information(MEBTI), which defines information as the reliable detection of a binary event deliberately triggered or not triggered at will by an agent. Under MEBTI, we re-evaluate theno-signaling theorem’s universality, arguing that its reliance on classical definitions of information (e.g., Shannon’s ensemble statistics or von Neumann’s state uncertainty Nielsenand Chuang [2000]) renders it ontologically limited. MEBTI bypasses these constraints byfocusing on single, agent-triggered events, challenging the theorem’s applicability to all conceivable definitions of information. While the theorem remains a valid physical constraintwithin standard quantum mechanics, we propose new experiments designed under MEBTIto empirically test whether instantaneous information transmission via entanglement is possible, potentially reshaping our understanding of quantum non-locality

The Noumenic Shift: Information Engineering and Topological Invariance. From Quantum Entanglement Theory to the Universal Rendering Disruptor/"The stability of the universe is, ultimately, the absence of informational friction."

Jaime Quilez Zamora

We present a unified foundational framework establishing that the global thermodynamic and structural stability of the universe is fundamentally determined by the minimization and ultimate absence of informational friction (\Phi_{\text{UFI}} = 0). This paradigm shift, termed the Noumenic Shift, bridges the gap between abstract quantum information theory and practical physical architectures by treating the quantum vacuum as a topological invariant medium subject to strict information-theoretic constraints. Beginning with a rigorous re-evaluation of quantum entanglement theory and non-local correlations, we demonstrate that physical laws emerge as error-correcting codes designed to maintain structural coherence under spatial transformations. We formally derive the topological conditions under which informational dissipation vanishes, identifying the Quantum Topological Mantle as the ultimate physical crucible where noumenic information transducts into phenomenological reality. Crucially, this theoretical architecture is mapped onto concrete hardware engineering specifications. We detail the physical realization of these principles through a solid-state diamond matrix operating under zero-friction conditions (P''=0), demonstrating how geometric constraints in the crystal lattice suppress decoherence. Finally, we introduce the concept of the Universal Rendering Disruptor—a technological and theoretical mechanism capable of manipulating the local informational topology of the continuum. This work provides the mathematical, ontological, and engineering foundations for the next generation of quantum informational hardware, proving that physical existence is an optimization of computational coherence.

Moses Walkway: A Pre-Geometric Framework for State-Based Transitions Beyond Spacetime Constraints

Medani, Mohamed

Contemporary physics encounters fundamental limitations when describing physical change under spacetime constraints, particularly the invariance of light speed and the requirement of infinite energy for massive bodies approaching this limit. This work proposes an alternative conceptual framework, termed Moses Walkway, which reformulates physical change not as motion through spacetime, but as a direct transition between physical states within an underlying informational structure.Rather than attempting to exceed relativistic bounds, the framework introduces the notion of state-to-state updates governed by informational cost, allowing non-local transitions without invoking superluminal propagation or violations of energy conservation. In this view, spacetime is treated as an emergent descriptive layer rather than a fundamental substrate.A formal representation based on networked state transitions is outlined, and conceptual connections with quantum non-locality, tunneling phenomena, and information-theoretic approaches to physics are discussed. The Moses Walkway is presented not as a complete physical theory, but as a foundational and pre-geometric model intended to re-express long-standing physical constraints and to open new directions for theoretical investigation and computational simulation.
