Abstract

We provide two schemes for tripartite Controlled Teleportation (CT) of an arbitrary two-qubit state by using five- and six-qubit cluster states as the quantum channel. It is found that the five-partite cluster state can be used for CT of an arbitrary two-qubit state with three agents and the six-partite cluster state can be used for symmetric CT scheme. In comparison with the similar scheme using the same quantum channels by Muralidharan and Panigrahi [Phys. Rev. A 78 (2008) 062333] and by Menona et al. [arXiv:/0906.3874v1], not multipartite entanglement measurements, which makes our schemes simpler than the existing schemes.

Economic and Simple Controlled Teleportation of an Arbitrary Twoqubit State Using Fivequbit Cluster State

李渊华 Li Yuan-hua, 刘俊昌 Liu Jun-chang, 聂义友 Nie Yi-you

A new application of the five-qubit cluster state is investigated for economic and simple controlled teleportation of an arbitrary two-qubit state. In this scheme,a five-qubit cluster state is shared by a sender(Alice),a controller(Charlie)and a receiver(Bob),and the sender only needs to perform Bell-state measurements and the controller performs a single-qubit projective measurement. The receiver can reconstruct the arbitrary two-qubit state by performing some appropriate unitary transformations on his qubits after he knows the measured results of both the sender and the controller. This controlled teleportation scheme is deterministic, and the probability of successful controlled teleportation is 100%.In comparison with the controlled teleportation scheme using the same quantum channel, the proposed scheme do not need to make multi-particle joint measurement that makes this scheme simpler.

A new scheme for controlled teleportation of an arbitrary single-qubit state is proposed in detail, using a six-qubit cluster state as quantum channel. For an arbitrary single-qubit state, the sender performs a joint von Neumann measurement on the five qubits of his own,and the controller performs a single-qubit projective measurement, then the receiver can reconstruct the arbitrary single-qubit state by performing some appropriately unitary transformations on his qubit after he knows the measurement results of both the sender and the controller. The probability of the success of the program is 100%.

Several teleportation schemes of an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state via different quantum channels

Peng Jia-yin, Zhiwen Mo

We first provide four new schemes for two-party quantum teleportation of an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state by using three-, four-, and five-particle states as the quantum channel, respectively. The successful probability and fidelity of the four schemes reach 1. In the first two schemes, the receiver can only apply one of the unitary transformations to reconstruct the original state, making it easier for these two schemes to be directly realized. In the third and fourth schemes, the sender can preform Bell-state measurements instead of multipartite entanglement measurements of the existing similar schemes, which makes real experiments more suitable. It is found that the last three schemes may become tripartite controlled teleportation schemes of teleporting an arbitrary multi-particle state after a simple modification. Finally, we present a new scheme for three-party sharing an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state. In this scheme, the sender first shares three three-particle GHZ states with two agents. After setting up the secure quantum channel, an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state can be perfectly teleported if the sender performs three Bell-state measurements, and either of two receivers operates an appropriate unitary transformation to obtain the original state with the help of other receiver's three single-particle measurements. The successful probability and fidelity of this scheme also reach 1. It is demonstrated that this scheme can be generalized easily to the case of sharing an arbitrary unknown multi-particle state among several agents.

Experimental realization of controlled quantum teleportation of arbitrary qubit states via cluster states

Controlled quantum teleportation involves a third party as a controller for the teleportation of state. Here, we present the novel protocols for controlling teleportation of the arbitrary two-qubit and three-qubit states through five-qubit and seven-qubit cluster states respectively. In these schemes, Alice sends the arbitrary qubit states to the remote receiver Bob through the cluster states as quantum channels under the control of Charlie. Bob can recover the mentioned states by making appropriate unitary operations, and we point out that the efficiency in our schemes is 100%. In the process of our analysis, we find the classical communication cost in our protocols is remarkably reduced when compared to the previous protocols. We perform the experimental realization of the above protocols on "IBM 16 Melbourne" quantum computer and "IBM quantum simulator" and we calculate the fidelity. We also examine the security analysis against Charlie, and these schemes which we considered here are secure against Charlie's attacks.

Recently Wei-Bo Gao et al.[Phys.Rev.Lett.104 (2010) 020501]; reported on the creation of a 4-photon 6-qubit cluster state. It is shown this states can be utilized for perfect teleportation of arbitrary three qubit systems and controlled teleportation of an arbitrary two-qubit state. Therefore, the six-qubit cluster state as quantum channels is equivalent to that of maximally six-qubit entangled state.
