Abstract

We investigate the squeezing properties of the cavity field in the degenerate two-photon Jaynes–Cummings model. Compared with the one-photon Jaynes–Cummings model, the squeezing is more pronounced in the case of two-photon Jaynes–Cummings model under certain conditions.

Measurement Induced Enhancement of Squeezing in Nondegenerate Two-Photon Jaynes–Cummings Model

Sai-Yun Ye

Squeezing properties in the nondegenerate two-photon Jaynes–Cummings model are investigated. The effects of direct selective atomic measurement and the application of the classical field followed by atomic measurement are analyzed. Different values of the parameters of the classical field are taken into account. It is found that the field squeezing can be enhanced by measurement.

Squeezing enhancement in the Jaynes-Cummings model via selective atomic measurements

We study the model in which one of two entangled atoms interacts with a single mode cavity field based on the Jaynes Cummings model. Through measurement on the atom, the entanglement swapping can occur. It is proved that the squeezing may be greatly enhanced by conditional measurement on atoms.

Effective Dipole Squeezing in the Non-degenerate Two-photon Jaynes-Cummings Model with Superposition State Preparation

M. M. Ashraf, M. S. K. Razmi

Effective dipole squeezing in the non-degenerate two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model for atom and fields initially prepared in superposition of states is investigated. It is shown that the squeezing can be exhibited in certain periods of time but it cannot be achieved for atomic spontaneous radiation processes.

Influence of entanglement degree on squeezing and photon antibunching in the tw o-photon Jaynes-Cummings model

Zhang Guofeng, Jia Xin-juan, Qiwei Yan +2 more

We mainly consider the case that one of the two entangled atoms with two energy levels interacts with a single-mode and double-photon cavity field. The atom is selectively detected after exiting the cavity, and it is found that the noncla ssical properties of field states depend strongly on the entanglement degree bet ween the two atoms. Meanwhile, it is proved that the squeezing of the field and the photon antibunching can be greatly enhanced via selective atomic measurement s.
