Based on the extensive quantum theory of biology and NeuroQuantology, the Schrodinger equation with the linear potential may become the Bessel equation. Its solutions are Bessel functions, and may form the double helical structure of DNA in three dimensional spaces. From this model we may predict the discrete bound energy spectrum of DNA. Moreover, we discuss some solutions of quantum mechanics and their meaning. Further, we research the entangled state of neurobiology by the extensive quantum method and the nonlinear theory. New experiments shown that the quantum entangled state should be a new fifth interaction, for its verification neuroscience will possibly take a very important role.
Quantum mechanical models have been proposed for biological processes and for cognition and decision in domains that appear to be beyond the de Broglie wavelength. The basis of such quantum behavior is seen variously as quantum fields and virtual and entangled particles, and the determination that the behavior is quantum is made on coherence, order and interference effects, and non-local behavior. This paper proposes that biological memories and cognitive agents are collectives of quantum objects. Statistical and informational properties of the collectives that need to be taken into consideration are identified. Issues related to mapping of collectives into various energy states and resistance to noise are examined.

First, based on the extensive quantum theory, quantum biology from biomacromolecule to cell is researched. The basic principle of quantum theory is quantization, while the biological and cellular basic principle is also one and one element in life system. Second, some quantum equations and spectrums are discussed. Third, we propose that quantum theory and their equations may describe the simplified central dogma in molecular biology. DNA is described by the Schrödinger equation of the 3D spatial component with the linear potential. RNA is simplified to a linear equation of time component. From DNA to RNA, i.e., from space to time is transcription. Proteins are Schrödinger equation adds the self-interaction and nonlinear term. Purines A-G and pyrimidines C-U-T are similar to diatomic and monatomic molecules. Fourth, cell aging, neural repair and new connections in neurons are studied. Fifth, some applications and predictions are searched.
The properties of quantum mechanics and its difficulties and problems are discussed, the reasons resulting in these diffuculties and direction of development of quantum mechanics are carefully studied. In practice, quantum mechanics neglects the real motions of the microscopic particles and backgound field as well as the real interactions between them. Therefore it can describe appromately the states of microsco[ic particles. For solving these difficulties of quantum mechanics, we proposed and established a nonlinear quantum mechanics based on the properties of macroscopic quantum effect and theories of superconductivity and superfluidity. In the new theory the elementary principles are proposed, its properties are also investigated. Subsequently, the motion laws and some main properties of microscopic particles in nonlinear quantum systems, includong the wave-particle duality of the solution of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation, the stability of microscopic particles described by nonlinear quantum mechanics and the classical rule of microscopic particle motion, are studied using these elementary principles and theories. We obtained a lot of new and interesting results from this investigation, for example, the microscopic particles have really a wave-corpuscle duality in nonlinear quantum mechabics. The microscopic particles are localized due to the nonlinear interaction, have a determinant size, mass, energy and momentum. Thus the microscopic particles have not only a corpuscle but also a wave features, which are completely different from those in quantum mechanics. Hence we conclude that nolinear quantum mechanics is a new physical theory, a correct representation of describing microscopic particles and a necessary result of the development of quantum mechanics, but traditional quantum mechanics is only its an approximation and especial case at the nonlinear interaction to be equal to zero, it can solve the difficulties and problems disputed for about a century by scientists in quantum mechanics field. In the meanwhile, we use the new theory of nonlinear quantum mechanics to study properties of the excitons and phonons in an organic crystry (acetanilide). The results obtained show that the excitons and phonons become as a soliton having a wave-corpuscle duality in this system. Thus the correctness and avialablity of nonlinear quantum mechanics are demontrated using these experiments. We can predict that it has extensive applications in physics, chemistry, biology and polymers, etc.. Finally we state how the difficulties and problems in quantum mechanics are solved by the new theory of nonlinear quantum mechanics. Thus we can affirm from these investigations that the nonlinear quantum mechanics established by us is correct, quantum mechanics is only an appromate theory.
Based on quantum biology and biological gauge field theory, we propose the biological lattice gauge theory as modeling of quantum neural networks. This method applies completely the same lattice theory in quantum field, but, whose two anomaly problems may just describe the double helical structure of DNA and violated chiral symmetry in biology. Further, we discuss the model of Neural Networks (NN) and the quantum neutral networks, which are related with biological loop quantum theory. Finally, we research some possible developments on described methods of networks by the extensive graph theory and their new mathematical forms.
Quantum neurobiology is concerned with potential quantum effects operating in the brain and the application of quantum information science to neuroscience problems, the latter of which is the main focus of the current paper. The human brain is fundamentally a multiscalar problem, with complex behavior spanning nine orders of magnitude-scale tiers from the atomic and cellular level to brain networks and the central nervous system. In this review, we discuss a new generation of bio-inspired quantum technologies in the emerging field of quantum neurobiology and present a novel physics-inspired theory of neural signaling (AdS/Brain (anti-de Sitter space)). Three tiers of quantum information science-directed neurobiology applications can be identified. First are those that interpret empirical data from neural imaging modalities (EEG, MRI, CT, PET scans), protein folding, and genomics with wavefunctions and quantum machine learning. Second are those that develop neural dynamics as a broad approach to quantum neurobiology, consisting of superpositioned data modeling evaluated with quantum probability, neural field theories, filamentary signaling, and quantum nanoscience. Third is neuroscience physics interpretations of foundational physics findings in the context of neurobiology. The benefit of this work is the possibility of an improved understanding of the resolution of neuropathologies such as Alzheimer’s disease.
