Device-independent verification of controlled quantum controlled-not-gate teleportation

Yi-Ning Li, Neng-Fei Gong, Ru-Qing Zhang +2 more

Controlled quantum gate teleportation (CQGT) enables controller-regulated quantum gate transmission in distributed networks. The current CQGT scheme faces security challenges as both genuine tripartite entanglement and insecure classical-quantum hybrid resources can achieve high standard metrics (fidelity or control power). In this paper, we propose a device-independent (DI) CQGT verification scheme using genuine tripartite nonlocality in black-box scenarios. In the quantum cnot gate teleportation, our DI verification scheme based on Svetlichny inequality achieved the maximum inequality violation, which is superior to the traditional Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt (CHSH) type scheme. It is crucial that we establish a direct relationship between Svetlichny inequality violation and the effective control power (ECP) of the controller in eavesdropping depolarization channels, where ECP corresponds to the maximum inequality violation. This work addresses critical security verification gaps in CQGT protocols while highlighting the fundamental role of multipartite nonlocality in quantum information processing.

Teleportation with a cubic phase gate

E. R. Zinatullin, S. B. Korolev, T. Yu. Golubeva

We propose a modified quantum teleportation scheme to increase the teleportation accuracy by applying a cubic phase gate to the displaced squeezed state. We describe the proposed scheme in the Heisenberg picture, evaluating it from the point of view of adding an error in teleportation, and show that it allows achieving less error than the original scheme. Repeating the description in the Schr\"odinger picture, we find the range of the displacement values at which our conclusions are valid. Using the example of teleportation of the vacuum state and the squeezed states, we show that the scheme allows one to achieve high-fidelity values.

Quantum Teleportation of Optical Quantum Gates

Stephen D. Bartlett, William J. Munro

We show that a universal set of gates for quantum computation with optics can be quantum teleported through the use of EPR entangled states, homodyne detection, and linear optics and squeezing operations conditioned on measurement outcomes. This scheme may be used for fault-tolerant quantum computation in any optical scheme (qubit or continuous-variable). The teleportation of nondeterministic nonlinear gates employed in linear optics quantum computation is discussed.
