Abstract

On the basis of the q-binomial theorem we construct the q-binomial state for a q-deformed boson which interpolates between the q-number state and the q-coherent state. The properties of the q-binomial state are also discussed.

Relationship Between Negative Binomial State and SU(1,1) Coherent State and Its q -Deformed Generalization

Hong-Yi Fan, Sicong Jing

By choosing a suitable single-mode boson realization of SU(1,1) algebra we show that the associated SU(1,1) coherent state can be directly reformed as a negative binomial state. The q -deformed negative binomial state is introduced, and the relationship between this state and the SU q (1,1) coherent state is also demonstrated.

Connection of a type ofq-deformed binomial state withq-spin coherent states

Fan Hong-Yi, Sicong Jing

Using the q analog of the Holstein-Primakoff boson realization of the su(2) generators, we show that a type of q-deformed binomial state that corresponds to the Heine distribution can be identified as an su(2${)}_{\mathit{q}}$ coherent state. This fact is a q extension of the fact that the ordinary binomial state is a particular su(2) coherent state when the Holstein-Primakoff transformation is employed.

Some q -Deformed Combinat orial Identities and Their Applications

Sicong Jing, Hong-Yi Fan

A q -deformed binomial theorem is firstly presented in this work. Some operator identities in q -deformed two-mode Fock space are derived by virtue of the q -binomial theorem. As an application of these identities, we prove a new completeness relation for the q -analogue of the single-complex-variable-state in the two-mode Fock space.

Even and Odd Binomial States

Hong-Yi Fan, Sicong Jing

We introduce the normalized even and odd binomial states which interpolate between the even and odd number states and even and odd coherent states, respectively. The squeezing and antibunching properties for these new states are examined.

GLAUBER COHERENT STATE q-DEFORMED QUANTUM OSCILLATOR

Hao San-Ru, 长沙水利电力师范学院物理系,长沙410077

By making use of the Fock States of the q-deformed quantum oscillator which possesses the symmetry of quantum group, we construct the Glauber coherent state of the q-deformed quantum oscillator (the q-Glauber coherent state ㄧα>q). We discuss the of completeness properties, particle number distribution, oscillator strength distribution and the minimal uncertainty principle of the q-Glauber coherent states, and point out that the coherent degree of the q-Glauber coherent state can be described by the parameter q.

Some Remarks on the Binomial States

Hong-Yi Fan

Using the Holstein–Primakoff boson realization of spin operators we can identify the binomial state with a particular spin coherent state. In so doing some properties of spin coherent states can be derived by simply using the binomial state. The displaced binomial state is introduced and its completeness relation is examined. That the concept of the binomial state can be extended to two-mode case is pointed out.
