We formulate an operator-algebraic mechanism by which exact Boolean records can arise from local completely positive quantum operations without being imposed as microscopic structure. The kinematic input is an algebraic process functional assigning probabilities to local normal completely positive operations in a finite operational context. From the predual response of a target algebra to source interventions, relative to a background strategy class, we define an influence algebra; exact events are then, by definition, the projections in its center. The dynamical question is whether nontrivial centers can be generated by coarse-graining rather than inserted through split-record laboratories. We address this question using state-preserving normal unital completely positive coarse-graining channels. If the Cesaro means of such a channel converge to a Choi-Effros infrared range and the range is asymptotically abelian in the GNS seminorm, then the represented infrared algebra is a commutative von Neumann algebra. Its projection lattice is therefore a complete Boolean algebra. We also give a finite-sector block-primitive criterion, motivated by locality and scrambling, which implies this asymptotic abelianness with exponential suppression of off-sector coherences and intra-sector fluctuations. The result is a conservative mathematical statement: classical facts are not identified with arbitrary projections of a Type-III local algebra, but with central projections selected by an asymptotically abelian completely positive infrared limit.
SCQG paper 19 of 28. Paper 19 develops the microscopic quantum dynamics of the Semantic Commitment / Quantum Gravity framework. It starts with finite physical carriers at the Planck regulator scale. A cell carries registrations, records or comparison data only where the corresponding systems and operations are present. A distinction becomes locally available through the forward physical action that makes it usable. Allowed local changes and their reverse partners define a self-adjoint Hamiltonian. This generator determines quantum evolution, exact sums of transition amplitudes and causal response. The microscopic clock λ is compared with metric time through an explicitly defined positive clock map. Semantic time orders the interactions through which distinctions become usable, compared or maintained. A six-state loop provides an explicit calculation of screen occupation, payload delivery and reciprocal response. Interacting finite chains show how those results change when cells exchange quantum states. The charged construction retains all 8,160 fermionic modes of its stated regulator, together with the links and boundary systems needed to enforce local Gauss constraints. Complete packet exchanges retain the transferred states, correlations and compensating flux. The paper derives exact reduced dynamics with memory and states the additional conditions for quantum channels, memoryless evolution and classical jumps. It constructs positive Euclidean reflection forms from which Hamiltonian dynamics can be recovered, and proves that local observables have well-defined limits as the support grows under the stated locality bounds. Explicit error bounds quantify the comparison between different resolutions. The final sections specify the further action, symmetry, positivity and convergence conditions needed for a relativistic continuum realization and its use by the companion papers.
This paper is the thirty-second in a sequence developing an interpretive framework that redescribes physical reality as a causally consistent history of information updates rather than as a collection of independently existing objects. It opens the ninth grouping — the quantum-mechanics–gravity interface trilogy (32 Quantum Geometry → 33 Records Backreacting on Geometry → 34 Causal Structure Without a Global Order) — and is the first paper to cross Gate IV (geometry sensitivity): the metric is no longer a fixed background but a quantum degree of freedom. Papers 8 and 31 localized records relationally but on one fixed geometry, where a frame-change groupoid on the shared space made localization objective. When the geometry is itself superposed there is no physically privileged cross-branch map — a common manifold, if used, is mathematical scaffolding, not a physical identification — so that groupoid has no physical domain, and a tempting shortcut appears: compare the branches on one external background and read "the same event" off coordinate coincidence. The claim is that there is no Global Background. The hole argument's lesson — that a record-formation event is individuated by relational coincidences and what is recorded there, not by a manifold point (Einstein's point-coincidence resolution; Stachel, 2014; Rovelli, 2002) — does not merely survive into the quantum case; it sharpens into a problem no background can solve: across inequivalent geometry branches even the relational strategy must be carried by a declared, admissibility-constrained comparison map. Throughout, an event is a record-formation event, kept type-distinct from the record token and from its provenance; unrecorded events are out of scope. The flagship R-A is a separation, not a denial: there is a two-branch geometry-superposition state for which the background-label map (a presentation artifact identifying events by the external labels used to write the branches down) and the admissible relational/provenance comparison return different verdicts, and only the latter is invariant under relabeling. So event identity is not background-readable; primitive identity gives way to identity under an admissible comparison map, where admissibility requires relabeling/gauge-invariance, a support (witness-neighborhood) condition, provenance preservation, anti-gerrymander, and challenge-openness — and the background-label map is the foil, not one admissible map. A worked finite model — two branches presented as record-coincidence graphs with no shared vertex set, including a harder case with the same labels and same contents but non-isomorphic structure — computes the divergence and the determinate / admissibly-open / incomparable trichotomy. R-B extends Paper 31's localization profile to a geometry-indexed GeoLocProf that strictly generalizes it (Paper 31 is the single-geometry degenerate case), built over an identity fiber rather than treating one event as recurring in several branches. R-C lifts the disposition trichotomy to geometry branches. R-D handles region and local-algebra correspondence as induced-where-possible or declared/deferred. This crosses Gate IV, carries Paper 9's record arrow into the interface as a provenance-compatibility clause, retires the Global Background, and hands backreaction to Paper 33 and causal order to Paper 34. Geometry is quantum; its dynamics is not derived. ALAC Paper 32. First panel of the ninth grouping — the quantum-mechanics–gravity interface trilogy (32 Quantum Geometry Without a Global Background -> 33 Records Backreacting on Geometry -> 34 Causal Structure Without a Global Order). Part of the Consistency-Constrained Information History (Akashic Ledger Architecture Cosmology) series. Presents no new quantum mechanics or gravitation; results are interpretive (L2) on imported physics (L1).
Abstract This paper develops a discrete information-theoretic framework in which physical systems are modeled on a graph or lattice of locally interacting space cells. Its principal contribution is an integrated architecture separating exact consequences of locality and unitarity, continuum-limit derivations, model-family results, toy-model mechanisms, and unresolved physical mappings. Matter-like identity is treated as propagated relational information rather than persistence of the same occupied cells, and candidate mechanisms are audited for causal locality, conservation or ledger closure, and false reconstruction. The quantum branch assumes finite-dimensional local Hilbert spaces and local unitary or completely positive trace-preserving (CPTP) updates. Under those assumptions, norm preservation, finite causal cones, and reduced-state no-signaling follow directly; spinor quantum walks admit a Dirac-like long-wavelength limit and a secondary nonrelativistic Schrödinger envelope. A representative reciprocal q–χ lattice action shows how compact local dynamics can support continuity, spectral response, action-derived scattering, and internal symmetry/charge, while later extensions supply a provisional local gauge/Gauss/holonomy structure. Two geometric realizations remain deliberately distinct: distortable cells and scalar extrinsic-χ compression. Toy models provide mechanism and failure-boundary evidence for relational identity, reconstruction, scattering, photon-like bookkeeping, and topology/charge-current response. The framework does not derive the Standard Model, quantum field theory, or general relativity; it defines a falsifiable program for testing whether compact local information-processing laws can recover required low-energy structures without hidden nonlocal repair or post-hoc tuning.
We reconstruct nonrelativistic quantum mechanics from exactly three physical axioms: microscopic ontic definiteness and finite localization, physical reality of the spacetime-vacuum substrate, and persistent causal source–response coupling. The single-run physical state is a finite topological core, its actual causal history, the substrate state, its sector, and the associated historical disturbance. A wave function is not identified with that ontic tuple. It is a ray in a Hilbert representation of admissible preparations and response amplitudes; a density operator is a statistical or reduced representation; and a record is a stable macroscopic event. The logical construction is acyclic. Finite-energy sector spaces and their continuous symmetry representations lead, under explicit representation conditions, to a complex Hilbert direct sum. A closed semibounded quadratic form defines the Hamiltonian and its self-adjoint realization. The standard Schrödinger action, unitary propagation, probability current, spectral observables, uncertainty relations, composite-system tensor products, spin representations, exchange sectors, instruments, and completely positive open dynamics then follow on their declared domains. Gleason-type reasoning fixes the Born form only after additivity, noncontextuality, continuity, and preparation–detector calibration are stated. Those operational conditions are not hidden physical axioms. The distribution of unresolved ontic initial data that realizes quantum equilibrium remains a realization certificate, not a theorem of topology alone. The Heisenberg representation is derived as a controlled transport of observables after Hilbert space and the self-adjoint generator have been constructed. Strongly continuous time translation, two-parameter nonautonomous propagation, common-domain Heisenberg equations, spectral matrix mechanics, regular Weyl relations, open-system adjoints, and instrument effects are connected by one certificate. Schrödinger and Heisenberg predictions are proved equivalent for one-time and finite instrument records, while finite-core, historical, truncation, domain, and detector errors remain separately bounded. Three frozen matrix benchmarks verify low-energy oscillator truncation and its state-weighted CCR defect, second-order unitary convergence for a driven doublet, Schrödinger–Heisenberg equality for a sequential instrument, finite auxiliary-history truncation, and quadratic leakage scaling for a conditional Dirac–Pauli interface. Independent reproduction, including the extended-precision audit, is closed for the frozen packet; physical coefficient calibration remains open. The next interface connects an owner-resolved Dirac–Pauli Hamiltonian to spin records through a Ward-compatible vertex, a causal passive history kernel, an independently audited doublet projection, SPAM-aware forward probabilities, nuisance-profiled identifiability, and a noncompensatory coefficient-to-record error theorem. The DPHC identifiability coordinate is executed on a frozen synthetic response family. A single-scale design is rank deficient, whereas an eighteen-setting frequency–gradient–order–time design has full profiled rank, controlled conditioning, near-nominal finite-sample coverage, and a calibrated held-out statistic. A robust twenty-setting design raises the worst registered information eigenvalue by
20.12%. A ten-parameter nonlinear audit exhibits an exact radiative–detector equivalence curve. An independent dark record breaks that symmetry and restores full local rank. Continuous-set robustness, validated global exclusion, and independent implementation are executed, while physical response identification and empirical calibration remain open. Measurement is treated as a dynamics of system, apparatus, environment, and actual history. Unitary premeasurement and decoherence select robust record sectors but do not by themselves select one record. The three-axiom ontology supplies one actual branch history, while a measurable response map from the complete initial state and instrument to the final record supplies the missing dynamical content. Bell correlations require contextual and nonfactorizable ontic response while parameter independence and operational no-signalling are retained; no controllable superluminal channel is introduced. Historical response produces causal non-Markov Hamiltonians and memory-kernel master equations. Their normalization, positivity, complete positivity, and energy ledger are derived from a unitary enlarged realization whenever such a dilation exists. Finite-core form factors and causal memory yield explicit departures from point-core Markov quantum mechanics. Standard quantum mechanics is recovered as the unresolved-core, sector-fixed, quantum-equilibrium, short-memory limit. Quantum field theory is retained as a successful local, spectral, and asymptotic calculus, but field operators, Fock vectors, and vacuum functionals remain effective representations until a noncircular map from finite carriers and their complete causal histories has been certified. The manuscript proves a sequence of previously open analytic, mathematical, measurement, topological, statistical, and computational obligations on explicitly declared domains. These include non-Markov diffusion, graph-norm stability, distorted-wave and pole variation, finite passive-memory realization, Fisher-information identifiability, detector pushforwards, unique-record basins, Born-representation bounds, measurement independence, topology–Dirac charge conjugation, Stern–Gerlach records, action-scale matching, rank-two spin projection, Finkelstein–Rubinstein topology, Clifford reconstruction, and parent-to-record realization maps. Eighteen groups of numerical obligations are executed on frozen reference models. They cover spectral and scattering calculations, oscillator and two-level dynamics, Schrödinger–Heisenberg equivalence, finite-history truncation, Dirac–Pauli and Foldy–Wouthuysen reduction, gauge covariance, interference, Bell and GHZ correlations, open-system memory, Stern–Gerlach records, identifiability, global searches, topological invariants, path products, semiclassical limits, partial-wave optical closure, the relativistic/QFT interface, and conservative-parent two-level dynamics. Every environment explicitly typed as a computational obligation now has an executed frozen-model certificate; empirical identification and separately typed experimental inputs remain open. The present manuscript differs so substantially from the earlier version in scope, logical architecture, proofs, and executable certificates that it is issued as a new upload rather than as a minor revision. Because the subject is both foundational and technically consequential, readers professionally engaged in quantum foundations, mathematical physics, quantum measurement, or related fields are encouraged to consult both versions: the earlier version preserves the developmental route, whereas the present version gives the substantially expanded and reorganized reconstruction. ## Keywords Axiomatic quantum mechanics; finite particle histories; retarded Green functions; Schrödinger equation; Dirac equation; Born rule; topological spin; quantum measurement; non-Markovian dynamics; classical limit.
This preprint develops a discrete, fully relational framework in which spacetime structure, classical dynamics, and quantum-like behavior emerge from three minimal principles: relational existence without background manifold, local deterministic update, and finite per-element update capacity. The central organizing primitive is finite update capacity. At each update step, elements can realise only a bounded number of relational changes. Competition among admissible updates induces “blocked realisations,” which are defined micro-ontologically as energy. Proper time is identified with realised record growth. Spatial distance and effective dimension arise from intrinsic graph structure and shell scaling. Under broad locality conditions, marginal frontier stability constrains viable scaling regimes. Requiring compatibility between flux balance and the observed inverse–square law selects an effective three-dimensional scaling regime among integers. Classical force structure emerges from anisotropies in blocked realisation. A statistical layer appears through coarse-graining of deterministic microhistories. Composition and norm stability require unit-modulus complex weights; refinement invariance and classical coherence fix the phase rule
θ=ℏ−1∫Edτ, with the same blocking-defined energy that generates intrinsic force. In decohered regimes, quadratic (Born-type) probability scaling follows from additive consistency under random-phase aggregation. The framework is programmatic: it does not yet derive general relativity or quantum field theory from explicit microscopic rule families. However, it establishes structural coherence linking geometry, inertia, inverse–square interaction, phase accumulation, and probabilistic outcomes under a single finite-capacity relational principle. The work also identifies structural empirical constraints, including compatibility between shell scaling and classical force behavior, stability of inertial response, and the possible appearance of capacity-induced high-energy dispersion within the intrinsic causal-cone bound. Explicit construction and simulation of proposal/selection rule families constitute the next stage of investigation.
