Abstract

We present a bidirectional modification of the standard one-qubit teleportation protocol, where both Alice and Bob transfer noisy versions of their qubit states to each other by using single Bell state and auxiliary (trigger) qubits. Three schemes are considered: the first where the actions of parties are governed by two independent quantum random triggers, the second with single random trigger, and the third as a mixture of the first two. We calculate the fidelities of teleportation for all schemes and find a condition on correlation between trigger qubits in the mixed scheme which allows us to overcome the classical fidelity boundary of 2/3. We apply the Choi--Jamiolkowski isomorphism to the quantum channels obtained in order to investigate an interplay between their ability to transfer the information, entanglement-breaking property, and auxiliary classical communication needed to form correlations between trigger qubits. The suggested scheme for bidirectional teleportation can be realized by using current experimental tools.

Bidirectional Quantum Teleportation by Using a Four-Qubit GHZ State and Two Bell States

Jinlian Chen, Dongfen Li, Mingzhe Liu +1 more

In this paper, a theoretical scheme for bidirectional quantum teleportation by using a four-qubit GHZ state and two Bell states as a quantum channel is proposed. In this scheme, two arbitrary single-qubit quantum states and an unknown three-qubit state can be mutually transmitted between the two communication participants Alice and Bob. The quantum state information can be transmitted if Alice performs four single-qubit measurement operations on her qubits and Bob carries out a four-qubit joint measurement on his qubits, respectively. Then both Alice and Bob can reconstruct the target quantum state by means of appropriate unitary operations. Then we take comparisons with the other bidirectional quantum teleportation protocols in five aspects of quantum information bits transmitted, necessary operations, consumption of quantum resource, consumption of classical resource and intrinsic efficiency. Furthermore, we use channel authentication method to ensure the channel security and prove that our protocol can withstand four attack scenarios. It is concluded that our scheme has significant advantages of more qubits number transmitted, higher intrinsic efficiency and high security.

A Scheme of Bidirectional Quantum Controlled Teleportation via Six-qubit Maximally Entangled State

Sun Xin-me

A bidirectional quantum controlled teleportation scheme using the entanglement property of six-qubit maximally entangled state was presented. In the theoretical scheme, the sixqubit maximally entangled state was employed as the quantum channel linking three legitimate participants.Users were both sender and receiver.Alice transmitted an arbitrary single qubit state of qubit ato Bob and Bob transmitted an arbitrary single qubit state of qubit bto Alice via the control of the supervisor Charlie.Users carried out the Bell state measurements on their own particles and publicly announced their measurement results via a classical channel. Then they operated proper unitary transformation on their own particles, respectively. The bidirectional quantum controlled teleportation was successfully realized.

Bidirectional quantum teleportation of two-qubit entangled state by using G-state as a quantum channel

Vikram Verma

Abstract In this paper, we propose a new scheme for faithful bidirectional quantum teleportation (BQT) of special type of two-qubit entangled states by using single G state as a quantum channel. In 2016, by using five-qubit and six-qubit entangled states as the quantum channels, two different BQT schemes were proposed by Sang ((2016) Int. J. Theor. Phys . 55 , 1333) and Hassanpour et al ((2016) Quantum Inf. Process. 15 , 905) respectively. In first scheme, Alice teleports a special type of two-qubit entangled state to Bob and at the same time Bob teleports a single qubit state to Alice. In later scheme, Alice and Bob teleport special type of two-qubit entangled state to each other simultaneously. In contrast to these schemes, in our proposed scheme Alice and Bob can teleport special type of two-qubit entangled states to each other simultaneously while the quantum channel is a four-qubit entangled state. Our proposed BQT scheme requires minimum consumption of quantum and classical resources and it has maximum intrinsic efficiency as compared with previous BQT schemes. We also generalize our scheme for bidirectional quantum teleportation of N-qubit entangled states.

Bidirectional quantum teleportation of arbitrary single qubit state based on the channel matrix parameter

Achmad Fatich al Qodri, Agus Purwanto, Dwi Januriyanto

Quantum teleportation is a procedure that allows one party (Alice) to send a quantum state to her friend (Bob) without that state being transmitted in the usual sense. In this study, bidirectional quantum teleportation of an arbitrary single-qubit state is using 4 qubit channels. The special channel is chosen for the bidirectional quantum teleportation by using the Channel Matrix Parameter, then the product state between information and channel has interacted. Furthermore, measurements were made using Bell's measurement bases by Alice and Bob. The measurement results (with Pauli matrices σx, σy, σz) are communicated classically between Alice and Bob, so that information obtained by accordance with the information sent.

Bidirectional Hybrid Quantum Communication of Two-Qubit States

Yao Lü, Min Jiang

Abstract This paper proposes a hybrid bidirectional quantum communication protocol, in which two parties simultaneously transmit two-qubit states: one via quantum teleportation (QT) and the other via remote state preparation (RSP). This approach establishes a more flexible model for bidirectional quantum communication. The protocol utilizes a specially designed maximally entangled quantum channel to enable hybrid bidirectional communication. By performing Bell measurements, joint projective measurements, and corresponding unitary operations, quantum teleportation from Alice to Bob and remote state preparation from Bob to Alice can be accomplished synchronously. Furthermore, the robustness of the proposed protocol is evaluated under three typical noisy environments, namely the amplitude damping (AD) channel, phase damping(PD) channel and the depolarizing (DP) channel. The proposed protocol provides a novel framework for effcient bidirectional quantum communication, with potential advantages in enhancing interactivity and optimizing resource utilization in future quantum networks.

Asymmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation via six-qubit partially entangled state

Jinwei Wang, Liping Huang

In this paper, an asymmetric bidirectional controlled quantum teleportation via a six-qubit partially entangled state is given, in which Alice wants to transmit a two-qubit entangled state to Bob and Bob wants to transmit a single-qubit state to Alice on the same time. Although the six-qubit state as quantum channel is partially entangled, the teleportation is implemented deterministically. Furthermore, only Bell-state measurements, single-qubit measurements and some unitary operations are needed in the scheme.
