The recently introduced two- and three-parameter [Formula: see text]- and [Formula: see text]-deformed extensions of the Heisenberg algebra (HA) were explored under the condition of their connectedness with the respective nonstandard (other than known ones) deformed quantum oscillator algebras. In this paper, we show that such connection dictates certain new [Formula: see text]-pseudo-Hermitian conjugation rule between the creation and annihilation operators with [Formula: see text] depending on the particle number operator [Formula: see text]. In turn, that leads to the related [Formula: see text]-pseudo-hermiticity of the position–momentum operators, though the involved Hamiltonian is Hermitian. Different possible cases are studied, and some interesting features implied by the use of such [Formula: see text]-based conjugation rule are emphasized.

The recently introduced by us, two- and three-parameter (p, q)- and (p, q, [Formula: see text])-deformed extensions of the Heisenberg algebra were explored under the condition of their direct link with the respective (nonstandard) deformed quantum oscillator algebras. In this paper, we explore certain Hermitian Hamiltonians build in terms of non-Hermitian position and momentum operators obeying definite [Formula: see text](N)-pseudo-hermiticity properties. A generalized nonlinear (with the coefficients depending on the particle number operator N) one-mode Bogoliubov transformation is developed as main tool for the corresponding study. Its application enables to obtain the spectrum of “almost free” (but essentially nonlinear) Hamiltonian.
A deformation of Heisenberg algebra induces among other consequences a loss of Hermiticity of some operators that generate this algebra. Therefore, these operators are not Hermitian, nor is the Hamiltonian operator built from them. In the present paper, we propose a position deformation of Heisenberg algebra with both maximal length and minimal momentum uncertainties. By using a pseudo-similarity transformation to the non-Hermitian operators, we prove their Hermiticity with a suitable positive-definite pseudo-metric operator. We then construct Hilbert space representations associated with these pseudo-Hermitian operators. Finally, we study the eigenvalue problem of a free particle in this deformed space and we show that this deformation curved the quantum levels allowing particles to jump from one state to another with low energy transitions.
We show that the non-Hermitian Hamiltonians of the simple harmonic oscillator with [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] symmetries involve a pseudo generalization of the Heisenberg algebra via two pairs of creation and annihilation operators which are [Formula: see text]-pseudo-Hermiticity and [Formula: see text]-anti-pseudo-Hermiticity of each other. The non-unitary Heisenberg algebra is represented by each of the pair of the operators in two different ways. Consequently, the coherent and the squeezed coherent states are calculated in two different approaches. Moreover, it is shown that the approach of Schwinger to construct the su(2), su(1, 1) and sp(4, ℝ) unitary algebras is promoted so that unitary algebras with more linearly dependent number of generators are made.
This paper analyzes the modified canonical Heisenberg commutation relations or GUP, from a standard Hamiltonian point of view. For a one-dimensional system, a such modified canonical Heisenberg commutation relation is defined by the commutator between a position x^ and a momentum operator p^ (called the deformed momentum), which becomes a function F of the same operators: x^,p^=F(x^,p^), that is, the Heisenberg algebra closes itself in general in a nonlinear way. The function F also depends on a parameter that controls the deformation of the Heisenberg algebra in such a way that for a null parameter value, one recovers the usual Heisenberg algebra x^,p^0=iℏI. Thus, it naturally raises the following questions: What does a relation of this type mean in Hamiltonian theory from a standard point of view? Is the deformed momentum the canonical variable conjugate to the position in such a relation? Moreover, what are the canonical variables in this model? The answer to these questions comes from the existence of two different phase spaces: The first one, called the non-deformed phase (which is obtained for control parameter value equal to zero), is defined by the Cartesian x^ coordinate and its non-deformed conjugate momentum p^0, which satisfies the standard quantum mechanical Heisenberg commutation relation. The second phase space, the deformed one, is given by the deformed momentum p^ and a new position coordinate y^, which is its canonical conjugate variable, so y^ and p^ also satisfy standard commutation relations. We construct a classical canonical transformation that maps the non-deformed phase space into the deformed one for a specific class of deformation functions F. Additionally, a quantum mechanical operator transformation is found between the two non-commutative phase spaces, which allows the Schrödinger equation to be written in both spaces. Thus, there are two equivalent quantum mechanical descriptions of the same physical process associated with a deformed commutation relation.
Deformation of the Heisenberg-Weyl algebra W s of creation-annihilation operators is studied and the problem of eigenvalues of the Hamiltonian for s deformed oscillators with interaction is solved within this algebra. At first, types of deformation are found for which solutions could be presented analytically and a simple q−deformation is considered by the means of the perturbation theory. Cases of reducing Hamiltonians which do not preserve the total particle number to that studied here are indicated. Investigations of new types of symmetries in different areas of mathematical physics by using the Inverse Scattering Method (ISM) and nonlinear differential equations, led to the appearance of notions ”Quantum Group”, ”Quantum Algebra” [1]. Nowadays, the deformed quantum statistics, parastatistics and corresponding algebras of creation-annihilation operators are widely studied. The common Heisenberg-Weyl algebra W s consists of generators ai, a + , ni, i =1 ,...,s ,
Abstract In the context of non-Hermitian quantum mechanics, many systems are known to possess a pseudo P T symmetry, i.e. the non-Hermitian Hamiltonian H is related to its adjoint H † via the relation, H † = P T H P T . We propose a derivation of pseudo P T symmetry and η -pseudo-Hermiticity simultaneously for the time dependent non-Hermitian Hamiltonians by intoducing a new symmetry operator η ˜ ( t ) = P T η ( t ) that not satisfy the time-dependent quasi-Hermiticity relation but obeys the Heisenberg evolution equation. Here, we solve the SU(1, 1) time-dependent non-Hermitian Hamiltonian and we construct a time-dependent solutions by employing this new symmetry operator and discuss a concrete physical applications of our results.
